Rob, Tracey and Makai were excellent house sitters. They took great care of our house and most importantly our dog Freddie. They were efficient and organised and we felt very confident leaving them with Freddie. We arrived home to a spotless house and a happy dog. He obviously liked them very much and had been taken on lots of walks. Tracey had even made some cookies for our return. We would thoroughly recommend them.
I would never have believed I could feel so reassured and relaxed about leaving my home and pets in a stranger’s care! As I was not going to be here myself to do the handover, Susan was happy to take a virtual tour of the house with me on WhatsApp video before my departure, and we then stayed in contact throughout my absence… But most of our communication consisted of happy photos and stories of my pets, because Susan is very independent. Susan stayed an extra night so that we would have the pleasure of meeting on my return, and I’m so glad we had time to chat. What a lovely, friendly lady! ( and how spotless was the house!) Most importantly, I could see the interaction between her and my pets was genuine, and she helped set in some good habits for toilet-training our young dog. Her experience with animals is obvious and reassuring. Future home and pet owners will Be fortunate to have Susan care for their furry friends!
