A brilliant housesit. A lovely family with delightful animals (Bear is fab, happy to be left to his own devices but also loves a cuddle!) and the geese and chickens were a lot of fun. Great location, close to Edinburgh (with a bus stop just at the bottom of the drive) but situated in the countryside so lots of fab walks with stunning views.
We loved this sit! Stephanie has a lovely, brand new home and three adorable dogs. The dogs are sweet and very well-behaved and thus very easy to care for. It was fun to see how excited they got for their daily walks but they were also fine on their own, having doggy door access to the fenced-in backyard. In the evenings, we loved chilling with them on the sofa. The house was immaculately clean and the binder of written instructions dotted every i and crossed every t. A perfect sit from our perspective!
I had the most wonderful two months at Judy's place looking after her home, garden and the lovable Banjo. Communication with Judy was great from the first contact as she provided lots of information about her home and in particular Banjo. Her home is very comfortable. It is situated in a safe and friendly suburb with easy access to the local shops and public transport if you want to explore the sights of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Banjo is a most lovable, well-mannered boy. He is easy to take care of and is extremely happy when you engage him in his favourable ball games either at home or, preferably, the nearby parks. Walking him on leash worked well, however when he realises that the walk is headed to a park then you need all your strength to hold onto him or you “flap behind him in the breeze" ;) Banjo loves a good cuddle, especially in the mornings – his way of waking you up ;) I highly recommend this sit.
We were very lucky to be chosen by Saniya to look after her well behaved Neo. They made us feel welcome and Saniya took some time in a handover to show us how the house worked and introduced us to Neo. Neo is possibly one of the happiest dogs we have looked after and they are such a good team! He is so excited about seeing you in the morning and he loves to play with his toys and a lot of cuddles which we loved. Walking with him was so easy. He definitely won our hearts. Saniya were great at communication and responded to our updates. She is the cutest! We would definitely go back and enjoy the company with both of them. Thanks for choosing us!
I had a wonderful and peaceful week sitting for Ted and Tullah at Johnny's beautiful place. The scenery around the farm is stunning, and there's lots of lovely walks around for the dogs to enjoy, though they also just loved running around one of the fields on the farm. Johnny's place is stunning, cosy and a very relaxing space to spend time in, cuddles with the dogs in front of the fire in the evenings (and in bed in the mornings) was perfect. Johnny was great with communication before the sit and I had a lovely warm welcome. I missed Ted and Tullah as soon as I left, they're affectionate and intelligent and great company, I hope to see them again some time! Thanks Johnny :)
When I arrived at the house, I was greated with a welcome sign, flowers and bottle of wine. And, most importantly, I received a very enthusiastic greeting from Shroeder- one of the best dogs ever! Sharon and Joe are lovely people and conversation flowed very easily as we discussed details of the house sit. My daughter and I felt very welcome and comfortable in the house. It is in a beautiful location about 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and surrounded by trees. We used the hot tub every night and baked bread and cooked meals in the large well equiped kitchen. We became fast friends with Shroeder who is very well trained and affectionate. He loved cuddling, playing catch and being around us. He is the only dog I have seen who is trained to sit patiently on his his bed while I got his supper ready. Indie was super cuddly as well and would often climb up into our laps to snuggle. She also loves to sit in the cardboard boxes scattered around the house for her. Hobbes was definately more independent and loved his walks on the leash outside. I would highly recommend this sit, especially if you love nature and want to be a little bit outside of Asheville and closer to the surrounding towns of Brevard and Hendersonville.

Unfortunately, my dog was involved in an ‘incident’ while in their care. I spoke with bark n fly on the phone at 12pm 7th of March while at work and was told that a dog had ran over to mine and had bitten him on the ear (“nipped”) and there were some marks left underneath his front shoulder. We were told that he did not need picked up early and was fine after the incident as he was acting like himself. I was told it was up to owners if they wanted to opt for stitches on the ear or let it heal itself but to possibly get some antibiotics from the vet to avoid infection. I had booked my dog into the vet just to be sure. I was told the dogs had been separated and that the other owner would be told about the incident. I was also told that it would’ve been my dog that would get moved groups in future as he had been placed with the larger dogs. When I arrived to collect my dog, he came limping down the steps and I initially was looking for the cut on his ear when I noticed there was a major cut on his leg. After seeing my dog close up I could tell he would need stitches at the top of his leg and there would definitely be no ‘owner choice’ in regards to his wound. The worker told me he had been asleep for the last 2 hours which is very out of character for my young beagle and he has never done that while at day care before. I told the worker that he clearly needs stitches and they looked at his wound and addressed my dog and asked him if he had been “licking it while I wasn’t watching”. No amount of licking could have caused the open wound on his arm, I had no response to this and picked him up to go to the vets. I could see that my dog had been bitten multiple times and this was not a result of playing. I had to lift my dog to the car as he refused to walk any further and I left in tears. After taking my dog to the vet, they could see that he would need stitches and booked him in for the following morning. He had to be injected with antibiotics and painkillers, wound cleaned and given a cone to stop him making the cut worse. My insurance covered the £550 vet bills but I paid £160 excess for his injuries. In his procedure he had to get 3 different lots of stitches. After seeking a dog walker, they also had a look at the injuries and described it as he had clearly been mauled by the other dog. I was not told that the other dog who had done this would no longer be allowed to attend the daycare and I also feel upset that their owner will not know the extent of the incident and will not hear the final outcome. I had no confirmation about what had been said to the other owner. I wish that I had known the extent of his injury and I would have collected him straight away and taken him to the vet rather than him being hurt and left for 4 hours. Since then, Bark N Fly told me that they would pay me back the excess amount of £160 which took 2 months to receive back. I am only posting my experience now as although I stopped using their services I feel that other dogs owners should know about my dogs experience using Bark N Fly.
We've used Bark n Fly's services several times now and have been impressed each time. The gentleman that does the pick up is always kind and patient, and when we went to the place in person the staff were also helpful. We thought the facilities were impressive, too. Our dog (pictured in our local park) is very nervous of people but Bark n Fly assured us she'd be okay and have been most professional. I would absolutely recommend them if you need your dog cared for.
My pup Daisy loves the day care facilities at Bark n Fly. The pickup/drop off service is really handy. Daisy recently stayed for just under a week in the boarding services and had a great time, I appreciated the pictures of her playing and living her best life! Will definitely keep using Bark n Fly and highly recommend
This is the first time we have used kennels for our two dogs Winnie and Mylo, Dawn and her team were great and helped us get everything organised for their stay. Winnie is a typical outgoing wee white fluff ball but Mylo is quite a nervous dog but they were so good and caring with him and the genuine affection shown by Abby and the other staff helped him relax, come out of his shell and enjoy his stay. This was our first time using the boarding service at Bark n Fly. When we picked our Westie Mara up after a wee, she tried to run back inside the building - so she must have absolutely loved it! Staff were friendly and gave some nice feedback on her stay. We will definitely use you again when we go away.
20 min waiting for someone at reception and nothing. Looks like I will lose my appointment at 10am due to not being able to leave my dogs for care. If you leave your dog here make sure you have enough, more than enough time. Looks like a nice place but no one at the front. Edited review - Don’t know how to reply to the “lies” I called - someone said would be there soon (disregarding the las two, dialled by mistake) so yes, there are calls. Be aware that someone answered so this is not a lie - perhaps you don’t know the call is registered on the callers phone. I was there at 9:22 with one of my dogs outside - took the picture because I knew this would be contested. So, yes, I did follow the instructions given in the door and yet nothing. Again, looks like a nice place but give yourself plenty, plenty of time and maybe someone will be at the reception.
Fantastic day care and boarding centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, and super convenient pick up / drop off service. When our dog was a puppy we really liked that we could get her acclimated to being away by starting with a half day at day care, progressing to a full day, and then to overnight stays. Our dog always loves her time there and comes home very sleepy from all the playing!

The Bark n Fly is amazing! They’re services are great! They picked up and delivered our dogs and both drivers were friendly, helpful and so patient with Ruby and Leia! We also could follow them on Instagram and check how much fun the dogs had playing around! They arrived home very happy (and equally exhausted because of the great time they had). I have no words to express how grateful we are to have found such nice people to take care of them while we are away 💙
We have a very active 18 months old GSP, who has struggled with home boarding so decided to try Bark’n’Fly. The team were very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on how to help her adjust to staying overnight. Coco has now been going for 3 months and her separation anxiety is gone! She recognises the staff and can’t wait to play in the fields with all the other dogs. We love checking Instagram to see if we can see a picture of Coco having fun on their account! I recommend the team and the set up, especially if you have an active dog, it’s great for them to be able to play all day
Our dog, Molly, has been going to Urban Tails for years for both dog walking and boarding. She absolutely loves going and is always worn out when she get's back. Faye, Fiona and the team are amazing at looking after her and treat her like she is one of their own dogs. Can't recommend the staff highly enough and wouldn't go anywhere else. The boarding is particularly great as Molly knows Faye and the other dogs so it's a complete weight on my mind knowing she is being looked after and enjoying herself when we are not there. First class.
Faye, Fiona and team have been looking after our lab Skye on dog walks, daycare, and home boarding for the last few years, and I can’t recommend their services highly enough. They offer door-to-door collection and drop-off, so absolutely everything is taken care of - and Skye has the best time whilst away! The facilities and field are amazing, so much space for the dogs to run and explore. The groups are always small and appropriate, with friendly and sociable dogs - Skye comes back exhausted from chasing and playing. Faye is able to be flexible with our schedule, taking on extra walks when necessary, and offers home boarding too which is a huge help in letting us enjoy some time away. I know that Skye is comfortable and so well cared for, in surroundings familiar to her. I trust the girls 100% and know that Skye is treated as one of their own! Would highly recommend Urban Tails and the services they offer - one very happy dog owner (and dog!) :-)
We have used Faye for a while now and our dog is always well looked after and has great walks. It’s helped him socialise with other dogs and his recall has improved hugely thanks to Fayes training with us and with him! Would recommend, day care is in a home environment.
Eddie has just come back from a few days stay with Faye and her two dogs. He had a brilliant tine! He loved meeting all the new dogs throughout the week and the regular updates were great - reassuring us that he was having a great old time. Eddie can't wait to go back!

My hens and duck boarded here. Kevin was extremely helpful, accommodating and put my mind at rest from the offset. When I met him I found somebody who truly cared about birds and was definitely going to look after them well. I had an update that they had settled in which is so reassuring. My girls came home looking fit, happy and healthy. This is true value for money in a caring and secure environment with somebody who went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met.

Hazel looked after our Springer Spaniel Lacey while we were away on holiday. We were nervous to leave her behind as Lacey can get overwhelmed with new places and dogs but she fit right in. Hazel made sure to update us with lots of photos multiple times a day which made us feel right at ease - we could see how much Lacey enjoyed her holiday (especially stealing Fara’s bed)! We will definitely use Hazel again in the future.
Our 12 year old rescue dog, Brooke, spent a couple of nights here in August 2024 and loved her stay. We were a little worried beforehand as Brooke has only ever stayed with family but, honestly, we shouldn't have been at all concerned. Hazel views each dog's stay as their holiday and makes sure that they are integrated into the home, have plenty of walks and attention. We got lots of updates and photos to show that Brooke had settled and was enjoying her stay. Brooke is already booked in for a couple of additional dates following a successful stay :)
This is the second time Yogi has stayed with Hazel and family and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I have always felt so comfortable leaving our dog Yogi with them and look forward to the daily updates and photos. You can see truly how happy yogi is when he is there. Your dog will be treated like family at the bed and bone dog home boarding and we love that. We are so grateful to have such wonderful people look after our fur baby while we are away.
Hazel looked after our dogs while we were attending a wedding and they couldn’t have been looked after any better! She sent me loads of photos and pupdates over the weekend and I could see they were happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend using this business as your dogs will be in safe hands. Rocco and Freya, both Spaniels, had a fantastic time on holiday with Hazel, Malcolm and family. The whole experience went very smoothly from the initial meet and great, trial sleepover and holiday time. I could tell from the initial meeting that Hazel and Malcolm both love dogs and made such a fuss (and friends) with them very quickly. Hazel was great at keeping me up to date with all their adventures on their walks and chilling at their house on the couch! Really a home from home experience! They had a fab time and got on so well with their dog, Fara. I would fully recommend Hazel - 100% and Rocco and Freya are so looking forward to their next holiday. We boarded our two golden retrievers in September and could not recommend highly enough ! Our dogs were loved and cared and it was a joy to be away knowing they were being so cared for. Hazel and Malc have such a well run professional caring business and I will be using their service again for sure
We felt from the outset that Hazel and Malcolm would take great care of our dog - they were kind, caring and very conscientious, asking all the right questions and meeting her (and me!) before she went to board with them. Our dog is a bit of a velcro dog, and we certainly felt she was well looked after and loved during her stay. We got lots of photos which was really reassuring as Vesper looked like she was having a great time!
Phoebe came to stay with Hazel and family for 3 nights, it was her first time staying away without us so I was a bit nervous but was put at ease immediately, from the meet and greet beforehand, dropping her off and lots of lovely photos and updates over the time we were away! I will definitely use Bed and Bone again it’s so nice to know she is being well looked after in a lovely home environment, when we picked her up although she was very excited to see us it was also lovely to see her obvious affection for Hazel so a big thumbs up from Phoebe too.

Boarded our 12 year old Benji with Catrina for 5 days. We were not sure how he would be as he has recently lost his twin brother. We shouldn’t have worried as he was very well looked after. Definitely would recommend Catrina and would not hesitate to use Dogs at Spencerfield again

My pup crew, Bubble and Teddy, have stayed with Catrina on three different occasions now and I cannot recommend her enough! This wonder woman isn't just a dog sitter, she's a dog whisperer extraordinaire. Bubble, my high-maintenance diva, gets endless belly rubs and long walks throughout the day, while Teddy, my cuddle monster, receives expert-level snuggles that would put a professional cuddler to shame. They come back happy, healthy, and sporting suspiciously wagging tails, which tells me they've been living the good life – long walks, endless treats, and maybe even a secret stash of squeaky toys. And it's not just the dogs she spoils! Throughout the day, I always receive adorable photo and video updates! Both of my fur babies stayed with Catrina last Christmas and she also gifted them both a present! Talk about going the extra mile (or fetching the extra ball?). I honestly wouldn't dream of using anyone else when I travel. So, if you're looking for a dog sitter who goes above and beyond, beyond, and then some, do yourself (and your pup) a favor and book them at Spencerfield. Our dachshund Seve has been staying with Catrina several times a year for the last 11 years. He absolutely loves his time with Catrina & Kobe. He is treated like one of the family & he has so much fun when he’s there. We’re always happy to leave Seve as we never have to worry about him when we’re away. I cannot rate Catrina and Dogs at Spencerfield highly enough. My little munchkins have been going over to this luxury home from home 5⭐️heaven since my oldest was around 4 or so months. The lovely wee doggies get the real ‘red carpet’ treatment, including all the walks, snacks and pupper enrichment their little hearts could desire. They also get evening sofa snuggles too! When my boys are staying with Catrina and her family, I know I can relax and really enjoy my time away. Catrina provides regular pupdates and is great at managing my eldest boy’s special dietary needs which really gives me peace of mind. Dogs at Spencerfield is truly a unique business and I would never consider boarding my fur- babies anywhere else. Dogs at Spencerfield is fully council licenced which is such an important fact, particularly nowadays when everyone and anyone seems to be ‘doing dog boarding’. When I collect them after my holidays, I can tell they have had a whale of a time! Thanks so much for all you do for us Catrina, Kobe and the gang, love Lauren, Duke and little Blue too 🐶🥰🐶

Arranged for our Corgi to stay here. Had an introduction at the premises where Catrina met us and our dog, and we signed all paperwork. Agreed on a date for a trial night which was then changed by Catrina, so we changed plans to accommodate. We were then emailed by Catrina 4 days before the re-arranged trial stay, to be told our dog (who she already met) was not small enough to stay, meaning we had to again cancel our plans, at our expense.

What a fantastic cattery. The outdoor pens are lovely and the environment itself is very calm. We were dreading putting our cat in here for a week recently as she didn’t cope well in a previous cattery. She wasn’t eating or using her tray. Turns out she was absolutely fine with Rex and came home surprisingly relaxed. I now feel very reassured about her next visit :). Thank you Posh Paws!

Fantastic cattery. As good as they come. The outdoor pens are very nice and location and setting is beautiful and quiet. Our ragdoll was well looked after and was very happy. We will use Posh Paws again and would highly recommend it.

My cat spent two weeks here in August, he usually doesn't cope well stops eating and always loses weight. Can't say how pleased I am with the care he recieved owner was brilliant very helpful and accommodation great, good location nice and quiet, would definitely recommend 👍 …

I wouldn't take my two cats or dog anywhere else. Liz is fantastic, extremely welcoming and clearly loves animals. The boarding lodges are housed on beautiful grounds and there are lots of walking options if you are popping your dog in. My two cats always come back looking great and are extremely well looked after. My mum was who had recommended them as she and my sister have always used Liz when popping the dogs in. I'd highly recommend Manor Lodge to anyone who is looking for kennels or a cattery.
I would not recommend this cattery. My children and I were greeted by the most unfriendly man on arrival who was reluctant to let myself and children look around the cattery and see where our cat would be staying. After some persuasion he let us in and his partner/wife took over the booking in. The accommodation was good with a cat flap into an outside run which I was pleased about. However on pick up today the pen was extremely grotty and the litter tray was full looking like it hadn't been cleaned out for some time. When I politely challenged the owner re the cleanliness she was extremely rude to me and in front of my 9 year old son swore at us at we left.
My dog is super happy. She looks great you can tell she has been well taken care of as she has no stress and looks really happy. Will keep taking her there as they are really nice and professional. It is a place I recommend and trust 100%.
We always board our cat at Manor Lodge when we go away. The cattery rooms are clean with heating, bedding, cat toys, litter trays and scratching pads. Our cat is on a strict diet and Elizabeth takes care to feed our cat as instructed. My cat returns happy and healthy. I would recommend this cattery to my friends.
Refusing to take a dog because of its breed and a bad experience. So glad the owner told me this over the phone. I wouldn't trust someone with that kind of mentality with my dog. This is someone who is suppose to take care of dogs professionally. So why then have all dogs that are the same breed been judged just because of one bad experience. Surely they should know no two dogs are exactly the same. Shame on you for being so judgmental to such a lovely gentle dog Without evening having met her or even asked her name! I have since found a lovely kennel for my dog. One that dpesn NOT judge because of her breed and one that will take into consideration my dogs personal needs. She is after all a living feeling animal and not a monster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Cattery not recommended - rooms too small not enough room for bed, litter tray and toys hardly any space between litter tray and food & water dishes, litter wasn't changed in 4 days we provided our own 2 bags of litter returned unopened had to bath our wee cat when he came home as he was stinking we also threw out his bedding and toys his bed was brand new and intact when he went in was torn to shreds when he came out he was obviously distressed being in there ! If you love your cat don't put wee furball in there! ☹️
Absolutely fantastic kennels and cattery. Our pups and cats love going there as they are given a home from home experience and cared for properly. The owners are Absolutely fantastic and extremely accommodating
I always take my cat to Manor Lodge when I go away. It's clear the owner is a proper cat lover, and because she only takes a small number of cats at one time they each get spoiled a bit and get plenty of attention. My cat might be unhappy with me for leaving him when I get back but that might also be because he doesn't want to leave Manor Lodge!!
Poppet loves her holidays here She is well looked after and is always happy to go in and see us on return Elizabeth and Tony obviously really care for all the dogs I would highly recommend boarding your dog here
We had our dog here for 10 nights. When we got him home it was like he was never away. I can tell that the people working here are a bit animal crazy. When I was dropping and picking him up they let me into the kennels, it was clean in there. I think they look after dogs well.
I originally cooked my dogs in back in August for Christmas Eve through to Boxing Day I contacted the kennels today as I had not received any confirmation of booking. I was subsequently told I was not able to pick up n Boxing Day. I was not informed of this at the time. I asked for a manager callback. I received an email instead with excuses and a screen shot of the booking. I called to discuss and was greeted with more excuses and ask why I wasn’t called The owner has since emailed me to find other arrangements which I am happy to do. Disgusting from people who have ‘40 years’ customer experience
Our 2 cats stayed with them and they were well looked after. They had plenty of space and the staff were all very helpful and obviously like cats. Nice and handy too if you’re off on holiday via Edinburgh airport! I will use them again.
My 3 GSDs and my son’s retriever stayed here from 8/7/24 to 12/7/24 They have been before and we didn’t have any issues. One GSD shared a kennel with the retriever and my other two GSDs shared a kennel. It was requested as on previous visits that they have adjoining kennels so they can see each other. My GSDs are three generation related and they are very much together 24/7 Unfortunately this did not happen on this visit. We arrived to collect them on Friday 12/7/24 only to be told to go outside to discuss their stay and that they wouldn’t be boarding the two GSDs ever again as they had barked constantly and upset the staff. My husband and I were extremely distressed by this as there was no solution offered on how they had tried to resolve the situation. It is clear that my dogs were suffering stress and a solution to rectify the barking should have been sought. Experience would have suggested that this was out of character as this was never displayed before on previous stays. A simple solution would have been to introduce them together so they knew that their pack was safe. At no time where we contacted regarding this or we would have sought a resolution. One would have thought that if the barking was constant then why would they let it persist causing anxiety and stress to my dogs. We trusted the kennel with the care and welfare of our animals which are our family and we feel they failed in that level of care. We are extremely upset that they accepted the barking but did not make any attempt to resolve the issue or contact us regarding this. All they did was blame our dogs for the stress it was causing the staff! Experienced staff and management should have realised something was wrong having had them stay on previous occasions with no issues. This was completely out of character and should have been questioned. We are extremely upset and angry that our dogs have suffered this unnecessary stress for the duration of their stay. One of the dogs in question is elderly and it breaks my heart that she was so stressed and no consideration for their barking was given a chance to resolve. We should have been contacted immediately you failed to do that therefore causing the barking to continue and causing the stress that they where under. There was no report given regarding the well being of all the dogs during their stay. One GSD has came back with an upset tummy.
Amazing with my pup, well looked after and highly monitored to make sure he coped well and was eating well. Just lovely people with a genuine interest in your pet.

Left our dogs here for 12 days with our own food picked them up a day early to our dogs lost weight hadn't been fed like they were suppost to honestly wouldn't recommend anybody to leave there furbabbies here at all total disgusted at the state of our dogs

Picked up my 2 dogs after a weeks holiday. They were chilled in their beds when I turned up to collect them. They seemed very happy. This was their first stay in kennels. My male can be a little nervous in some situations but he’s not been the slightest bit phased at being in these kennels. He probably barked a bit as he can be vocal. My old girl is her normal happy self. Staff were very helpful and friendly - I had a very good experience. I would be happy to use these kennels in future. Nothing seemed a bother to the staff and they didn’t rush anything at drop off or collection. I wrote down information about each dog to help with their care which were at their kennel and returned to me - I was told it was useful for anyone caring for my dogs. I had taken my dogs for a day stay to see how they got on prior to their holiday stay. The kennels were clean each time.
I have used Ingliston Kennels for a few years now and I'm delighted with their friendly, professional approach. All the staff genuinely care about the welfare of my dog and the consistent monitoring of my dogs eating and toilet habits assured me that they would quickly notice if there were any issues. My dog loves his daycare at Sal’s Pals. Only been going a couple of months but he drags me in and cries all the way home. I know he’s well looked after and gets individual attention, is kept active but gets time to chill out and rest too. You can see that all the staff love the dogs in their care and put their needs first.
Staff are always helpful and ready to answer any issues. My dog loves going there twice a week and is always eager to get in play with her friends. Seasonal entertainment encouraged and appreciated by all those i have witnessed. For a relatively young dog , not 2 until next month, it is testament to the service and facilities that are provided that Poppy is always tired once she is picked up. Admittedly i was a bit unsure following the closure of our local doggy daycare, however, we are delighted with the friendly service and facilities we have witnessed first hand. Would highly recommend any parties looking for doggy daycare to enlist the services of Sals Pals. 5*****
My dog loves Sal’s Pals, at drop off, all dogs are pulling their owners to get to Sal’s as quickly as possible! The team who work at Sal’s are the best, my pup is people reactive and she loves everyone who works there. They are so kind, caring and understanding. The dogs are treated to first class service, enrichment training, games and cosy pens for nap time. Quite simply, I would not send my dog to anyone or anywhere else. My dog always has the best time and it is a joy taking her there.
whisky loves her time at Sal’s Pals and comes home exhausted! the staff are all so friendly too. A great place situated in lovely countryside.

My cocker spaniel pup has been going to Sal’s Pals day care for a while now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are incredible, so kind and helpful and clearly love what they do! As soon as Luna realises where she is, she’s like a rocket to the door. It’s the one day a week I truly don’t have to worry about her while I’m at work because I know she’s in good hands. I can tell Luna has the best day at day care because she comes home, has dinner and that’s her until the next morning 😴 So very grateful for the staff taking such good care of my pup ❤️
Skye pie just loves going for sleep overs at Sals Pals. She also goes to the day care occasionally. Sally is amazing and Skye is always happy to see her. I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending Sals Pals.
What can I say about Sals Pals? Our dog Moli just loves going there and we know she will be looked after and cared for all day. From the moment she jumps out of the car she cannot wait to get through the gate! The facilities are second to none and all the dogs aunties just love what they do. Moli loves the parties at Howleween and the Christmas Pawties. So much attention to details goes into these events. Sals Pals is the best!
Please ignore the review slating Sal’s pals my world goes twice a week and would go more if I could afford it.! Dolly loves it.. she gets very excited when we turn into road just up from their driveway.. all the dogs that I have met all get very excited when they arrive which to me as a dog owner of over 40 years means they are very happy to be going to daycare but the day… 10/10 highly recommend although I think the waiting list is quite long.. so get your dogs on the list ASAP.. 😊 photos of dolly after been at salpals…
Sally was absolutely brilliant! We hired her to watch our dog at our wedding. What we wanted was a little unusual for wedding dog-sitting (someone to stay on property at the venue with our dog for the day) and Sal’s Pals was the only business we contacted that was willing to work out a bespoke service for us. Not only was Sally friendly and helpful throughout the booking process, but she was so, so great with our dog! She came prepared (with treats! Won him over immediately), and knew exactly what to do through the ceremony. We were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that he was in good hands, while getting to see him every so often when she would take him over to socialize. :) We wholeheartedly recommend Sally, and wish we lived close enough to take advantage of Sal’s Pals doggy daycare!
