Nic saved the day for me when my previously scheduled House Sitter cancelled very last minute a two week sit that had been planned for over a month. Nic was very professional, easy to communicate with and kept me updated with texts, funny pictures and videos of Cooper and Luna throughout her stay. We even planned a 3-way video chat with my daughter in college, myself and our husky, Cooper! Both the house and my fur babies were very well-taken care of by Nic. I highly recommend Nic for house sitting, and I will definitely be calling her again in the future.
You can't go wrong with a nice house right on the lake with a kayak! Plus they have two paddle boards, a nice deck, and two cute dogs. They gave me a choice of bedrooms. I chose the king, which I shared with Mia, a sweet little whippet type dog. Roscoe, the chocolate lab, likes attention and exercise. Both dogs eagerly showed me around the loop, away from traffic. The dogs loved roaming the largest dog park I've ever seen. Willow River State Park is only five miles away! If you love biking on quiet country roads and paddling on a lovely lake, this sit delivers!
Kerry was easy to communicate with, and the expectations were all clear and simple. Kerry's home is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and immaculate. Charlie is a sweet little love bug, and I enjoyed my cuddles with him and the way he nuzzled his head into my arm. I enjoyed sampling some of West Springfield's culinary delights, thanks to Kerry's excellent recommendations, and there are some nice places for nature hikes on a warm day. I would happily return, and I highly recommend this sit to anyone who loves a peaceful home and a snuggly kitty!
Mollie is a rock star, awesome. Her dogs are absolutely adorable. I ended up falling in love with each one of them. Her home is beautiful. Great experience.
Staying at Deborah's home was a smashing experience. The cat sitter 'guide' was excellent and the detailed information regarding their gorgeous cat and comfortable home was extremely helpful. We also chatted on video links to get to know one another; friendly and mutually reassuring. We kept in touch during our stay and we enjoyed sharing photos and stories of the remarkable Loki Bear! What an amazing cat! And delightful, caring pet lovers. Happy memories! John and Rachel X
We had an amazing time with Felicia at Lea's flat. The house is really comfy and it's also close to the stations and bus stops.Felicia is the sweetest and most lovely dog we ever met. She has a lot of energy when she is outside but also a really calm and cuddly dog inside,we watched TV together every day! Lea give us all the instructions we needed and we never had any problem!Thank you for choosing us!
We feel so lucky to have been able to care for Flynn while Libby was away! Flynn was calm, affectionate, and a great adventure buddy on the local trails. He was so happy to be outside, and we felt very comfortable having him off leash. Libby was also very easy to communicate with (before, during and after our sit), kind and generous. We’re very happy to have made the connection with Libby and Flynn through TrustedHouseitters, and we hope to be back!
