Sammy was simply excellent. Benj had been quite poorly before we went away to the extent he was on quite a few meds and we questioned whether we should go away. Sammy wasn’t out off and is clearly experienced is administering tablets. He was better than us.! We were anxious when away but he kept us fully updated with pictures and videos including Benji taking part in a yoga class! Benji clearly loves Sammy. A lovely chap and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
Lucie was invited to sit a day prior to my requirements so both Lucie and my dogs could bond and any questions regarding my furry girls and my home could be addressed. In fact she arrived two days prior to the sit to allow her mother who had travelled from Europe to join her. They were both charming. Unfortunately Lucie explained she had not seen my welcome guide, however I had already typed a welcome guide myself, printed out giving all the infomation Lucie would need for her sit. Sadly, Lucie had personal family matters to attend to, but was very helpful in committing to her sit despite this. Unfortunately I did not get the chance to say our goodbyes, nor have a debriefing of her sit as Lucie had to fly abroad to rejoin her mother who had to return within 24 hrs of arriving in the UK. Despite all this Lucie coped admirably. Was clean and tidy and gave the girls lots of cuddles and attention as well as finding the time to atttend to her studies. I recommend Lucie as she is genuinely kind and knowledgeable and naturally wish her and her family all the best through a current difficult period.
