Paula is a pleasure to work with and she has a beautiful condo in a fantastic location. Emmy and Oscar are perfect kitties; they took turns snuggling with me in the mornings with coffee and a book, and in the evenings with a movie. Oscar let's you know emphatically when its treat time and will eat his sisters treats too if he can! I am so thrilled to be returning in November to spend more time with them, and would happily sit for Paula every time if I can!
I almost can’t write this review because I miss Ava and the kitties soooo much. I wondered if the home owners would notice if I surreptitiously moved in to love on Ava all day, every day. What a great sit! Amanda and Bryan live in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything. The neighbors seemed friendly. The lot sizes are huge giving each home a sense of privacy. Bryan has even built Ava a little bathroom area off the laundry room in case they’re gone longer than expected. They have a hot tub, which my daughter loved and a full basement with pool, darts, etc. The cats are their own funny selves, slowly warming up to me as the days went on. The internet/call connections were a bit hit or miss, so a sitter may have difficulty working from home if their work was internet dependent. If you have the opportunity, do not pass by this sit! Ava, Charlie, and Sammie I miss you!!!
The location of the house was perfect. Secluded but also right outside town. Would love to go back.
