Amazing looking after my dog I was kept up to date how he was doing, they went above and beyond gave my dog a pamper. 100% highly recommended I will use them every single time I go away.

We recently boarded our labrador Lily with Eleni the service was fantastic and we regularly received videos and updates of how Lily was doing. We will definitely be boarding Lily with Eleni again. So happy we found Eleni it gives peace if mind knowing our Lily is safe.

Eleni puts some so much love and care into her dog walking, my American bulldog Zola has been going for around 10 months and she has come on leaps and bounds and I think Eleni has played a massive part in growing her confidence and fitness, would defo highly recommend.

Where can I start.. I was worried about leaving my girl belle as there’s always a stereotype with Staffies and a lot of people not accepting them. But I was straight away put at ease from the meet and greet at how Davina was with belle, even more so when it came to the day she was going for her stay and Belle happily went in I got sent loads of pictures of belle having fun going for walks, fun in the garden with Davinas children which belle will have loved as she is obsessed with my little girl. I’ve already booked my next holiday in and will do so with any other future travels.

Our 2 boys go here regularly and love it. From the first meet and greet I could tell Davina really loves what she does. Our boys are treat like family which is what you want when you leave your dogs with someone else. I get regular updates and photos of them and can see how well they are looked after and how settled they are. As soon as we drop them off they are straight in playing and having fun. It really is home from home. Davina has such a calm and caring nature and its great that they get to socialise with her dog Puggles when they are there. They actually sulk when we bring them home ! They are very well exercised and get loads of fresh air. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my 2 again. I can leave them without any worries and know Davina will take good care of them. They have completely different personalities and Davina is amazing with both of them and has really got to know both of their ways and what they need/want. We are booking some time in this year even when we aren't away just because we know how much they love it there. Cannot recommend enough ❤️

I left my collie Milly with Davina for a weekend and then a week because Milly loved it so much theres nobody else i would have gone to! soo welcoming and friendly, lovely home and garden space, regular updates on walks and playing. 1000% recommend if you are looking for dog boarding but don’t want to send your dog into a kennel!

Five star rated. I left my dog for two days and Tails of Joy looked after her so well. she was well looked after, loved and happy. It was a great experience for her and myself, especially when I went to collect her and seeing how happy she was. I highly recommendand will be using them again for future holiday. thank you again!

Fantastic service, our 2 Bedlington Terriers absolutely love going to daycare and they get so excited when we pull up outside, they can't wait to get in and see their friends! Corinne the owner is extremely knowledgeable on dog behaviour and health so we know they're in good hands when we drop them off for the day.

We can't recommend this excellent dog-daycare centre highly enough. A year ago, when our pointerdor was nearly 2 years old, we decided to add a day of daycare to his socialisation activities for him to learn more about being with other dogs. We wanted a place run by people who put the dogs' needs first, who think carefully about which dogs go together well on a given day (rather than throwing a load of dogs in together each day just to increase numbers), who would be consistent with the things we're helping Eddie to improve (e.g. his jumping up!), and who would be willing to work with a dog that just needed a bit of patience and understanding! Eddie is reactive in the sense that he loves every dog so much he can't wait to say hello and play. Corinne and the team were so understanding from the start, and agreed to trial Eddie with just an hour the first week, then two hours the next week etc. - so he settled in gradually and got used to his regular pals. I can definitely say that going to Paws & Pals once a week has helped Eddie's dog-language learning and development hugely. Safety is a big priority at this place and the staff are very well qualified in dog behaviour, health and safety, and daycare structure (it's not just constant crazy play- playtime is supervised and structured etc.). We love knowing that each week he has a really good, controlled play with dogs he knows, and that he learns to settle with them for naps (this took a few months!), and enjoys this essential part of his enriched, balanced life as an active, happy, sociable doggo. He particularly loves his daycare girlfriends and can't wait to see him each week! He also adores Jodie and the other members of the human team - he just loves being there and we're so glad we found Paws & Pals. Thank you for all you do for Eddie.

Love this place! Was a bit worried about finding a new daycare after moving counties but the team here have really done their work in catering to my dogs needs and fear of strangers. When I drop him off he runs to the door and can't wait to get started with his day. I especially love the pupdates and pics through the day. Thanks P&P!

Our 7-year-old Black Lab has been going here now for a month or so & he absolutely loves it! It’s great for us to give him a bit of variety & the pickup & drop off service from home is ideal. After walking him twice a day for 7 years it is nice just to have that little extra time in bed in the morning & free time in the evening, of course he comes home absolutely knackered from all the energy he has burnt off with his friends! We certainly recommend Paws & Pals to anyone for Doggy Day Care!

Bertie our Beagle loves going to Paws and Pals. We have experience of using another day care provider before we changed and the difference in the level of service we receive here is world’s apart. The set up of the centre is great, there is a wealth of carefully thought out equipment both indoors and outdoors for play and relaxation and defined separate areas to ensure the pups can have some time out if they need to. Naps are encouraged, which is great because no one wants an overtired and overstimulated dog coming home at the end of the day. The team are great with the dogs, and it’s not just a mad free for all mass play session, they have planned enrichment activities too. We get regular pupdates during the day and always have a run down of what he’s been up to during the day when we collect him. I have a job where I need to travel frequently and Paws & Pals are able to be flexible with the days that we use them, and have the option to do pick up and drops off if I’m away travelling which is huge help when planning my trips away. We feel lucky to have found Paws and Pals and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our 8 month old puppy has been going here since she turned 6 months old. They have a fabulous service of picking up and dropping off which we use. One of the things I really liked about Paws & Pals is the assessment of your dog/puppy to make sure they’re the right fit, ensuring your dog is safe, not overwhelmed and overall happy. Thankfully Bonnie passed with flying colours! Knowing they have experience with positive reinforcement and force free training we thought this was the best place for Bonnie to go when we can’t be at home with her, knowing she’d be in safe hands. The team ensures dogs are taking part in enrichment activities and having their downtime to relax and settle, although not sure how much our 8 month old pup partakes in that 🤣. The team also sends regularly photo updates throughout the day so you can see what they’re up to and miss them even more, ha! We’re so happy Bonnie gets to go here and have fun with the other doggos - we can’t recommend them enough! 😆🐾💕

My dog absolutely adores her days with Paws and Pals, and a happy dog is a happy owner! Dogs get love, care ,stimulation and socialisation. Phoebe is pleasantly exhausted on returning home. The pick ups and drop offs are also a real bonus. The vetting process is rightly thorough, and Corinne will take time to get to know characteristics along with health and behaviour traits. I cant recommend them enough.

Our dog Arthur loves going to Paws and Pals. He goes every Wednesday but they're so flexible if we need him to go another day for one thing or another. He always has the best time there and he can't wait to get inside when we arrive at the door. We get a photo update whilst he is there, which we absolutely love! So much thought and care goes into looking after the dogs. We couldn't recommend these lovely people enough!

Excellent service! I’ve used Neighbourhood Pet Watch twice this year, both times for 3.5 weeks whilst I was overseas. Although I had two different people, the service was identical…to feed my 2 cats daily, change the litter box as needed & give them a stroke or two. I received a WhatsApp photo or video every day of my pets & a brief update, so reassuring when you are away for that long. I came home to happy, non stressed cats & I cannot recommend this service enough!

Neighbourhood Pet Care have done an amazing job of looking after our pets! Whether it’s popping in to check on the cats, or popping round to take the dogs out, we can always rely on Rebecca and her team to make our pets day. The service is friendly, trustworthy and professional, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Liz looked after our dog Chet when we went on holiday recently and was brilliant with him. We had daily photos and updates and could see he was having the best time, getting lots of exercise and having way more affection and fun than he would have had in kennels. I could tell she really cares about animals, so I could relax and enjoy our holiday knowing he was in safe hands. Thank you Liz!

We have 2 very precious cats almost 15 years old and have always put them into the cattery which is very stressful for them (and us!) We have just been away for a long weekend and used Liz to come in to look after them and she updated me daily, sent photos, put our bin out etc and constantly text me to let me know they were ok. When we arrived home they were both very chilled and there was no stress with them at all. We will definitely use Liz again and would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs a dog/cat sitter. Fabulous service, Liz looked after our dogs cats and hens with twice daily visits while we were away for a long weekend - she was also really accommodating at very short notice when we were back later than planned and she fit us in extra tea time visit around her other calls, can't recommend highly enough. Our puppy just loves being at Wavy Tails. She’s always so excited to arrive and we love the update photos on social media seeing what she’s been up to on her walks. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Lovely experience. Our Border Collie Jess had a wonderful time staying with Wavy Tails - Tayne & Dan when we were away for holidays. We got lots of photographs and updates while staying at Wavy Tails showing us how happy she was on long walks with her pawfriends Luna, Woody and the squad. Tayne ensured us from the very beginning that he will look after our baby really well. Also, our worry was out girl was going to be on heat while staying with Wavy Tails but Tayne always ensured us he will looked well after to make sure nothing happens. We personally found Jess's stay to be an amazing experience for both her and us while away.

Our boy Baxter just loves going to Wavy Tails for daycare and boarding. I have to say he is our precious boy and I was quite apprehensive about leaving him but I have not been worried at all. He is treated and loved and cared for as part of the family. He loves playing with the other dogs and always comes home tired after a busy day. If you are looking for doggy day care, I would absolutely recommend Wavy Tails! 🥰

Can’t recommend Wavy Tails enough , me and my wife were nervous leaving Bruno with anyone else after a bad experience, but 6 months in and I don’t know what we would do without Tayne , Bruno loves it and although it is run as a professional business , you can just tell how much love and care the dogs get daily and watching them on Facebook enjoying their day is just the best

Tayne will give you great piece of mind that your dog is in very good hands. He looked after our Poppy for the day and could see from all the photo's and videos, she had a great time with him and his lovely dogs. Your pet will be looked after by a very nice, yet also professional guy. Thoroughly recommend.

Highly reccomend, the best daycare around! Fantastic, friendly, and prompt communication for us humans and then the level of care and attention for the pups is above and beyond. Trusting someone to look after the new member of our family, 4 month old Pippa, felt nerve-wracking. Pippa is a sensitive soul and she was nervous at drop offs for the first couple of weeks but now she's pulling my arm off to get through the gate! I love seeing the pupdates and knowing that she's so happy and well cared for is just brilliant 🐕

Our Labrador pup Elvis has joined the Wavy Tails gang recently and we couldn’t be more at ease! We knew straight away at the meet & greet that we’d love for Tayne to look after him for us. We completed the thorough booking form (which gave us a lot of reassurance) and he completed his trial. Elvis goes to Wavy Tails on an ad hoc basis but every time I drop him off he runs straight in wagging his tail like crazy. I know that he is treated so well and the pictures and videos of him whilst he’s there make my day! Thank you for looking after our precious pup🥰

Our dog stayed with wavy tails for two nights and he had the best time. It was so nice being away and not worrying about our little pal, we also got to see lots of photos of him having fun on social media. If you love your pets as much as I do and want peace of mind when leaving them , then look no further than Emily nothing is to much trouble for her. I have Willow who is in her twilight years half blind , deaf and unsteady on her legs , I know if I’m away Emily will become second Mum to her giving her the reassurance and love she needs plus all her meds !!! then there’s old boy Cyrus a Bengal house cat who at 13 - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with ! Emily gives me reassurance and peace of mind and I know my fur babies are loved unconditionally at their second home

Jamie is so lovely and professional. Made me and my fur baby Kia (American XL bully x Pit bull) feel at ease had lots of tips and training advice would definitely recommend. His experience with larger breeds was evident.Thanks Jamie for helping me to feel a more confident dog owner

I took my Westie to Jamie for a bit of help with his excessive pulling & barking at other dogs / people. Jamie was great & what we learnt on the session we booked seems to be working - we are seeing a massive improvement already, he’s like a changed dog - I am so so glad & so proud of my little man! Thank you for your help, it will make our lives a lot easier & walks a lot more enjoyable!

Highly recommended, had a problem with pulling on the lead and obedience. A couple lessons later he is like a new dog. Heal walks and follows commands first call. Also taught me how to engage with the dog correctly to get the responses I want from him.

We needed to board or diabetic cat Charlie for a couple of nights at short notice during the peak summer holiday season. Our usual cattery choices were fully booked but Audrey and her son Callum were very flexible and able to help. The building is new and offers high quality accommodation which is light and airy and well thought out. It's always a bit of a risk entrusting Charlie to a new place, especially with his special needs, but both owners were knowledgeable, confident. They clearly care about and love their guests, offering them toys, engaging with the cats and even offering to brush our little man if we wished. They obviously know their regulars by name and we'd be very happy to take Charlie there again, even though he's never too pleased when he sees his carry case!

Our Cat Nibs stayed with Audrey for 4 nights. The place is really lovely. The cats have their own pen and look very comfortable, looks out into a lovely garden area. Even though Nibs was just out of his vaccination time and awaiting his next Audrey still accommodated him, putting him in an isolation pen, very large, lots of space. I'm very grateful to her and her son. Will definitely be using Petwatch again 😽

Excellent abode for our guinea pigs for two weeks who had a very spacious pen. Both were really well looked after lots of fresh veg and we're a little disappointed to be coming back home!

I wouldn't take my cat Bella anywhere else. Audrey and Callum are brilliant and have a genuine love of animals, Bella is always super chilled going, and coming home, and I know that she'll be well looked after when I'm away 😀🐈‍⬛ …

My boy stayed with Petwatch for the first two weeks of my convalescence, I had only spoken with Audrey over the phone before he left and I knew instantly this was the right place for my boy, bearing in mind my boy had never been away from me since he was 8 weeks old up to this point where he was still only 21 months old, I know he felt it but the way in which Audrey and Callum took such good care of him was top notch, I knew he was being looked after, even with extra cuddles to make him feel better, I couldn't recommend Petwatch more, knowing my boy was safe warm and well cared for most definitely put my mind at ease while I was resting up. I will 💯 % be using them again thank you Audrey, Callum and Andy, I hope to be using you again in Dec for a few days, hope there will be space??......

Lovely cattery. Audrey and Callum are friendly and caring. My cat Mya stayed for four days and seemed thoroughly spoilt!! I really recommend this cattery and have already booked Mya in for a another holiday next year!!

This place is of the highest standard and I wouldn't take my birds anywhere else. Caring, considerate, this mother and son team treat the pets as if they are their own. I understand they are shortly to open a cattery too. They are also in a lovely spot at the foot of Castle Hill. Highly recommended

Miracle worker!!! We sent our two border terriers two days a week with Katie as they were both reactive around other dogs on walks which was becoming unbearable. Socialising with other dogs under Katie’s care Mabel and Mary have become, 100% less reactive and now behave 100% better around other dogs . Where they already had good recall that too has certainly improved. Katie understands dogs well and my two love her to bits. I’d recommend her 100%. THANK YOU KATIE
