This is Avery’s second sit for me and it certainly won’t be my last. He is very independent and doesn’t require any assistance. Best of all my cat loves him!! Can’t ask for more than that. House is always nice and clean and he even picked me up at the airport saving me the cost of an Uber. If you get a chance to have Avery care for your home and pets know you are getting a good guy.
We had a great stay in Brussels thanks to Tom & Georg. We spent 3 days at their place taking care of Oscar. They communicated well in advance so all responsibilities were clear, and all questions answered. They also provided an elaborate guide detailing the care of Oscar and their home. The guide also provided an overview of things to do in the neighbourhood, but since we were so good inside with Oscar we only went outside for shopping and walking Oscar. Throughout our stay, Tom & Georg were always reachable and answered remarkably quick. Oscar is adorable, and very cuddly. He's always ready to play with his very large collection of toys, but when you sit down in the couch he will calm down within minutes and come next to you. It's difficult to imagine an animal that is both more easy and more affectionate. We would highly recommend this sit!
I had the most amazing time in Zurich with Harlow! She is the greatest dog to spend time with, very very well trained, is protective of you and has such a warming gentle personality. Living with Harlow is like living with another person with all her facial expressions she gives you! I absolutely adored taking her around Switzerland and seeing so many beautiful places. Emma & Adam are wonderful people who are very welcoming and accommodating into their home. They live very centrally, and close to Lake Zurich and Zuriberg forest for beautiful morning walks. I wish I could give their little family more than 5 stars. Thank you so much Emma & Adam for your lovely hospitality, an unforgettable experience :)
We had a wonderful week sitting for Lucy and Phil. They went out of their way to welcome us into their beautiful home and it was great to meet them and their lovely children on the first day and and be shown around. Their two dogs, Holly and Daisy, are so friendly, fun and brilliant with children. We enjoyed walking them off lead in the nearby woodlands. Their cats Pipsqueak and Smudge are often out all day but love an evening cuddle. Chickens and snake are very easy to care for, feeding chickens daily and just topping up water for the snake. Lucy and Phil have the most idyllic garden and were so generous to let us use their hot tub and sauna. The kids (and adults!) loved the zip line! They even welcomed my parents to stay for a night when visiting us over Easter weekend. The surrounding area of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean is beautiful and there’s so much to see and explore. A fabulous house sit that we’d highly recommend and would love to return!
When I arrived at Alice's house, she gave me a list of everything I needed to know about Youfi and all important details. She's a very communicative and friendly person... and her little girl is adorable! When I arrived, Youfi wanted to move around because Alice had prepared the house for my arrival and he hadn't walked much. The first thing we did was to go for a walk together! We made a great first contact. Youfi is a dog with character and likes to feel the territory where he walks. He allowed me to take the time to look around and marvel at the mountainous region of Les Allues! What a beautiful and peaceful place to be at this time of year. The skiing season had just ended. It's a great region to discover, and with Youfi, you can go anywhere... He loves to play and we had a lot of fun together with his toys. I warmly recommend this pet sitting and what a joy it was to recharge my batteries!
Highly recommend this sit. Janette and Chris have a lovely home in a great location with the common right across the road. The house was beautiful - spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. I arrived the night before the sit started due to their early morning flight. Janette and Chris were very friendly and welcoming and really considerate, checking if I needed groceries. They also kindly agreed to my son staying at short notice and when they had a delay with their return flight, quickly organised for a friend to takeover so that I could leave to catch my train. There was good communication before and during the sit and a comprehensive welcome guide plus written instructions on Ringo’s schedule. Ringo was a delight and great company. As requested he slept on the bed with me and though I was warned about his snoring, it really wasn’t a problem, didn’t disturb me at all. He just loves to cuddle up to you on the sofa or chase his ball and he’s happy..and he really enjoys his food! There are nearby links to travel into central London and a short walk to many shops, restaurants etc. I would definitely return if I was looking to travel to this area again.
We had such a wonderful sit taking care of Charles! Julia was incredibly welcoming, very easy to communicate with, and left us with everything we needed, including great recommendations about what to do in the area. The house and Putney are out-of-a-dream and Charles was so charming. We'd love to sit for Julia again!
