The location was great, the house very comfy, and the dogs were the absolute best part! Ellie, Frida and Abbie had the best personalities and were so well behaved. I got tons of snuggles too, which is my favorite thing!
Love and laughter is what you will find at this sit, with the two adorable little ones, Luna and Stormy. The term puppy love was coined for this little one. Stormy is all love and attitude, with plenty of cuddles thrown in. Amazingly smart! Her big sister Luna is a cuddler and a thinker and kept us laughing when she would go to her house to hide toys from Stormy or just to have a time out from a high energy pup! Addie and her husband were amazing from first contact by face time upon accepting this sit, and then communication was clear and concise throughout the sit, with daily communication. We arrived to meals left for us, and everything was thoughtfully left out. The home is modern, and extremely clean, and a wonderful housekeeper stopped by during our nine day stay to continue the upkeep. You have lovely walks to the quaint downtown, and the restaurants and coffee shops were dog friendly. We used Addies recommendations door where to eat, and they were affordable and good on service and quality of food. You are close to everything that you might want to visit, but we stayed with places in walking distance because we just had a stay in San Francisco previously and had done a lot of sightseeing. We highly recommend this stay and easily give these homeowners and pet lovers 5 stars. !
This was a very nice sit. The house is large and homey, with everything required for the stay. The bed was very comfortable (thinking of buying a foam mattress). Communication with Alexa was good and she made sure we knew everything we needed to. Kenilworth is a nice town with friendly people, and there are great walks though the Abbey Fields park and around the Castle. Elon the dog truly is a gentle giant, and very loveable. He was a joy to work with, even easy to take his pills and to walk off the lead. And quite a head turner - if you want to meet new people, try walking a hundred pound dog with a curly coat! What a wonderful week house sitting. Diane and Vaughan were lovely and welcoming, ensuring everything was clear for both the house and the dogs. Kym and Darcy were both beautifully behaved, easy to care for and great to spend time with. Such a lovely house and location were an added bonus.
Donny and Leo are fun dogs to hang-out with! Two distinct personalities, both good companions. They play well with each other and Leo will want to rest his head in your lap when on the couch. The home is close to some of Denver’s fun-spots: Bronco Stadium, Meow-Wolf, Aquarium, Elitch Gardens…a block from Briar Commons Brewery for food and drink. Samantha and Brendan’s place is a nice place to stay.
This was a great sit! Ryan is a great communicator and his home is lovely and in a great area. Mushroom is the sweetest kitty. I'd stay again!
