Would highly recommend this sit!

Mojo is a character! He is very inquisitive and an observer. It seemed like each day I earned a little more of his trust and it was rewarding to be able to have more petting time as the days progressed. He is very easy to care for.

Stacy and Jon did a great job of letting me know what Mojo is all about, made me feel very welcome, happy to answer questions and gave me very clear direction for Mojo's needs.

The neighborhood is a fun place to explore and super convenient having a Trader Joe's next door!

If you are looking for an "authentic spanish rural life feeling" you are definetly right. A perfect place to enjoy the loveliest dog, spanish weather, nature and the calm.

Arola & Xavi are both wonderful people with lovely kids and I felt welcome from the first moment. I was invited to a delicious lunch and we had a nice chat.

They don't have some complex claims and Arola showed me the most before. You do have your own rural sleeping room with bathroom and live and enjoy your stay in a "modernised-barn-loft".

The chickens are really easy to handle. Watering plants takes some time but is also no hard work. The horses are sweet and have no maligns but one of them is no big fan of fences and loves to walk through them a few days a time. He know where he has to go when you come for him but it can get a little bit annoying. I think this will be no problem for the next sitters, if the fence is better supplied with electricity.

The best about this sit is Mel the dog. The first hour when the family has left was hard because she was really stressed and unhappy but then I started to tell her with strict love to go away from the door and stop barking and she calms down. After this she was super easy to handle, very nice on the leash, and joined me every night - so I slept like a baby. I love her and you definetly will love her too.

You should deal with insects, they will keep you company most of the time. The last part of the road is small and rough - better not drive up here with a big van or a low car.

Thanks for the invitation - I can definetly recommend (for adventurous nature lovers).

Rebecca
We had a fabulous time with Oscar at Rebecca’s home. Oscar was a joy to care for and we loved his spirited energetic walks that he took us on! Kirribilli is fabulous suburb with a village atmosphere, close to the Sydney city Centre and under the Harbour Bridge. We and Oscar explored many gardens, parks, coffee shops and patisseries.

Rebecca’s home was spotlessly clean, easy to keep tidy ( loved the robovac) and it was the perfect size for Mike and I and Oscar to chill in. On sunny days the large courtyard was also a pleasure to relax in.

We would happily care for Oscar and Rebecca’s home again. The Perfect Sydney housesit !

Two planned weeks turned into three but it was not a hardship.
Kashmir is a delightful bunny, even tempered, appreciates being stroked. She has been the resident bunny for a while, whereas Thelma&Louise are newcomers. They are still quite shy but are coming along.
The three of them don't fight and are slowly becoming friends.
I met Michele, Joerg and Matty briefly when I arrived, being greeted with a delicious breakfast. Michele introduced me to the bunnies and explained how to take care of them.
The apartment is wonderful and in a great location.

Victoria
My son and I had the most wonderful time in Victoria’s amazing stylish and comfortable house with the most rewarding, loving and cute dogs. Lola and Bailey were very well-behaved and we enjoyed the parks in the area as well as central Cardiff and the local cafes. Very happy to spend time with Lola and Bailey again.

We feel so lucky to have been chosen by Julia to spend time with her two great dogs; they won our hearts the minute we met them. They are very smart and have the sweetest personalities. You can’t help but want to brush them, and talk to them, just to get the tail wagging approval that comes along with it. Feeding the girls was as big a treat for us, as it was for them. They love their beds, and they sleep all night. They are so happy in the morning, they really enjoy their breakfast! Then, they’re ready to go outside and explore the new day. As the day begins to fade, you’ll find them resting on their cushions on the back porch.

Julia’s home is a private sanctuary at the base of the Santa Rita Mountains, with breathtaking views, all around. The birds that nest near her home will have you looking out the windows from sunup to sundown. We enjoyed all the parks and museums that Tucson, and the surrounding areas, have to offer. There are many places to eat, and every store you can think of is within about 30 minutes of the house.

Julia is very organized and we felt at ease with her few requests. We loved her detailed, easy to follow, instructions for the dogs and the house. We felt at home cooking in her large kitchen. We enjoyed our bedroom; I can assure you we slept very well. We had a very nice private bathroom. Her whole house is warm and inviting, with many different areas to sit, relax, read, enjoy the dogs, and soak in the beautiful views.

Julia was so sweet to allow us to stay and additional day and night after our flight was cancelled by the airline. We call it our “bonus day” with Julia and the girls. It was really hard to drive through the gate the last time as we headed back to Phoenix to fly home.

We hope to make it back to Vail one day to do another sit for Julia and spend time with the girls. Best dogs in the world! And Julia, she's a gem!
