Best daycare in the west! They are always expecting my dog by name when he arrives and he has such a great time. He’s high energy so I know can be a handful but they’ve been proactive in working with him and creating an environment that works for him (and their other dogs). Online logistics are great, super easy to book days and check packages.

I almost hate to review this amazing business because I don’t really want it to get any busier than it is, but I feel like I owe this wonderful team some credit where it is due. Our dog goes here at least once a month to get her energy out and connect with her doggo friends. The staff here are skilled, very organised, careful about the temperament of each dog and the group they play with, and are careful to assess each dog before it is given the green light to attend ongoing. It’s a little expensive, but we know our dog will be taken care of and have the time of her life each time she goes. A wonderful bonus is the photos taken each day so that you can see just how fun your dog is having!! Thanks lovely team for being so great!

Ginger's introduction was a happy half day. The photos and video sent showed me she was relaxed, happy and certainly not showing any nervousness being among a group of dogs, She was happy to see me, but not frantic to leave. She slept all afternoon! She's definitely going to be a regular!

We love sending our fur baby here! He always has a great time! We love the daily photo updates too 🤗. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The team always do their best to accommodate your needs! We wouldn’t send him anywhere else!

These guys are brilliant. They are genuinely passionate about what they do and take great care of Chewy. We started on one day a week and he now goes three days each and every week because he enjoys it so much. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is just a happy place, for dogs & humans ! Great service - our Polly gets collected twice a week, for fun times with all her mates. When she first started, the staff took time to teach her some basic behavioral skills, and that has set us all up for a great relationship ! Videos of her play time sent to our phones and lots of attention - Polly loves it ! For all dogs - Big & Small.

This doggy daycare is amazing, our little furry boy is obsessed. Lots of other dogs to play with. I love how they post photos so you can see how much fun your pooch is having! Highly recommend this dog daycare.

Very fair quotation and speedy response response to my initial enquiry. When I arrived it was very easy to find and I could tell straight away I was leaving my two dogs with caring people just by the way they had a genuine interest with my dogs. I didn't have to worry at all and when I picked them up they were very happy and smelt so good. The owners were very friendly and interested and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with fur babies that want that personal service. Beats any kennel or resort hands down. If I could give more stars I would.

Our 7.5 month old Golden Retriever Ocean had her first doggy day care session here last week. We were very thankful that we could get a daycare spot last minute, as we had to head out of town for the day. We got update pictures and she looked very happy playing with all the other dogs. She made some new friends and was very from all the play, that she didn’t even want to walk up the stairs to go to bed. We will definitely be bringing Ocean back for more play dates. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our girl.

I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.

Alfie loves going for his adventures to Petstays. He enjoys the extra company while I am at work. It’s great to know that he is safe and entertained while I’m at work. A little on the expensive side compared with alternate daycares, but the personal experience is a positive.

Very relieved at the great service that Elyse provided from Pawshake. My 20 yo pussy needed a lot of attention and cleaning up after and I was extremely happy to see she was looked after. Elyse even sent me videos so that I did not worry while on holiday. Excellant Service.

It was very easy to find a sitter with Pawshake. The app is well done and the communication with Charlie, our sitter was also very easy. Our 4 month puppy Paku has fallen in love with Charlie and her dog Opinel. We will use Pawshake again and Charlie is the perfect carer for Paku. We had a very tired and happy boy at home that night.

Easy online service to use. Brittany had a meet and greet with our 2 cats and took wonderful care of our boys, even sending some photos to us! Our cats were very relaxed when we came back. Will definitely use this service again

I had a fantastic experience having Sharon from Pawshake care for my cat while I was away. She was wonderfully communicative and kept me up to date on my cat’s care - despite my cat hiding from her throughout the week I was away! Pawshake was very easy to book care through and easy to use!

Thanks Pawshake for the creating a unique service like this. Having recently adopted a puppy, I was hesitant to put him into a dog kennel / hotel. As a child the only option we had was dog kennels, and our family dog was always traumatised when we collected her. Admittedly, things have improved since then, but even recently, I saw one Dog Hotel that offers just 30 mins of play time per day! And you have to pay extra if you want more socialisation. Unbelievable! With Pawshake we connected with a great petsitter (my glowing review of her is on the app) and it meant that our pooch had a holiday while we were away on our holiday! Regularly photos of him made us feel at ease, and when we collected him, he looked happy and well looked after. (And in addition, it was a LOT cheaper than dog hotels / kennels). Thank you!

Pawshake was very easy to use and reliable too. Left our little dog for the first time in March. Was very happy with the sitter so used them again when we went away for the long weekend recently. Anne has been part of our "family" since we bought home our gorgeous puppy home in June 2020. She was a saviour while we were in isolation at various times, including trips to the vet for us. Rocket absolutely adores Anne, and has the best time with his 4-legged friends. He goes on group walks at least once a week, and up to 3 times/wk - and comes home so happy and exhausted.

Anne has been an absolute delight to deal with since we first met when training our new border collie puppy. We booked Anne for a 4 hour 1:1 session and it set us up with the right tools to ensure we had little Jerry set up to be successful in his training. We then signed up for group walks (playgroup) and we now have Jerry in Tuesday - Friday. He absolutely LOVES the socialising and making new friends. It’s his fav part of the week, and you can see his excitement when Anne picks him up each day!

Anne is a caring, kind and thoughtful dog walker. She genuinely cares for the dogs and understands each one has is an individual with likes and dislikes. Our dog was a little anxious with other dogs but going out regularly with Anne has increased her confidence and happiness. I cannot recommend Anne enough. She speaks fluent dog!

We had Anne in a couple of weeks ago to do a 3 hour course to teach myself and my daughter how to train our 20 week old Cavoodle called Sadie. Anne was absolutely fabulous with the techniques she taught us, the knowledge and patience she has was amazing (especially with a 14 year old who wasn’t very interested in learning). She ended up spending 7 hours all up and the notes she sent were excellent as I’d forgotten a lot of the information from the day. She had a naturally kind and positive way with Sadie and you can just tell how much she loves her job. I have been putting all her training into action and it’s working like a treat with Sadie. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for a trainer, walker or pet sitter as she’s totally awesome and I would absolutely trust her with our beautiful fur baby. Anne has been walking and helping train our 2 German shepherds for a number of months and has been amazing with them. They are always so happy to see her. Anne's communication from day one has been prompt and professional. I could not recommend her more.

Anne is fantastic - she’s reliable, knowledgable, responsible and caring. We have a sometimes-nervous doggo (Bonnie) who Anne has helped through both an obedience session and group dog walks. I can’t express how much, at every point, Anne has gone above and beyond in providing ongoing advice and support that has all genuinely helped us to understand Bonnie. I love seeing how happy Bonnie is on the group walks from the many pictures and videos that Anne shares during the session. We are always relaxed knowing Bonnie is in Anne’s capable care. If anyone is looking for any kind of doggo support/care/advice - Bonnie and I would recommend Anne 100%.

I'd booked a family holiday over the Xmas period and Anne was our saving grace. She took care of our 2 Cavoodles with daily walks, a few treats and lots of cuddles. Anne was frequently in touch sending photos and videos whilst we were away, it really was reassuring to know the dogs were in great care and happy during our absence. There's no doubting Anne's incredible love of animals. She's super friendly, very professional and our dogs just love her. Highly recommended.

Anne has been a great help with our less than easy to manage puppy. Our chosen breed has been a handful from the day she arrived, we love her but jeepers! Anne's calm demeanour and her deep knowledge has helped us through the first year. We have implemented a range of Anne's suggested management strategies and these have made the situation better. We have no hesitation in recommending the Queen of the Hounds business and intend engaging Anne again in the future.

Anne has been a godsend for our rescue, little Astro. He has anxiety and missed out on some essential education as a pup. Anne has house sat for us several times & deals with his quirks happily. He has grown & is learning how to dog as part of a weekly group walk. Highly recommended

My dog absolutely loves going for walks and has stayed over in the past. Would highly recommend to anyone after dog walking or minding while away. Just be warned your dog may not want to come home

I highly recommend ProDog. My 3 year old Viszla has been going to daycare here for a year and a half. She loves it and we love how much care and effort the pro dog team put in every single day. The dogs staying with them aren’t just cared for and provided play time. Daily routines are well structured and involve lots of play time, enrichment and training exercises, monitoring of behaviour/interactions by very well trained staff and of course daily photo and video updates of the pups on their Facebook page.

Our dog goes twice a week and is so excited to get in the door! He’s full of energy but the structure, exposure and controlled environment of Pro Dog Daycare means both he and us enjoy and are satisfied with his days there. The staff are always so lovely and caring, we couldn’t recommend it more if we tried.

Our dog Waylon (whippet-cross) has been attending Prodog daycare once a week for about 18 months. We cannot praise the professionalism, knowledgeability and friendliness of the trainers at daycare enough. We love that every week he is placed with a group of dogs he is familiar with, and that he has formed really close friendships (wrestling buddies) with a couple of dogs in particular. The dogs have "exposure" sessions where they get used to being around various objects and activities, such as basketballs, scooters, or a person relaxing. Waylon also loves cuddles with the trainers. We consider his one day a week at daycare a major reason he is such a happy well-rounded dog. Waylon also attended training at Prodog Training, from puppy school to level 2 and an agility class, and we have been equally impressed by the training and service there. We feel very lucky to live near such high quality dog daycare and training.

Can’t say enough about how much I’ve enjoyed and learnt in Sallie’s Difficult Dogs Program! Positive and supportive environment and brilliant advice made easy to understand and communicate with/to my GSD. Highly recommend this program to anyone with reactive dogs!! I’ve learnt so much in such a short time already. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks so much Sallie for sharing your insights and knowledge and for allowing me the safe , non judgemental space and support to be confident in handling those “blow up” situations. My partner and I decided to look into a doggy daycare that cared after a few incidents at another popular doggy daycare. That's when we came across Pro Dog Daycare! Not only is it local for the West but we have loved the whole experience with them. Even our little pup looks forward to his daycare days which makes drop off even better! They really care about the dog's well being, behaviour and are so attentive. I highly recommend the services at Pro Dog Daycare. I also love their daily video and posts so you can spot your little pup having a good time. Such a great team at Pro Dog.

I Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. The team at Prodog are always friendly, welcoming and happy. The facility is clean, well maintained, presentable and our dogs love being there. We have an elderly boxer and temperamental frenchy, they are both looked after extremely well!

You can tell that they’re genuinely passionate about training and they simply love every single dog that walks through the door. We have been training with Nicole since my puppy Bella was 6 months old and she is simply brilliant with Bella. Bella absolutely loves going to training.

So many good things about ProDog. My pupper perks up as soon as we turn into Paramount Rd because he knows where we are going. When I first got him his over exuberant greeting of other dogs, unfortunatly put off a lot of potential puppy pals. But daycare has helped so much with his socialisation. Now he has his doggo buddies and he just loves his time there. The staff are super friendly. Several times I've had to adjust our times and days and they've been very accomodating. The facility is always clean and they clearly spend time exposing the dogs to new things. I love seeing their photo's and videos online. Seriously, if you're having a bad day, lookup thier facebook or instagram page and see all the happy doggos running around everyday. Instant smiles
