I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cindy and Ted’s charming farm and cozy farm house in beautiful Vermont. Detailed information and schedules regarding the animals’ care and feeding were so helpful and accurate that it made my stay a true joy. I received excellent recommends and directions for all the surrounding area activities and especially hikes that were so fun and energizing - along with their dog Willow- I felt like a true (if temporary) local. Thank you both for your generous hospitality.
We absolutely loved our time looking after Lady after Trixxi ! Kimberly is a very kind and welcome person and communication with her was very easy. The apartment is good , cosy, in the heart of the old Lisbon, close to the bus stop with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Besides it has a view to an internal garden which is a bless in a big city like Lisbon . Both pets are super easy to look after and well house trained. Lady is a smart , lovely and intelligent dog who is always happy to go for her walks . She is very expressive and it's amazing how she can communicate herself well using her eyes . Trixxi is a beautiful , sweet and quiet cat who mostly kept to herself but litlle by litlle she gets close and in some days she allows us to touch her. She is really cute! We had a great time at Kimberly's place and would definitely recommend this sit.
We had a delightful sit with Cody and Sheba. Cody did very well for a 13 years old dog. He had a healthy appetite and went on short walks. Sheba was very energetic, playful, and fun; and she become so affectionate to us. Both pets were required some medication, but it was easy to take care of it as Tina and Bob have provided detailed instructions to us upon our arrival to their house. They left a written instruction as well which was so helpful. The house was impeccable, very well decorated and had everything needed!!!!
The sit went well. Weasley is a friendly and chatty cat. He is super friendly when he warms up to you which takes a few days. He often tells you what he needs so made looking after him easier. He is active and enjoys playing in the evening but he enjoys rolling and round being petted usually. He did spend a lot of time sleeping during the days so quite low maintenance. Sofia was really friendly and welcoming. Her apartment was tidy and in a good location in Gdansk. Throughout the trip she was easy to reach if needed. Got to spend more time with her on the final day! Thanks for introducing me to polish food!
We had a great time staying at Tamara’s home in Ottawa. Rosie and Beasley are both very cute, friendly, and easy to look after. Rosie is always happy and loves playing with her ball. Beasley enjoys following you around and watching for rabbits from the window. It’s very easy to take them out for walks as there’s a nice grassy area just by the house. On walks Beasley explores on her long leash while Rosie can go off leash while playing fetch. We really enjoyed taking them out for walks, playing with them in the garden, and spending time with them in general. Tamara’s home is lovely, comfortable, and clean. There was ample wardrobe and drawer space for us - always a plus! The neighbourhood is nice, with friendly neighbours and great walking spots. Tamara also offered use of her bike. We really enjoyed visiting Ottawa; it’s roughly a 15 minute drive to places like ByWard Market and Parliament hill. Tamara is a wonderful host. She is very welcoming and her communication is great. She provided lots of information on both her home and the dogs and had printed out the most important points for us. We would love to look after Rosie and Beasley again one day and recommend this sit!
