Joanna was an excellent sitter and most important the cats really liked her! She was happy to spend time playing with them and they clearly loved her company. She also looked after the house and our plants really well and was a very thoughtful guest, bringing gifts and leaving us a lovely stephanotis plant. She communicated with us really well via email while we were away and it really helped us to know all was well back home. Probably the best sitter we have had so far!
I loved sitting for Caitlin and Iain. Blaze and Scout have such fun personalities and were hilarious. The home is clean and eclectic, set in a safe neighborhood, and Caitlin was very responsive whenever I needed anything.
We had a super nice, relexed, outdoorsy weekend with Cece and the cats. Instruction and communication were easy and clear, nothing complicated. Melanie and Jeremy's house is right on a trail, which is not busy at all, but a really nice loop through the forest and by the river. It was much fun taking Cece out there, who clearly loves the nature. She's super good company and waits at every corner. She's fit and fun, but really calm at the same time. For us, this weekend was perfect to get out of the City and just hang out with three loving but independent animals. I hope we can do this again one day.
I had such a relaxing time at Jane & Ians.. Tally was the best to hang out with when you just want chill. She is easy and affectionate.. She will go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome. The home was perfect, clean, great layout, super comfortable in every room.. as an introvert, I was very much in my element, peaceful and calm energy. The local village of Downton is within walking distance with a well stocked shop, a pub with a lush sunday lunch and a small coffee shop with cakes on cakes :) Jane kept in touch and wrote a handbook that covers everything. I arrived a little early, and we all had lunch and a good handover which was perfect. The area is great for countryside walks. There are busses that can take you right into Salisbury if you dont have a car. I am very much looking forward to returning soon! Thankyou for hosting me :)
In our deepest dreams we could not have imagined such a wonderful experience as Yvonne & Martin gave us. It was a great pleasure to get up in the morning to feed the donkeys, let out the most wonderful hen in the world, and watch the sheep during the day. Their house is beautiful - full of decorations filled with history and good taste. We were completely taken care of and at any time we could call and ask if something was unknown to us. We had the pleasure of getting to know the village neighbours and they are just incredibly warm and kind people. It is incredible how kind this place is, I think everyone should visit Cold Aston iat least once n their lifetime. Thanks Yvonne & Martin we hope to see you one day again.
Melanie is a great host, with a big heart and four beautiful dogs, waiting for cuddling and walks. We had an amazing time in a beautiful house in the heart of a nice city to discover. Thank to Melanie and her family to made us feel at home.
It would be an amazing experience taking care of Millie and Maisie in Megan’s house. The girls are absolutely kind and easy to handle, and once they know and feel comfortable with you, they can give so much affection - and sweet kisses! Megan is an organized person, and everything you need to know about the cats and the house you can find on the guidebook - and if you need extra information, she is so easy to contact with. Her house is also organized and cleaned, and easy to feel comfortable and at home. The neighborhood is calm and you can find all services that you need walking distance - including Underground. (And she also give tips about what are the best places around, so you can enjoy like a local). I totally recommend Megan’s for a sit!
