Lucy and Alex along with their children are a beautiful family that made me feel very welcome from the outset. I was invited for a lovely home cooked meal the evening before my sit started to get to know Rocky, Kiki and Pebbles. All three dogs are adorable with very different personalities. They love their cuddles. The house is amazing too. I went for walks on the cricket field where I met everyone in the village. Such great people who welcomed me. The village itself is very peaceful and extremely beautiful. I’d highly recommend this sit. Thank you Lucy and Alex.
A lovely, comfy home in a quiet village. Puffin and Indy are so sweet. Puffin is such a good girl, I miss her silky smooth fur ! Indy telepathically knows when a lap is free to sit on haha. Julie Anne is lovely and was helpful during my stay . One of my favourite house sits x
Abigail and Duncan are an amazing dynamic duo! Abigail was very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. She has a nice quaint apartment that’s in a beautiful location. As for Duncan, he’s the sweetest and biggest teddy bear of a doggo. While he’s a somewhat bigger dog, he’s very gentle and laid back. He loves going for his daily walks in the morning and evening, and of course loves treats. If you get a chance to sit for Abigail and Duncan, take it! Thanks Abigail and Duncan!
We loved our sit with Socks & Misty and hope to be back again! Gina was quick with communication, thorough with instructions and a pleasure to meet. Their home is immaculate and uncluttered. The main living area is nice and bright - perfect for relaxing with a book while watching kitty shenanigans. And the location is hard to beat. There are tons of restaurants, bars & cafes within a block or two and the wharf is an easy 1.2 mile walk. Now the important stuff…Misty and Socks. Misty was curious and warmed up to us as the weekend progressed. She was sweet and always game to play when we took out a toy or two. Gina alerted us prior to the sit that Socks had grown more anxious about strangers. He did show some aggression towards us the first night in his home. Socks requires patience and understanding from his sitters. Once he figures out you’re caring for him and his sister, he is a big, mellow dude. Neither cat is vocal and they close the master bedroom door at night, so no issues sleeping. Will definitely be looking for future opportunities to return.
We LOVED our time in Nimes. Cristal and Piaff are such cute dogs, we miss them already. Nime is an incredible city filled with history and charm. On top of everything else, working with Sian and Philip was absolutely wonderful. They are such kind people and thought through all the details.
I had an amazing sitting, in a beautiful home! Duana was super welcoming and helpful and left everything spotless and ready for my time there! Kye and Lenny are two cuties! Kye was more shy and it took a while for her to get comfortable around me. Lenny on the other hand was jumping on the bed soon enough and giving me cuddles all the time ❣️. Just wonderful 2 weeks, wouldn't hesitate to come back and sit for them again 🥰

We just picked up our German Shepherd, Odin, after a week long stay at Hickory. This is his second time boarding (hasn’t been boarded since 2022) since he is a very anxious dog. We were so happy to hear that Odin enjoyed his time at Hickory, he ate, took his meds, played and got along well with the staff. We also received an update mid week from his trainer, Gordon, which we appreciated! We felt like Odin was very well taken care of and safe throughout his stay! Knowing how well he was looked after we are more than comfortable coming back for daycare and boarding! Thank you for keeping our anxious boy happy and healthy!!
From rags to riches! Just took our labradoodle here for the first time and couldn’t be more pleased with them! First off, the haircut is the best he’s ever had. When I dropped him off, the groomer asked me how we wanted him done up. Gave them a couple requests and they were all filled perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. They even took him out to go to the bathroom on their beautiful property. When picking him up, the groomer had me take a good look at the haircut and make sure everything was good. She noted that if I had recommendations or concerns for the next visit, she would take a note in their documents to ensure our wants and needs were met. Lastly, the cost of the full grooming was much less than I was expecting, since we have been paying significantly more for years at other groomers. 10/10 Can not recommend them enough!
Been taking our dog for grooming to this place for years. The staff really enjoy being with the dogs and do a great job — flexible to whatever you need. Highly recommend based on our experience.
I Just heard from the manager regarding the charge for the anal glands. She indicated that I should not have been charged for that and will be crediting me $25 toward the error made. Very much appreciated they're quick response and action! I took my small dog, a Yorkie poo, here for grooming and asked to have her bathed, hair cut, nails trimmed and to have her anal glands checked. She is 7 years old I have never been charged extra to have her anal glands checked and expressed! I expected to pay $65 for her grooming, which is very common, but was shocked when he told me there was an extra $20 to check and express the anal glands! I don't get it since every other groomer she has ever been at does that automatically🤷🏼♀️ I will not be returning here.
I took my Dog Ave there in January to have nails clipped and they were awesome. Ave is rescue dog and gets scared easy they were great with her, Had her back for full spa day on 4/7 and she could not wait to get in there and gives kisses.. totally awesome and they give great advice to question and concerns.. Never will go anywhere else…
Brought my dog here for a nail clipping for the first time and it went great! My dog does NOT like getting her nails done. Has to be muzzled, and given a sedative before hand because she is just that bad. But at hickory springs they just had a brand new harness installed for these kind of situations and it made a big difference! She was still a little crazy, but you can see the amount of care they put in to make sure she was calm and still do a good job on her nails which I really appreciate. They were friendly, talkative and patient with her. It was reasonably priced and I feel comfortable bringing my dog here again. I HIGHLY recommend them for any grooming needs!
BEST DECISION EVER TO MOVE TO HICKORY SPRINGS FARM OVER 20 YEARS AGO. We were referred to transfer to Hickory Springs by friends and they were right! I absolutely love and trust Hickory Springs Pet Farm . . . they are truly our extended family to our dog, Puff Daddy. They are kind and handle him with care. The entire staff has been wonderful for many many years - I have never been disappointed. (our Beloved Puff Daddy passed away right after his 18th birthday). The Hickory Spring Farm Team prepared me for the inevitable - they treated us with sympathy and kindness. The Groomer, Amy EXCEPTIONAL she is wonderful and very talented and so friendly. Della has always be a treasure to my family in making sure we get the best opportunities and pricing whenever we boarded Puff Daddy - she looks out for his best interests and always calls me whenever there is an issue to alert me - even if I am on vacation. Now they are taking care of my daughter's dogs: Elmo & Vida The exact same treatment - AWESOME CARE! I love it!
We kenneled our pups for a week. They were well cared for. Employee Cat was wonderful and full of good info. Upon registering out pups Della was super helpful and very friendly. The place is clean and staff have a great vibe which puts one at ease when leaving their pets. All were very eager to hear everything about your pets. Love this place. We will be back!!!!
Our dog is always safe here. At home he is pretty reactive and he gets anxious outside, but we never have a problem dropping him off. I recommend this facility for boarding! We have also had his nails done here while he was boarded and were happy with the results.

Buds have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't walk my two husky/akita mixes by myself as they always competed with whose in front of the other. I can now walk both dogs with a loose leash and they are always looking at me for commands. When we first requested the service they worked with both dogs separately in order to get the dogs comfortable with them and get to know their good/bad habits. They asked us what we wanted out of their service and presented a plan on how they would go about it. This was not what I expected. My dogs are beyond excited when they go for their walks and have developed a true relationship with Tori. If your dogs are your family, you'll understand how important this is to us. I'd give them a 10 star if I could!!!
I had an amazingly good experience with Pets Companion PA! Anisha took very good care of both my cats and communicated with me every day so I could see how great they were doing. It is comforting to know they are in very good hands and they will definitely have a repeat customer.
I was traveling for about a week and I had peace of mind the whole time knowing Anisha was there to take care of my cat. Excellent service and great communication at a fair rate!
Anisha was very accommodating since I called her later than I usually do to schedule care for my cats. She was very friendly and sent Rachel over to meet with me and the cats, although they didn't come out for introductions. 😀 When Rachel visited she even pictures to me. Both Anisha and Rachel were happy to discuss what I was looking for. I will definitely call Anisha again to sit my cats.

Anisha and her team took amazing care of our Aussie, Scout, while we were away on vacation. Scout is a nervous dog with lots of energy, so we were nervous having people she wasn’t familiar with come take care of her, but Anisha accommodated us by coming to meet Scout and introduce one of her team members before we left so Scout could get to know them. They played frisbee with her multiple times a day and followed somewhat lengthy and maybe over-done instructions on my part :) we are so appreciative of how caring and thorough Pets Companion PA was when caring for our pup and we especially enjoyed the daily updates and photos.
We found Pets Companion online and used their cat sit service recently for a 11-day trip. Anisha (owner) helped set up the visits easily and quickly, and Rachel (sitter) provided excellent service during her visits to the house. We have 4 kitties, and it has been a challenge for previous sitters to keep the litter boxes clean. Rachel did a great job, and she also watered the plants and helped with some unexpected incidental tasks around the house. It was also very comforting to get photos with each visit, so we are ensured the cats are doing well. We really appreciate the help from both Anisha and Rachel and would hire them again!

My husky started at Waggy Tails in March when we moved to the area and so far I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. Having worked at a doggy daycare myself I know that some facilities do not take as much care as others. Right of the bat when I called to set up an evaluation and spoke to Sarah, she made me very confident in their care of the dogs. Huskies are not everyone’s favorite breed and my boy is a pain with fences so I made sure to talk that over with her. Not only did she reassure me that he would do okay but she said she would even be willing to measure their outside fence if we needed. My pup loves other dogs but seeing his tail wag when he said hi to Mike, the other owner, really made it. He can be aloof with other humans other than “his people” but clearly they have become his people. I’m so glad we found them.
We have had a great experience at Phoenix Waggy Tails! We have two large labs who have stayed for overnight and daycare and they practically run to the door when we drop them off. I love that we get updates via photos and a report card at the end of their stay. The facility is clean and organized and the owners Sarah and Mike are very personable and helpful. The portal technology is super helpful as well. The overnight staff member Kate has been great too. Glad we found Phoenix Waggy Tails!
We were finally getting to take our retirement trip to Maui for a full week. Having dealt with Sarah and Mike before, through their other company MuTTch Better Dog Walking Service (also a 5-Star operation), we were confident they could handle our two Babies. Teddy is 5 and a very fearful dog with big trust issues, River is a 15 year-old Mini-Dachshund with DDV (is incontinent and has been in diapers for 13 years). Not an easy pair to take care of. Once we toured the Waggy Tails facility, saw the cleanliness and attention to detail (real beds to sleep on) and the 24 hour coverage, we were MuTTCH more than just happy that our babies were safe, we knew they were with Dog People and they were being loved on. Thank you again Sarah and Mike and the whole team of Dog Walkers, Dog Lovers and just GREAT PEOPLE who take care of our little ones while we are away. Finally, when we would leave them in the past, it took them a week to get back into their routine, this time it was less than a day. 🐶 🐾 🦴
We recently started sending our 9 month old puppy here to get his energy out and socialize with other dogs and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited on the days he gets to go to daycare and comes home completely exhausted. The staff at Waggy Tails is so friendly and accommodating. We love seeing his report card and all the pictures of him playing. I highly recommend sending your dog here!
Where do I even start?! Waggy tails is easily one of the best doggy daycare and boardings around. The owners and staff are so personable, attentive and caring and you can tell they take pride in what they do there. My husband and I have a senior pup and I was very nervous about leaving him for a week. But our ole man settled right in and even made a friend! I love that the second I met with them - to have my dog observed, I felt a sense of security and knew it would be a good fit. Thank you so much Waggy tails for making our ole man feel right at home so we could be worry free while on vacation! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend waggy tails!
My pup loves to go to Waggy Tails! She gets super excited when we drive into the parking lot. She gets to play and socialize with other dogs. Rosie has stayed overnight and we love that someone’s always there with them at night and they’re not put in crates, that they have beds that they can sleep in and feel like they’re really at home.
I cannot recommend Phoenix Waggy Tails enough! Mike and Sarah, the new owners, have truly transformed this daycare into a haven for our furry friends. Bella and Sam absolutely adore their time there, and I can see why! The care, attention, and love they receive are unparalleled. Audrey and her team are so awesome and professional. They were wonderful throughout the intake process for my almost-2-Year-Old pup. We love their booking and message system. Their packages make their rates a super deal! My pup has now also attended their training and boarding. Both were wonderful experiences, despite an anxious pup for whom it was his first time in boarding. They gave him 1:1 attention when he had trouble sleeping. Our dog loves coming here and the staff love having him or at least they seem like they do! It took a few times of daycare to get him interacting with other dogs, but now he plays nonstop. We have also used boarding and even taken advantage of some one on one time while he was there for an extended stay and he loved it. We also occasionally use their spa services and they do a great job of trimming his nails especially since he is super squirmy and overly dramatic about getting them trimmed. The cameras are also a nice touch so we can see how he is getting along with other dogs and we don't have to worry about him. We highly recommend that you take your dog at least every other week so your dog gets used to the environment and builds relationships.
Great day-care for my pup. They provide a safe, clean environment for him. He comes home happy. Melissa and the staff answer any questions or concerns I might have. Being able to watch him on the provided app provides confidence my dog is enjoying his day.
We have been using Dogtopia of Chester Springs since we got our Labrador Retriever four years ago. They have always taken exceptional care of him and it is obvious that he loves it there. You can tell that the Staff cares about the dogs and they are all very good at their job. They not only keep the play fun and safe for all the dogs, but they also become so familiar with each one that they notice things that are out of the ordinary like a limp, favoring a part of their body, etc. and make the owner aware (immediately if it seems serious). I fully trust my dog in their care, and I highly recommend Dogtopia of Chester Springs.
We love Dogtopia in Chester Springs! The staff is wonderful and love my dog like their own. We have been going there for 1-1/2 years now and it keeps getting better! Xena plays so hard and has so much fun that she Is sound asleep before we even leave the parking lot! Thank you for all you do!

We love Melissa and the team at Chester Springs Dogtopia. We joined early this summer and used boarding and daycare services often. I love how easy it is to arrange drop-offs and pick-ups. I love how welcoming and warm they are! We used to watch the webcams to check on him, but now we don't even think of it because we know he is happy. Alfie runs right in now! Dogtopia in Chester Springs is a wonderful place to take your dog for daycare. Our 3 year old goldendoodle dog is so happy going there playing with the other wonderful dogs. We have been bringing our sweet Marcus to Dogtopia for years and we BOTH absolutely love it!! When I bring Marcus to the door he can hardly contain his excitement! It's no wonder with such an amazing team- Michelle, Jackie and Sara have always gone above and beyond for my fur baby and me. From making sure Marcus is taken back quickly in the morning so I can rush to work to staying after hours just so I am able to pick up. I can't thank the crew enough for all their loving, attentiveness and care- to both of us!! Thank you!!
I accidentally edited my original review. I can’t remember exactly what it said, but probably something along the lines of THIS PLACE ROCKS! I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough. We started sending our aussie there when she was a puppy and she’s loved it since the beginning. Being a herding dog she has some unique tendencies but the team there helped us work through them early on to ensure her success at daycare. She gets soooo happy whenever she hears the word “daycare”. We love the different room sizes and the facility itself is always so clean. The team does such a great job making daycare extra fun by planning special days for the puppers (bacon bubbles, holiday parties, pool days, dog of the week, etc.). Whenever we pick her up from daycare she immediately falls asleep in the car. She’ll sleep almost nonstop for the next day. Daycare days (and the day after) are a favorite around our house. Worth every penny!
Golden Leash made my wedding day with my pups a BREEZE! Alex and Stephanie were fantastic! They picked my dogs up on time, brought them to the venue to get acclimated and made sure they stayed cool in the AC until the ceremony started! They also dropped them off back at home and fed them their dinner afterward! My dogs were so happy to be involved and having a team I trusted to handle them during such a special time was incredibly important. They followed my written instructions and timeline to a T and even dressed in cocktail attire in case they were caught in photos!! I would highly recommend GLPC for anyone who wants their pups to be part of their special day. I didn't have a worry in the world with Alex and Stephanie there! 10/10!
I can't recommend Golden Leash Pet enough! When my original sitter had an unexpected emergency, I reached out to to them as a last minute solution and I’m so glad I did. Abby, Katrina and the rest of the team are incredibly accommodating, and I could tell my fur baby was in great hands. He was not only well taken care of but totally spoiled while I was away! I loved receiving the detailed report cards after each visit, which gave me peace of mind. They provided updates on everything—from bathroom breaks and meals to walks—and even included the walking path and adorable photos of my dog. It was such a thoughtful touch! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, caring dog walker or sitter, I highly recommend Golden Leash Pet. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!
Golden Leash is beyond the best choice! For my pack of wild animals, they have been a gift. My two dogs are a handful but I never worry about the walkers handling them. Each one is professional and treats my pets like their own. We used their services for the weekend of our wedding and couldn’t have been happier.

Our dogs are very high energy/reactive with other dogs and sometimes need special attention and the walkers were great with them. Our dog Domino is a bit shy with new people and each time we’ve been introduced to a new walker (which has happened only a few times) they’ve made the effort to come out beforehand to do a meet and greet. We’ve also done overnights with Golden Leash and could not be more pleased. They took great care of our pets but also respected our home while they were there! I use Golden Leash 4/5 workdays a week to take care of my three pups. The staff are amazing and always read my notes about the pups. I have a reactive dog that requires patience and space and a dog who had major surgery this year. Everyone has been attentive to their needs and communicated when necessary to make sure they are taken care of and safe. I've also used them a number of times for in-home dog sitting while I am away and that has been amazing, too. Maggie is typically the staff member to stay with them and she is fantastic with them. They love her, she sends me updates and pictures, and she takes special care of my reactive pup who gets extra anxious when I am away. I can tell how much she cares about them. Golden Leash is wonderful and my pups LOVE having them come to visit them.

LOVE LOVE LOVE them! We have been with Dave and his team of walkers for 18 months and have never been disappointed! We have 2 big Lab mixes, they are always walked and watered on time and I get a text when they are done to let me know about the visit! They treat all of us with love and respect!

We have been taking our dogs to K-9 Designs for over 12 years now ! We have moved three times, a little farther away each time, and we still make the trip to bring our babies here. Our dogs have been boarded, both long and short term, and groomed here and we always know the girls are in great hands! One of our previous dogs was a very senior boy and now with another getting up there in age, there are few places I would feel comfortable with leaving them for extended trips. They always take great care and we are so appreciative! Prices are reasonable and all the members are communicative and helpful. Highly recommend !!
Bailey came back happy, and in good shape. Usually after being away from the family, he is low energy and without an appetite. I absolutely loved the little report card they gave us when he was picked up. This is Bailey’s new home away from home. Thank you Shelbi!

Love this place! First, I need a groomer. My coworker recommended this place to me. Reading the reviews, I was a little afraid then. But I trusted my coworker. I called and they were very friendly. Gave me prices. They are competitive. They groomed her exactly how I wanted her to be groomed. They called me as soon as she was done. She smells AMAZING! The groomer gave me feedback on how she did. I will definitely be a returning customer.
