Jive is an adorable, friendly, relaxed cat and it was a pleasure to care for him. Andy and Angela are great hosts who ensured that I felt welcome and enjoyed my time pet sitting for them. Their home is stylish and comfortable home with a lovely garden and all the amenities a sitter needs, including a nice space to work from home. I highly recommend Angela and Andy as hosts.
We really enjoyed the stay and would love to sit again for this amazing family. Tyger is the sweetest and most adorable dog we have sat in a while. She loves her walks and always looks forward to her next petting session. Other dogs make her nervous so be sure to cross the street if you see one coming her way. The chinchillas were really cool to interact with, they require some play time in the evening and some cleaning every now and then but overall they were pretty self-sufficient. Plus watching them bounce around was a treat. Washington Heights is a new love of ours in NYC and Alicia and Cal have a beautiful and clean apartment. It's really close to the metro in both directions and has some really great food places all around.
Such a wonderful experience. Mel and Linda were nothing but very kind to us. Their house was beautiful and clean, the instructions left for us were clear and complete. They introduced us to their friendly neighbours and we spent a full day together before their departure, so we got a chance to know each other. So glad we did. It was lovely. Winnie is the easiest dog ever: very low maintenance and very affectionate. She loves being pet and comes often on your lap: so sweet. I would totally recommend Mel, Linda and Winnie.
I just finished a 6.5 week stint of caring for Richard’s house and, of course, Angus and Lily. When Angus rolled over for a belly rub as I first entered the condo, I knew we would get along fine. We took a lot of walks, and I learned quickly to avoid other dogs and people; Angus is so excited to greet anyone or anything that he creates havoc. We walked away from a lot of situations or I sat down and held him until he calmed down. And really, he was well behaved overall. Lily is very affectionate—as long as she is giving and not receiving. So other than feeding her and giving an occasional head pat, we left each other to our own devices. Richard kindly allowed me to use his car to see some sights in and around Richmond. His place was near grocery stores, restaurants and, if willing to walk a bit, a nice park and and even more restaurants. I’m glad to have spent some time in the area.
We were invited to Jo & Dylan’s a day early to settle in and get to know the dogs, and they were the loveliest hosts! We felt very, very welcome and Jo had mapped out every detail out for us in a handy guide to make it as simple as possible. Jax, Sammy and Sarge are all BEAUTIFUL dogs with gorgeous temperaments and charming characters. Although we never got to look after Jaxxy on this sit (as he went on his holidays too!), Sammy and Sarge were an absolute pleasure, and we’re looking forward to having the third member to complete the team at our next sit with them! The house is also lovely and clean and had everything we needed. An all round brilliant sit! Thank you Jo and Dylan, we cant wait to come back!
