Very happy and by the pictures and messages it seems that Scooby really enjoyed himself. Really happy they made the effort and came the night before to meet us as we had a early start.Nothing was a problem. Our house was left spotless and they even washed the bedsheets,which we didn’t expect! So big thank you for that. I would highly recommend and hope that maybe one day they will sit again for us. Julie and Quintin were fabulous and we would welcome them back and highly recommend them to others. The care Julie showed our fur babies was absolutely heartfelt and genuine, she is a real animal lover with a giving, caring and mindful heart and soul. We are not the type that need daily updates and Julie's photos and videos every few days was perfect. We felt totally at ease on our trip and were able to relax in the confidence the boys were well taken care of. We have an older Chocolate Lab that has seizures and they asked all the right questions and made sure to understand the situation and how to handle it if it happened - thankfully, it didn't. These are two loving and caring souls that bless the world with their care and love for our pets. You can't go wrong with them. Side addendum: We came home sick and my mom with COVID. When we asked if they were willing to move to another of our Airbnbs to finish out their stay in the area so mom could move into the casita on our property, they didn't hesitate and kindly vacated to the other location so we could care for mom. Julie checked on us after moving and even helped get some things we needed. A true blessing and help to us. We can't thank you them enough and look forward to keeping in touch and having them back.
