We had a wonderful time sitting for Teddye and Mike! Of course, we absolutely fell in love with Frankie and Trigo as they were super easy going, fun to hang out with, and simple to care for. Their home is beautiful and has everything you could ever possibly want or need, including a movie theater! The location is excellent and close (but not walking distance) to lots of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking with nice hills. We could go on and on about how wonderful this sit was, but let it suffice to say that we would come back in a minute (and we are a bit picky about where we sit). Thanks so much for choosing us and give those puppies a big hug!
Our sit in Saluda, NC was amazing! Don and Michelle’s place was wonderful. Very comfortable and the sunrises were stunning. A perfect mountain get away. Max was on his best behavior. He was a perfect cat. Very personable and friendly. Very easy to take care of. We enjoyed the area as well-the hikes were great and the small towns were fun to explore.
What's not to love? This was my first sit through TH and though everyone says their animals are sweet - these pups are very smart, good listeners, incredibly well behaved/trained and very affectionate. With exception of Trixie who needed diapers and medication (not a big deal - easy to do, and a temporary condition) the dogs are low maintenance, easy to walk and hang out with. You can tell that they are well-loved and highly interacted with. They were pretty confident with me and in their environment. I didn't expect to see Sparkles the cat, but she was also a sweetheart and spent time loving on me. Josepha was a great communicator and very responsive when I needed to reach out. I had the pleasure of meeting her and the animals beforehand, which was lovely. I'm from Seattle and can say that the location is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with many flowering trees and parks nearby - central to anything you'd want to see in Seattle. The home is beautiful, with new appliances and its very well lit. The WiFi was fast and the guest suite was super comfortable. Note: As the dogs' first engagement is typically early, they will wake you when they are ready, 6am-7am for me.
Andrea and Kaia are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! We adored every minute with Kaia, enjoying the beautiful island. Andrea is so kind and hospitable and made us feel so at home. If you have the chance to become friends with beautiful Kaia, count yourself lucky! She is truly the best doggo fren ❤️ We are so incredibly grateful for our time with Andrea and Kaia, and can’t wait to meet again!
Myself and my partner looked after Olivia, Simba, Smudge and Peanut for just over three weeks, and we loved it! All of them are full of personality and couldn't be any more different in their unique quirky ways. Absolutely adorable. Simba is to tiny and cute but packed full of energetic boisterousness, while Olivia, despite her size, is quite the opposite and definitely not a fan of the noisy mopeds! (She's full of confidence when she encounters cats, however! :D) For this reason, the first couple of walks with them were a bit challenging, but it didn't take long at all to get to know them and their needs and the better times and routes to take them so we could have an enjoyable walk together. Early morning straight down to the beach was a winner! Fabulous sunrises and the whole place to ourselves :) They're all rescues, so they love being around people and that goes for night time too. It took a couple of nights to find a sleeping arrangement that didn't involve a greyhound laying across our legs (she's quite the long heavy hot water bottle in the middle of August!) but her and Simba soon settled on their own beds and were great after that. As long as you love animals and have patience, this is a fantastic house sit. And I haven't even mentioned the apartment yet. Such a lovely cosy place with everything you need to feel at home, and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea where you can lounge and read for hours. And everything is so close - the botanic gardens, the wildlife park, steps down to the beaches, pubs... all a short walk away. We're so grateful to Lesley for having us in her beautiful home so full of lovely treats and comforts, and not to mention the boundless love of her adorable pets. We had a fantastic time in Gibraltar and managed to fit in everything that Lesley so kindly recommended to us, including restaurants, cafes, and activities such as the Med steps. We swam every day as well and went on a paddle boarding safari. Amazing! It's a great place to visit and Lesley's home and pets couldn't have provided a better love-filled base from which to do it all. Thank you so much!
It was really enjoyable to have the privilege to be in Laura's paradise. Veggies and fruits around. Artsy things everywhere at home and around the neighborhood which is really safe and not to far from downtown San Jose. The dogs were really nice, easy to take care of. I miss them. Once Peli trusts you, she becomes a mountain of love. Sami is super friendly and playful. Chicken are not demanding at all and garden is easy to water. I had the chance to hang out with Laura and it was really a good time. She answered all my questions really fast and with good instructions. Hope to see you again Take care And hello to Haley

Elizabeth has been our dog walker/pet sitter since 2023. Our dog, Charlie, needs 3 walks a day and Elizabeth takes good care of him. He gets exercise and enjoys time in her company. She is also great when our fire alarms went off in our house during our last trip. She disarmed them and sent pictures. We were happy she was able to take care of the problem. She is a great communicator and I highly recommend her to those who want to leave their animal with a responsible and caring pet sitter!

Elizabeth has been watching our first rescue dog Nico since we got him in 2021, and now our latest addition, Vinny. As with a lot of rescues, ours had some social/ behavioral issues in the beginning, but Elizabeth is an expert. She knows how to work with and around those issues and also make recommendations. The controlled socialization our dogs get when staying overnight with Elizabeth have been immensely helpful to their training. They come home pooped and happy from all the playing! She also offers reasonable pricing and flexible scheduling. If you’re in the Davis area, highly recommend giving Elizabeth a call.
Elizabeth is awesome, she takes wonderful care of our Jack Russell mix and border collie mix. They always come home happy and smiling and well cared for. She sends lots of pictures to keep us updated and we are really grateful for her skill with the dogs. Our border collie is on medication which Elizabeth skillfully administers and doesn’t always get along with other dogs in our experience, but Elizabeth is so good with her. She always comes home better trained and socialized then we left her :-)
We’ve relied on Elizabeth for years to take care of our pets and house while away. Guinea pigs, fish, dog - she does it all and keeps an eye on the house. We’ve used her for weekends to over a month. Elizabeth loves our dogs and cats like they're her own and they are always excited to see her! One of the only places we trust to leave our slightly reactive dog. It is a bit out of the way for us, but the peace of mind that she will come back exactly as we left her is worth it. She is well taken care of. The photos are a nice bonus

I waited a while and now our dogs have had multiple stays here. Basically, it's wonderful! I've been on three surprise tours and they've all been great! My timid dog has gotten more and more comfortable and happy to get there. We did a few warm up days with him and then overnights before a long trip. My outgoing dog has always just loved it! I love the people there, they always do their very best to help me, 100% of the time. Also, several times I've been there people have insisted on leaving additional tips because they are so grateful to have their dog well taken care of... which I completely understand. Thank you!!!
I recommend Happy Paws Kennels for your fur baby or babies :) The process to check in for boarding was really easy and quick. Plus, they have a new office located beyond the gates, which is always nice because you'll have a chance to see the other happy dogs that are boarded there. They were also very communicative and made it easy for bookings. They also gave me complimentary baths at the end of their stay, which was very nice! One feedback that I would add is that I wish they would send pictures of the dogs as a compliment to the stay. A suggestion for Happy Paws is to provide the options for clients to choose the option of receiving pictures and updates during the stay. I think that will really enhance and add value to the experience. Overall, the experience was great, and my dogs seemed happy.

Where to begin…I dropped my dogs off yesterday and my truck decided to just die right then and there. The team was SO fantastic and helpful trying to get it up and going. Above and beyond thoughtfulness. I can’t thank them all enough for the help and genuine concern. Getting to what their business actually offers — Our dogs LOVE it here - we are new to the area so have only done day visits so far, but I am sleeping well at night knowing they are here while I’m away for the first time. We absolutely love these guys. They took such great care of our puppy baby. She slept for 2 days when we got home from all the fun and exercise she had. We plan on going back regularly. They have great rates and a military discount. Thanks for really taking care of my baby.

My big boy Bengal, Dezi had a great time here. The facility was very nice and clean too. He got his own two room suite! The staff made him feel safe and loved and he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up. This was his first time away from home and I wasn’t sure how it would go. He will be coming back to visit again.
I have used Best Friends since 2002. All of my dogs have done great and I had a dog with some “issues” and she was handled well. There were never any problems after their visit at the “spa” as we referred to it. My two small dogs just returned from their spa visit and Max was on medication and he did great and our Gracie was happy too. Highly recommend!! 🐾🐾

We brought our Golden, Lola, here for the first time for a full grooming experience. She is terrified of loud noises--the girl who met us at check-in was extremely gentle with our dog, calming, and got her to settle down. We knew immediately that Lola was in good hands. They brought Lola out looking better than she ever has at any other grooming appointment--complete with a fresh bandana and bow. We loved our experience here!
First time with Best Friends over the Christmas holiday. She was pretty excited to go with the staff and seemed great when we picked up. We had a long delay on our return train ride and the staff was very understanding. I felt very comfortable with her accommodations and would definitely use them again next time we travel.
Best Friends pet boarding, daycare in Carmichael. The staff here is awesom! My Pebbles and BamBam really enjoy their overnight stays! They get lots of attention, treats and best of all have piece of mind knowing the loving care they are getting! Highly recommend boarding and Doggy day camp!

Took our Golden to the splash pad night. They had the nicest facility!! So much room for the dogs to run around in, very clean and no broken toys/furniture. My golden had so much fun and I will definitely be signing her up for a day care session.
Great place to take your dog for day care or swim fun. I've taken my bullmastiff to day care and open swim. She lived both and came home tired and happy. Bit expensive buy you're paying for good care of your dog. I really appreciate that they screen your pet and have separation of different temperaments. Open swim in wknds is great and pretty cheap at $10 per dog. I highly recommend and will be back often. They have boarding service too, but I've never used it.
We rented the pool with some dog park friends and had a blast. The staff are very friendly and the pool was ready to have our pack of dogs rage. Some seating provided, bring a towel for yourself and wear clothes you don't mind getting soaked because the dogs will shake all over you!

I took my dog, Huffy, to the Animal Den for their open swim. She had a blast! All the doggies loved the pool and I got to enjoy some wine while she played. It was a win all around! My only gripe is the admission fee is $10. The fee is reasonable but it does keep us from going as frequently as we would like!
My dog has been going here for daycare 4 days a week for the last year and is so happy and excited whenever we arrive. Previous places we went for daycare I could see him on camera just sitting by the gate wanting to leave, and he was never eager to walk through the door. I think the staff here have gotten to know him and what makes him happy to be there so he feels much more comfortable. They also do cute holiday activities and dogs of the week which are adorable extra touches. Overall it’s been a great experience!

As for my Meeko he is having the time of his life for his first time. He is literally smiling. Great decision to board him here. I would high recommend this place!

Rose has been our go-to pet sitter for three years now. We have two large male house cats. Rose provides peace of mind while we are gone, in part because she posts us by text early each morning with a short report on that morning's visit and how the cats are. She also makes written notes on each visit and leaves them for us. She is careful and conscientious and very easy to work with. We have never had a problem with her service and recommend Always Available whole- heartedly.
Rose watched my two boxers for me. It was somewhat nerve wracking having a non family member watch my girls. But Rose is very professional and thorough. During the meet and greet my dogs seemed to settle fairly well with her presence too. She texts a picture and update every day. Would definitely use her again!
I recently used always available pet sitting for a long weekend away from my pet. Rose was fantastic. She was very thorough on what services I should expect & walked me through everything. I received photos of my kitty every day that I was gone & even came home to a very cute thank you card and notes from each day she visited with kitty. Excellent service. I recently had Rose watch my eight dogs (two large dogs and six small dogs) and my two cats. I was gone overnight and my pets are not used to this. However I am pleased to say that my pets have taken kindly to Rose and they were well taken care of when I was gone. Rose sent text pictures with each of her visits. Unfortunately she had to clean up after one of my dogs but the place was immaculate when I got home. I highly recommend rose for pet sitting and I plan on using her in the future.
We highly recommend Rose, Always Available Pet Sitting. Right from the beginning Rose was organized and business-like, taking note of the names of each pet, the amount of food, times of day to be fed, locations for food, treats, etc. Rose cared for our 4 dogs and cat for 9 days while we went on vacation. She did not hesitate to come an extra day when our flight was canceled last minute. Rose did a lot more than just feed our fur babies. She spent time playing with them as well as watching their behavior to make sure they got along and played together safely. (We have 3 large dogs and a small beagle.) She even called us to make sure we were comfortable with what she saw. She left notes from each day and also texted us notes and photos. It’s clear Rose loves animals and has experience with animal behavior. We felt so much more at ease on our vacation knowing Rose was watching our pets. We will be using Rose’s services again.
River dogs resort is absolutely amazing! I am a bit overly protective of my dog and I never hesitate to leave him at River dogs resort. He can tell when we’re pulling into their driveway and is immediately excited. He gets to play with lots of friendly dogs all day and I never have to worry about how he is doing. The owner, Dina, is a true dog lover and treats all the dogs as if they are her own. She is flexible and always looking out for what will be best for your dog. My dog is an 85 pound German shepherd mix who has lots of energy and he always comes home happy and tired. You should look no further if you want a place your doggo will love.

River Dogs is a home-away-from-home for our 2-year-old Golden Retriever, Emma. She is always in a good mood after we pick her up. River Dogs is considered a second home for my dogs. I have been a faithful client for over two years (2-3 days a week) and have only great things to say. River Dogs is the best! our dog loves it there and the owner is so nice and helpful and loves dogs! our flight was canceled at Christmas and rescheduled for days later after we had already dropped our dog off. River Dogs extended our kennel time so we could spend longer with family and took such good care of her. so helpful and understanding!!!!! will always go there!!!

Yep, a 5 star review for Dina and River Dog Resort! We needed a last minute fun and safe spot for our 12 yo American Foxhound and were so happy Dina had an opening for Chuck. Shortly after arriving, Chuck was adventurous and tried to escape by scaling a fence but Dina did not let that affect her ability to provide safe and loving care for his stay. Upon our return she told us what happened and figured out solutions for his next stay communicating in a professional, caring and understanding way. We are impressed and highly recommend RDR!
Our boxer Abbey LOVES going to see Miss Dina every week! Abbey always has such a fun time playing with her dog buddies. We also board our dog here a few times a year and always know she will be very well taken care of. River Dogs Resort is such a great location and we will never go anywhere else!
Dina and her staff have been taking care of our two large dogs for about 5 years now! They were always responsive and easy to do pick ups and drop offs. The pups were always well cared for, happy to go(could not wait to get taken back to play!!), and exhausted when we picked them up! We were very sad to move away because it was such a wonderful gift to have found such a caring place for our fur-babies! I recommend them without any hesitation!!!
We have always been a let's-find-a-house-sitter type family. We were in a pinch and River Dogs came to the rescue! We have ditched a house sitter completely now, as our rambunctious golden puppy loves to wrestle and play in their large yard while our small dog hangs out, snuggles and shares kisses with Dina. Ashleys is excellent. All three cats receive individual attention and any accidents or medications are professionally and politely dealt with. The on-line appointment and payment system is convenient and easy to use. Out pets are very well cared for while we are away!
I'm a veterinarian who has been using Ashley's pet sitting services consistently for at least five years. She and her team are so reliable! Once when I was traveling in 2018, my house was broken into, and thankfully the dogs were not let out by the burglars. Ashley and her team handled communication beautifully, as well as coordinating with my landlord and the police. My favorite thing is they have a journal with pictures so you know everything that happens with your fur baby. My only con would be the extra fees that aren't 100% transparent. The service is pricey, (but worth it), however, when I went to pay the bill, there was an added fee for administration and then again for credit cards (which I use for security.,) I'm willing to pay whatever is needed for the care of my pet, but it was a tad surprising. Thar said, they are amazing snd we love Amsnda! We will be using them again in the future! The service is outstanding!! The attached pictures are from Amanda's very detailed journals!
We have used Ashley's Pawsome Pet sitting for every single vacation we've taken the past year and greatly appreciate the services of her staff. As someone prone to worrying, the pet journals and photos her sitters take and send daily are wonderful. While I have only had two different sitters, they are always kind, professional, and follow instructions well. I feel like my cat is in good hands when I hire a pet sitter through her.
We have left two different dogs in Ashley's care. Each time, we had so much confidence about how they were faring while we were traveling (in large part because Ashley sends pictures showing how comfortable and happy they are in her home; she sends sweet messages, too). Every aspect of the visit went exactly as planned; her website is easy to use and very informative. All in all, a very professional transaction with a very loving caregiver.
Our 2 black kitties are our pride and joy and we hate to leave them but now, in our retirement years, we are finally able to travel. After asking neighbors to feed our kitties, we tried Ashleys Pawsome and are VERY happy! We can schedule half-hour or longer sessions which include feeding, catbox cleaning and playing with our furry kids. Maybe better are the timely and thorough 'journal reports' we receive after each visit! We're told hew our pets are, and what services were rendered. Let the vacations continue!
Ashley was wonderful with our 3 dogs and cat for the two days we were away. She sent me pics of all of them each time she visited them during the day and I can say, they looked really happy! We've never left them before, so this was a fantastic experience for us, but mainly our dogs enjoyed her so much as well! Will for sure use your services in the future.
Ashley is so friendly and sweet! Her family is so welcoming and loving. She took excellent care of our pups while we got married on the coast. I loved the pictures of cuddles and the daily updates. I highly recommend her, it's a wonderful alternative to boarding.
Ashley's Pawsome Pet Sitting is the best! Ashley and each of her sitters is smart, kind, and really great with our beloved, quirky, doggie family members. We always hate to be away from our fur family but we always know they will be well cared for and safe. One of my favorite memories about leaving our first dog with Ashley: Emma would run up the walk to Ashley's house, so happy and excited to see her, reminding me of my 3 year old going to preschool and NOT caring that I was leaving him. I am so thankful to Vickie at BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! I am the kind of dog mom that puts my 2 boys Doug and Rusty (dachshunds) above myself. I set my house up so that THEY are happy and comfortable. I have a low bed,, doggie ramps everywhere and there are dog toys all over. I would say that they are a little spoiled ❤️🐾🐾❤️ I only trust a few people with my dogs. I recently moved to Fair Oaks. I searched online for pet sitting and called Vicky, the owner of Bow-Wow pet sitting and boarding. I asked many questions. I then looked at her reviews on Yelp and decided that I would give her a call back. She was able to take my dogs the next day. She was so great! My dogs were barking and have separation anxiety. I immediately felt comfortable with Vicky. She is very kind and obviously loves animals. Her house is set up perfectly - she can separate dogs if necessary but still see them, they are not locked away in a closed room. She had a big wonderful yard to play in. When I picked up my boys they were happy and not stressed. Now they WANT to go there! Even though I'm done moving I intend to to take them to Vicky's at least once a week because they love her and I don't take them in the car and leave them when running errands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICKIE AND BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! She is reasonably priced and very accommodating. ******************!!!!💕
I am appalled at the neglect and inhumane treatment of my dog. We left my dog Roxxy there for the weekend over 4th of July. We made sure they were aware she was a rescue dog with anxiety, and we were guaranteed that our dog would not be left alone during the fireworks. After we got our dog home, that night we realized her mouth was severally injured. Apparently, she had been left outside in a metal crate during fireworks while the owners of Bow Pow Pet sitting went to the liquor store, and tried to chew her way out causing the damage to her mouth. Multiple teeth had been broken off, her gums were destroyed and she had literally chewed so long and hard the bone of her jaw was damaged. We were never notified that our dog had been injured under their care, we had to wait to find out when we got her back, and with the extent of the injury being as bad as it was I have a hard time believing there were no signs of blood or injury when it happened. The surgery to fix my dog's mouth was over $3,500, which Bow Wow Pet sitting never even tried to repay. I felt the owners of Bow Wow pet sitting were unprofessional and down right negligent to have let this happen. To top it all off, after multiple complaints from us they still have pictures of my dog on their website, against my approval, to advertise their business. Usually I am not one to write angry online reviews but I feel strongly that they were negligent towards my dog.
My dogs were well taken care of in a family style environment. Both had individual needs and their needs were well taken care of. Was so pleased with the great care both dogs received! Recommend!

The Coaches are wonderful! I highly recommend Dogtopia Davis! My dog absolutely loves to spend the day with his favorite people and furry friends. He has boarded several times and always comes home happy and sleepy. He also has had a few grooming appointments and those are excellent too. Beth Goldstene Staff is incredibly kind. The fact that this location has coaches that are looking to attend vet school puts me at ease! Also, having grooming and boarding at the location is great. My dog already loves going to Dogtopia and the staff, so I know he won't be stressed in these situations.
Dogtopia is great! All the dogs are vetted before they are accepted so you know your dog is safe. And I love that they can roam around all day uncrated excepted for nap time. The caregivers are all wonderful. They really knew my dog’s personality. And my pup came home very happy and neither tired nor anxious. I left him there all day (9 am to 7 pm) and he was happy to see me but he wasn’t desperate or had pent up energy. He just seemed super content and chill. The experience was the perfect balance of socialization and downtime.

They are very friendly, and my dog is so happy to go to Dogtopia. They have literally saved my bacon! I had underestimated how chaotic having painters at the house would be for my dog and Dogtopia was a save haven. He had a great time and was able to spend the night. And the painting got done with no barking or other disruption. I feel like they love every dog that walks through their door.

My puppy loves to come and play! The staff are very attentive of his needs and accommodating to my schedule. I think the price is fair for the great value that my dog gets from play and socialization. The facility is clean and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor like a lot of kennels do.

We took our pup for an evaluation and daycare and the staff was spectacular. They were very honest in their evaluation and informed me Sugar did not have a pleasant time with the other pups. Instead of trying to push for signing up for another day of daycare and boarding, they prioritized my dog's safety and comfort. They put her health ahead of profit. That is a company I can get behind. I 100% recommend this facility for dogs who are better socialized and less anxious than my own.
My dog has been attending since opening day and I couldn't be happier with the service. It was very much needed in Davis. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the large number of dogs that attend I am very impressed with how they are able to report back on what your dog was up to the whole day, what they were doing, and who they were playing with. They also remember EVERY dogs name which just goes to show how much individualized care they all receive. The owner Cindy is super kind and very passionate which is evident within the establishment, staff, and tailored care for each dog. Have never had any concerns and would definitely recommend especially for younger dogs in need of socialization 10/10!
We moved to Sacramento recently and I was a little stressed about finding a boarding facility for my two sphynx cats. One of my cats is on a heart medication and they both require a little more attention than some haired cats need. I was so pleasantly surprised with how well Pat's took care of them for the week we were on vacation. There was even a health concern during their stay but it was handled calmly and promptly. I feel very comfortable leaving my cats in their care in the future.

I was having a hard time having to leave my kitty for the first time. And the staff here is so great they sent me pictures of my kitty and gave me updates when needed. I felt a sense of relief knowing my cat is getting the best care. I will for sure be bringing my cat here whenever I need to go on vacation. As you can tell my cat also enjoyed it
If you have kitty babies, I highly recommend booking with Pat's Boarding Place for Cats! I previously booked with Wags Hotel in the past but decided to give Pat's a chance. Booking with them was super easy. I called in during their business hours and Elaine answered all the questions I had. Prior to the kitties staying at Pat's, the paperwork either needs to be complete ahead of time electronically or printed and submitted in person day of. Like any other boarding spot, make sure the required vaccinations and flea preventative are done before the stay. When it came time to drop off my two fur babies Sammy and Boris sometime in March 2024, I knew both of them were going to be in good hands! I love the layout of the cat boarding spot and the amount of room both kitties had when I booked them a suite. It's super cool that they both get the opportunity to explore the catio, and it's convenient for those making their way to the Sacramento International Airport. Overall, this place has good vibes and for the price I pay, I know I can get better service and put my two fur babies in a quieter cat only space. I'll definitely be back as a returning client when the time comes again! Thanks for being an awesome team Pat's Boarding Place for Cats and making Sammy and Boris's stay memorable!

Boarded my cats here and they did so well! I like that they check the amount of food in the bowls to make sure the cats are eating. When my cats weren’t eating much at first they even found food my cats liked and sent me home with a can in case I wanted to get more. One of my shy cats even became so comfortable she was giving the lady kisses. And my sometimes aggressive cat even made a cat friend there. I love that they get to walk around and interact with the other cats. Will definitely bring my cats here again next time I have to go on a trip!
I thought this place would be a good fit for my cats, but it wasn’t! From the beginning, we could tell the owner doesn’t care about cats and only care about the money! The owner was very rude and started to argue when we asked for a better room for my cats. ( talked already on the phone) We asked for photos because we were gone for two weeks and she refused! It takes 2 seconds to take and send pictures! When we came back to pick them up, the litter box and their water were so dirty and not acceptable after how much they charged! I’m sorry, but I can't give this place five stars.
They have taken amazing care of my cat many times in the last several years since we moved here. In fact, it got to the point where he would not want to leave and then sulk around the house when we got home. We recently got him a little brother and boarded both boys for the same time. They both had a lot of fun, and came home in a great mood. I really appreciate that they let us call to check on them, and now, even have a texting line. I never worry about leaving my kitties here, I know they are in expert hands.
I have dropped off my cat twice here and I can not recommend Pats enough. The workers there clearly love cats and do a great job of keep the cats happy and healthy. Though my cat must have social anxiety around cars, she loves humans. The workers recognized that and made sure to give her plenty of pets. They will also let you know how your cat is doing if you call and ask. Highly recommend calling ahead when you know you need to board your cat. They get busy during certain times of the year and it also helps to budget the time for your cat.
I've been taking my kitties to Pat's Boarding Place for Cats for about 20 years now and won't consider leaving them anywhere else. The staff is fantastic and the place looks like a Disneyland for kitties. I know my fur babies are going to be well taken care of, and it gives me so much peace of mind. Here's an example of how they go out of their way to make sure all the cats are well taken care of. I got Covid at the end of my trip to Ireland last spring and was left in limbo not knowing when I'd be able to go home. After explaining the situation to the staff they assured me they would take care of my cats until I returned. This involved someone having to go buy more cat food and moving my cats to other kennels because the ones they were in were reserved for other kitties. Their reassurance reduced my stress immeasurably. I ended up coming back two weeks later than I was supposed to and all the kitties were fine. What an awesome place!
