Gen was awesome! Unfortunately our dog was a bit of a nightmare while we were away and we had to cut our trip short but that was no reflection on Gen whatsoever. John and Cath are a really nice couple. They were quiet and confident which put us, and our cat, at ease straight away. They notified us of any problems, and sent us regular updates, and photos, which assured us that everything was fine back home. As first-time users of zeewoi, we were a little apprehensive about the process, but John and Cath constantly reassured us that everything was fine. Our cat was very well looked after and when we came home the house was spotless and the bed changed. We, and our cat, would, without a doubt, have John and Cath sit again.
