Sharron & Chris

Sharron and Chris were as wonderful this time round as they were the last time they sat for us! The dogs loved them and were incredibly happy and well cared for as were the budgies! Sharron and Chris went above and beyond in terms of watering as it was so hot! We came back to a lovely clean house and a brilliantly watered garden! Come back again!

Chris

Chris had excellent communication, she was great with the pups and treated the house with respect and left everything clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Chris as a house sitter.

Lucy

Would highly recommend Lucy, she was amazing, confident with dogs taking them on a day trip to beach, which they love, arrived on time, even washed sheets as saw the opportunity with the nice weather to get them dry. I do hope Lucy will be able to sit for us again soon!

Shirley

Shirley was a fantastic sitter. Arrived when she said she would left the house as she found it and kept us informed on Stars well being. Most importantly she looked after Star fantastically well following all the guide lines we gave her. Wouldn’t hesitate to have Shirley sit for us again, and to our great pleasure she has said she’d be happy to do so.

This is the second time that we’ve welcomed Mike and Anne into our home and we couldn’t be happier with how they’ve taken care of our pets and kept the place! Such a warm and lovely couple, they are immediately welcomed by our dog and we leave them with complete confidence in the knowledge that they will take care of things as if they were their own. After a short break we find ourselves coming home to a clean house and happy pets and wouldn’t change a thing about our experience with them.

Cynthia & Manfred

Cynthia and Manfred were my ideal sitters. Cynthia communicated really well and was polite and respectful while also being warm, friendly and good fun. Manfred helped us carry bags in and out to the car before we’d even noticed and both were clearly competent and well organised and I had complete confidence in their ability to cope with whatever came along. They respected the house and prioritised their cat sitting responsibilities. I would highly recommend them.

David

David and Diane were fabulous! We had a video call with them before they arrived and we felt instantly at ease with them. We were leaving home at 3am so they came and stayed the night before we went. What a lovely couple, friendly, positive and good fun. Ali took an instant liking to them so we felt even more at ease. David and Diane had their own car so they were able to explore the area, taking Ali on great walks and picnics, she was fabulously spoiled! David sent me messages and pictures of all of their adventures, which was great. Communication was exceptional. Whilst we were away I felt completely relaxed and confident that Ali and our house were being really well looked after. The house was immaculate when we got back, the bedding was all washed and bed remade. I can't recommend David and Diane highly enough and hope they'll come again

John & Lynne

It was lovely to have John and Lynne come to sit for us again so soon after their first visit. Once again, they proved to be fabulous sitters, who cared for our little tribe of moggies and home wonderfully. I can only repeat from my previous review that they are a warm, friendly and trustworthy couple. Reliable, punctual, excellent communication before and during the sit – what more could you ask for? Lovely couple! Our dogs, cat and chickens were all very well looked after. Really thoughtful updates throughout the stay and a lovely clean and tidy house to come home to. Would definitely recommend!

We were delighted that Lindsay and James housesat for us for the first part of our three week holiday (with other sitters taking over for the second part). Although we didn’t get to meet them in person due to the timing of our flights, we had a long chat on the phone beforehand and were confident that all would be well. Communication was excellent and we have been told by friends who dealt with the handover/leaving that the dogs were extremely happy and the house very well cared for. Rachael was wonderful - she looked after the dogs, cats, fish and chickens! I came back to a house that was spotless, dogs happy and the fish had been cleaned out! It was such a relief as I find it hard to leave my pets when I go away - but they were very well looked after.

We have no words to express how great Marissa was....wait, we do have, many words!

She did the housesitting for us during a very busy period full of intense travelling for Andrew and I, and our schedule did change, with us having to start the sitting a day earlier — which she adapted to.

Then on the last day, my flight was late and I lost my connecting flight back home, as a result arriving six hours later than planned. Even though she had plans, she changed them to stay home and wait for me to arrive. 

Marissa took amazing care of Pheebs and Phyre, taking them for walks, cuddling with them whenever they felt like (and believe me, these two ARE cuddlers!). She went to the store to get more food for Pheebs and wanted to to the same for Phyre "just do you don't have to worry about it when you're back". I mean, such a lovely and caring thing to do!

She left the apartment super tidy and organised, having even washed the sheets/prepared the bed before I returned.

We were sent pictures of the dogs a couple of times a day, knew what they were up to, and they were very relaxed and happy when I returned. I have to say Pheebs is even a bit more confident!

If you're lucky enough that Marissa has applied for your sitting, trust me — she's the one you want!

I highly recommend Nastya - She is very pleasant, a great communicator and my cats love her.  She sent me videos of my cats being affectionate with her which was lovely.  She was tidy - my house looked spotless when I returned.  When we first made arrangements, she sent me her ticket stub for her plane ticket.  I didn't expect that, but it made me feel secure that she was really coming.  We got a chance to meet in person and she is polite, warm, and a lovely person!
