Greg and his girlfriend Fanni sat for Angus over a long weekend. I only dealt with Greg but he was courteous, charming, punctual, as well as being open and honest about a) why he wanted to sit and b) why he would be a good sitter. In fairness, he and Fanni nailed the brief. They looked after my home, whilst making sure Angus enjoyed plenty of quality time with them. My dogs have recently spent two days with Nigel while we were away on holiday staying in London where we had two days where the dogs couldn’t come with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better place, they were very content and settled and happy to return on their second visit. Hugo especially is very clingy and anxious. Would definitely recommend highly.
We have been sending our dog Mr Darcy to Nigel for over 8 months now & he started going when he was only 4 months old. Nigel takes extremely good care of him & is very careful when introducing other dogs into his services. He ensures there is a limit on the number of dogs which he has at any one time so you know that your dog is going to be well looked after & get the right attention. Nigel's home is setup extremely well to ensure the dogs have plenty of activities to keep them busy however he also takes them on several walks throughout the day & we receive constant videos & pictures of the adventures. He also provides great feedback about our dogs behaviour, personality traits etc. & highlights any concerns or points we should look out for. Nigel runs a very professional business but the fact that it is run from his family home ensures that your dog will never be short of love & affection from his caring family.
Our dog loves to visit Nigel, she practically runs to his house. We know she is always well cared for and Nigel sends us regular updates from their outings or her fun in the garden with her other doggy friends. She recently boarded for the first time and she had the most fun and was all looked after. We would not hesitate to recommend.
Nigel has been absolutely amazing with our dog Paddy- he was nervous and reactive towards other dogs he didn’t know since lockdown started, before he started to regularly go to WTDC. Within a few weeks he was beginning to learn to interact positively with other dogs and his confidence has increased, he loves the company of other dogs now and actively engages in play instead of trying to dominate. Nigel has the utmost respect and priorities in place, he understands and cares about the dogs he looks after and it’s so comforting to know that paddy now enjoys going to day care. We totally trust Nigel and are so grateful for the effort he has put in with building Paddy’s confidence and character - Nigel Is reliable and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Our little pup Luna really comes alive when she's out with Nigel and the other dogs. She is well looked after, has loads of love and attention and returns to us very happy! Nigel has been looking after our little cross dog, Phoebe, for a year now and we’re delighted with the service. Phoebe is wary of people but she loves Nigel and is so happy to go to him. He takes very good care of her, taking her for long walks because she’s very active and looking after her in his sensory garden and in his home. He also sends videos and pictures throughout the day which we enjoy. At first I warned Nigel that Phoebe might run off if he let her off the lead so he kept her at his home initially to acclimatise to the new environment and so she could get used to him, then he went for walks with Phoebe on the lead, then he put her on the long lead and now she doesn’t need anything. This worked well for all of us. We cannot recommend Nigel enough. Phoebe goes to him weekly and she boards with him when we’re away and it’s a testament to him that she is completely happy whenever we drop her off.
I used Nigel for the first time yesterday to walk my precious pooch. Nigel was so professional and clearly a dog lover as my dog warmed to him quickly. Within just a few minutes I received a photo showing my puppy with the biggest smile on his face (so reassuring for my first encounter and thank you). I’ve signed up for dog walking services with Nigel on a weekly basis.
Nigel is not just an average dog sitter. He’s educated himself on dog behaviour and positive reinforcement. My two and half years old Cavapoo is very attached to me and was scared of bigger size dogs. He’s been with Nigel for two months now and I’ve noticed he’s much calmer and confident around other dogs, specially larger size dogs (Nigel only sits small/medium dogs). Now, instead of dragging him, he runs towards Nigel’s house happily. He even recognised him in the park and ran to him for a kiss and cuddle. I’m very lucky I’ve found Nigel and his beautiful family. He’s one of the best things happened in my doggy’s life…😊
Cynthia has been looking after my dog for over a year at least twice a week. Before my dog started with Cynthia, she had been bitten and was nervous/snappy around other dogs which also made me nervous. I explained this to Cynthia and she was so kind, patient and knowledgeable with my dog and myself. She said it was her project to try and re socialise my dog and to make her comfortable again in a pack. I am happy to say that after a lot of hard work and skill on Cynthia’s part, my dog is now a happy part of the pack and I feel so much more confident socialising my dog too. Been leaving our one year old labradoodle in Cynthia’s care for the last 6 or so months (occasional daycare and boarding) and she loves it! Cynthia is very friendly, flexible (helped us out last minute more than once) and good at putting us at ease that we are leaving her in the best care….plus keeps in touch with fun video updates :-)) Highly recommend.

Had a bad experience with my dog last year, and she publicly said I had "issues"/ called me a liar when I complained which should tell you everything you need to know. Recently discovered L&L has not got a good rep locally...other dog owners say they visited and didn't want to leave their dog/have had nasty words from her when they've not engaged her services.
This is a very trusted dog day care, she maintains her garden well, making sure that the dogs are safe and well looked after. Will always go back anytime 😊.

We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.
Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.
Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.
Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Sarah is brilliant with our dog Harry and has been walking him ever since he was a puppy helping to grow his confidence with other dogs. Harry has a great time on group walks and also enjoys being out with Sarah one on one. SJ is a true animal lover. Trustworthy, gentle and attentive, SJ’s love for dogs is obvious in the way she handles the dogs in her care, always placing their interests first. SJ is incredibly caring towards our dog and we know that when she’s in SJ hands that she’s in the safest of hands. Steve has been walking our Golden retriever twice a week for the last few months and have to say has been fantastic. He has a great calm demeanour with the dogs and they really respond well to him. Our dog initially was very frightened to get into the car, after a few weeks with Steve he absolutely loves it now. Rob and Angela of Walking Woofers have been walking my dog for nearly 13 years now. I would be lost without them not only do they walk him they care about him, look after his well being and always let me know if anything does not seem right with him. Rob from walking woofers is fantastic- I have a lot of shift work and last minute changes and Rob is always happy to accommodate my last minute changes . Our family dog loves seeing him and always has great walks which Rob captures on camera for us to see.
After breaking my arm i got in touch with Walking Woofers to walk my Rottweiler. I am so pleased I did. Initially it was only meant to be temporary but because it made such a difference to Jason's (dog) temperament going from a teenager to an adult., I kept them on. I also do not need to use kennels as Rob will sleep over and walk him the next day. When I come home it is if I have never been away. he is so much happier. Not all dog walkers will take on large dogs. I would highly recommend Rob and Angela.
Rob has been walking Max our Ridgeback for 7 years. Rob is extremely reliable, Max looks forward to his walks with Rob and the pack of dogs. Rob and Angela have been looking after our dogs for 11 years. They have known all our dogs since they were puppies - currently two Ridgebacks and one Parson Russell Terrier and have always been completely reliable as well as being flexible to meet our dogs needs. They come highly recommended - not least since we would have struggled on occasion without their support.
Sylwia is now a family member! She has looked after my Airedale Archie for 4 years and i couldn't imagine what we'd do without her!! Archie loves his daily walks and hanging out with all his friends..... he often can't get out the door quick enough! Sylwia also grooms him so he is always looking smart and having someone he knows grooming him keeps him relaxed! I can't recommend Sylwia highly enough!

We could not recommend Sylwia highly enough: our little terrier is thrilled when she arrives to take him for his walk and we are relaxed and happy, knowing he is with someone who will take care of him, make sure he is safe, well walked and well loved. Sylwia genuinely cares for every single dog she walks, they are her pack. When we first contacted Sylwia she arranged for our Welshie to have a ‘test walk’ first to make sure he would fit in and that he and all of the other dogs would be happy to have him as a pack member: such a brilliant approach to dog walking.

Sylwia is an animal lover. She is caring, gentle knowledgeable and trustworthy. She is also a charming Lady. I met her in the park where she walks her dogs I had a puppy at that time, my dog kept running to her, she has an incredible contact/ feel with animals. She then became our dog walker for our Parson Jack Russel. He absolutely loves walking with her and spending times with her family when we are going away. I know my dog is in very good hand with Sylwia. I am very confident to recommenced her.
