Emma, Team Mutt love you to bits. You always go above and beyond to ensure their needs are always put first. You introduced them to 5 acres and they think it is fantastic. I know when I leave them with you they are well looked after, cared for and loved. How you share a bed with a 40kg and 12 kg dog and get any sleep when they sleep horizontally is amazing. Em and Lou very kindly looked after my 3 dogs for the week whilst we were on holiday this summer. Having worked with them both at a dog rescue I knew my dogs could not be in safer, more experienced hands! The dogs had a blast (we had lots of lovely updates) they also had endless cuddles and attention. One of my dogs is a bit sensitive to new people coming into the house and even he settled down very nicely, he knew he would have a great time! Thanks Em and Lou, anytime you want my two naughty whips and dorky Galgo they are ready for you! :)
Loxley my crazy cocker spaniel gets so excited when I say “Is Em coming to see you today” he starts pricking his ears up an goes towards the door. This just shows how amazing Em and the team are with him. As you can imagine he’s a lively spaniel and Em and the team always cater to his needs an love him as much as I do. Em and the team are always on hand for me dropping a message about booking Loxley in an always do the best they can to pop him in, he even gets play dates with other dogs too which I know he absolutely loves.
Great being able to call on Em! Every time she’s had Goose it as been a blessing. She comes back learning new tricks and sleeps for hours!
Emma & Louise walk our dog twice weekly. They love him like their own & he waits on the stairs looking for them. Recently we’ve used their pet sitting service for holidays too. He has additional needs which make leaving him very difficult. They moved around all their shifts, work & commitments so that someone was with him 24 hours a day. 2 days before our holiday he had to have an emergency trip to the vets & developed diarrhoea. We couldn’t take him on a 5 hour car trip, no option for boarding or kennels but they still had him & saved our holiday. They got up twice a night to let him out, cleaned him (& our carpets) and left the house spotless. We even came home to a bolognese for tea! These two are amazing & I can’t recommend them highly enough!
We used Sit & Go to look after our two indoor cats whilst we were away for a short break. My partner was kept updated as she worries terribly about them - we had several pictures sent a day, together with FaceTime calls so she could talk to them. A faultless, professional service!
I wish I could star this more than 5. My boyo is my baby and he hasn’t had it easy. Two major operations and loss of his hooman dad. Emma and Louise are life savers and that is no exaggeration. They don’t just do what the title says. They go above and beyond. They answer their phone no matter what time of the day and do not hesitate to drop around at the drop of a hat. Post op was hard work and they had so many tips and helped put stuff into place to make it more comfortable for my boy. The knowledge these two have are second to none. They even take extra time to help me out when needed. They give their best plus more. Before I leave for work, I tell him they are coming and he ways his tail. He loves and adores them (kinda got them around his paw) If you need your furbabies looking after look no further they are the perfect duo to do the job. Superhero’s in mine and my boyos life.

Trina looked after our two cats while we were on a short break. It was the first time we had tried a pet sitter. It gave us peace of mind to know they were being checked on daily. They were less stressed and they must have been happy as they brought presents for her! (which were kindly dealt with before our return!)
Trina is the only person we would trust with our beloved pets. She has supported pop ins for our cat and bearded dragon and always made sure they are well cared for. Trina has been able to accomodate last minute visits and is very responsive to visits. Would highly recommend.
Trina cared for my elderly cat for 23 days whilst I was away. Brilliant service. Initial assessment visit to meet my cat, collection of key/vet details/special instructions. Daily visit to feed and change litter (plus strokes and overall check of her well being). Return of key. Each day Trina left a written report so on my return I could read about how my cat had been. In addition Trina stacked my mail, washed the cat dishes, and swept up scattered cat litter. A superb service. I will use again.
George loves his walks with Trina! As you can imagine, a springer spaniel is full of energy, and Trina handles him no problem. It’s quick and easy to book walks through the app, and we know he’s in the best hands. Highly recommended!
