Anna was great! She watched our home and pets for a week. We came back to a clean house and happy pets. Thank you, Anna!

Lena was an excellent sitter! She was easy to coordinate with, and communication was smooth before and during the sit. She also sent the cutest dog pics while I was away! Both of my dogs loved her- I could tell by how calm and content they were when I got home. She took them on adventures and soothed them during fireworks, too, which was above and beyond the sit responsibilities. She also took excellent care of my home and I felt completely safe with her there. Positive experience start to finish, and I'd be delighted to have her sit for my dogs anytime.

We had a lovely time caring for Boru & Logie! It’s rare to see the affection these two dogs share with one another; they clearly look out for each other and are steadfast companions. They pause on the trail for the other to catch up, share their beds and toys, don’t exhibit aggression around food, and rarely grumble with each other. It’s a joy to watch them play chase in the yard, or see them rolling in the grass with their legs in the air. They are both very affectionate and love to be near their people. Logie loves nothing more than to snuggle on the couch, else he will be laying at your feet. Boru will come to you at least a couple of times a day “requesting” some scratches, kisses or a brush of his coat. While not necessarily food-motivated, they do love their daily treats!

Boru & Logie really enjoy being outdoors and require at least two long walks a day — rain or shine. In our opinion, despite Boru’s size (75 kg), he’s the easier to manage on lead. Logie is a very strong dog and may pull on the lead initially. As you gain some distance, he eases up and is good at walking to heel with some encouragement. On the trail, Logie goes off-lead and is quite happy scouting ahead and then returning when called or on his own. This is definitely a sit for people who enjoy being outdoors in all types of weather and are comfortable walking a dog off-lead in the woods. In addition to the walks recommended by Peter, we used AllTrails to find trails around us. Honestly, we could have gone off in any direction and the dogs would have led us home. They seem to know the surrounding trails quite well!

Finally, Linda and Peter are wonderful hosts and communicative homeowners. They had an early morning departure, so they graciously allowed us to come the night before and prepared a lovely welcome dinner where we were able to get to know each other. Their home, Balmuir, is a large property adjacent to the local golf course, so it is very quiet with plenty of grass for dogs to play and sunbathe. The perfect spot for a countryside getaway petsit!

Murray and Gabi are the best of friends and make the most adorable playmates ever! Their individual personalities are so distinct and sweet, but when they come together and frolic around in their joyful way, they become a dynamic duo of epic cuteness and entertainment!! An awesome sight to behold!
Rachel is a perfect host, in every way! She invited us into her beautiful Mill Valley home with open arms and a great big heart. She made us feel right at home, and thoroughly appreciated, throughout our wonderful stay.
Sitting with Murray and Gabi was an absolute pleasure through and through. We highly recommend a stay with Rachel, and would jump at the chance of sitting with her beloved fur babies again!!
