Cat Sitters in Kingswinford

Alessandro and Eloïse (plus Amelia of course!) were absolutely wonderful sitters from start to finish. It was our first time using zeewoi so I was a little apprehensive with the whole process, but they were fantastic. Unfortunately we were not able to meet them in person prior to the sit but I spoke to them over video call instead. I had no worries at all leaving the pets in their care. Their communication leading up to and during the sit was excellent! They let us know when they arrived and sent a lovely picture of Freddie which really put me at ease. During the stay they were really fast to respond to any messages and sent some nice updates so that we knew everyone was doing well. They didn't hesitate to clarify any questions that they had which I found reassuring. I was a little bit worried as the rabbits and guinea pigs can be a bit complicated, and Freddie isn't the easiest cat in the world, but they handled it with ease and I had no concerns at all! On the day that we came home, the communication was excellent so that we knew exactly what time they were leaving and what had been done. We arrived back to a lovely clean and tidy house with super chilled pets. I have never seen them all so relaxed! The lovely drawing from Amelia was soooo cute and has pride of place on the kitchen wall :) I would highly recommend Alessandro and Eloïse to anyone looking for kind, conscientious, and trustworthy pet sitters. They were a wonderful introduction to zeewoi and are more than welcome back any time (and I know that the pets certainly hope that they will be!). Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies :)

John was a huge help while I was away, he was attentive and caring with my dog and put me at ease when I was leaving for my trip. John was excellent at communicating with Ilo's co-owner when I wasn't reachable, he provided a safe and caring environment and showed expertise in handling Ilo. The little demon was well cared for, healthy and happy when I got back and the house was exactly the way I left it. I highly recommend John as a sitter 🤗

Laura and Lauren are so lovely and Rupert was clearly well looked after and received lots of cuddles so he was very happy. The communication between us was very good and I received lots of photos. The house was left clean and tidy and everything was in its place. I have no complaints at all. Would love to have them stay again …. 🤞and would definitely recommend them.

Sarah and Theo were absolutely fantastic pet sitters! From the very beginning, their communication was clear and prompt, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly reliable and trustworthy, easily the best sitters we’ve had. Our pets were clearly well cared for, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. We would love to have Sarah and Theo pet sit for us again in the future!

I can’t recommend Marian highly enough! She’s looked after our pets and home for 2 weeks and I can’t fault her. She’s sent lots of updates while we’ve been away and the dogs have been out on some wonderful adventures with her. The house was immaculate when I came home, with fresh milk, bread and a home baked cake waiting for us. Thank you Marian for being such a wonderful sitter!

I had a great experience with Tania and Austin as my pet sitter. From the moment I met them, it was clear that they genuinely love animals. They provided top-notch care for my dog while I was away, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They not only punctual and reliable but also went above and beyond to ensure my pet felt comfortable and loved during their visits. They followed all of my instructions from feeding schedules to walking routines Communication with Tania was also good. They kept me updated with a few messages and photos, giving me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. Agustín was a great sitter! Besides being a great human being, he took care of the house, the plants, the cats, and sent us great professional pictures of our cats. He was 100% self sufficient and reliable. Very recommended.

We were really lucky to have had Tom as our first pet sitter! His communication was perfect and he kept us updated and reassured throughout. Tom is a really friendly, interesting and nice guy who genuinely cared about our pets. He took amazing care of them and he really made sure their welfare was top priority. I felt really relaxed leaving our pets under Tom's care. He left the house really clean and tidy and he also took in a parcel for us that had arrived. He really went above and beyond for our pets and we wouldn't hesitate to have him stay again. Thank you so much! :)

Rachel and Tristan looked after my two fox terriers for a weekend. They kept in touch regularly with pictures and updates. I came home to a lovely tidy house and two very happy and relaxed dogs. They are completely trustworthy and reliable and I would highly recommend them.

Lauren and Alfie were great pet sitters and a lovely couple. They Were very thoughtful considerate and accommodating as I have recently had bilateral knee surgery and they were happy to help in anyway taking the dogs for lovely beach walks and swims whilst I was away recuperating . With just enough communication so that I was reassured but not overwhelmed with a barrage of photos or messages. House was left as I left it for them. Would highly recommend. Well what can I say....... This is the fourth time Jackie & Brian have been to look after Cookie & Cracker - need I say more?? Jackie & Brian saved the day for us because we had booked a two week holiday but had only managed to get a sitter for the first week. Lucky for us they got back from their mega cruise a few days after we left, so they agreed to come & take over from the first sitter. Not only that but they had already made arrangements for Hogmanay so I had arranged for a friend in the village to look after the boys for that one night at her house. Unfortunately she forgot all about it & Jackie & Brian cancelled their plans so that the boys were not left on their own. How dedicated was that - we were gobsmacked & so very very grateful!! Cookie & Cracker must have been absolutely beside themselves when Jackie & Brian arrived - so very very excited to see them again. As always we received lots of photos while we were away. I think it was pretty hard going because the weather was atrocious while we were away but Jackie & Brian just take it in their stride & bath the boys in the outdoor sink after their very muddy walks. We were so pleased to see them again when we got back as we consider them as friends now & are looking forward to seeing them next week for lunch! Thank you again from us all xx🐾🐾

Mike & Eleanor were keen to understand the routine of the cats and how things in the house worked. Unfortunately we had to return home early as I had an accident . Eleanor and Mike were very understanding and left earlier than they should have. We had photos and updates on the cats whilst we were away and when we arrived home the house was immaculate. They were a friendly and accommodating couple who we would recommend to look after your pets.
