We had a lovely stay at Carolyn‘s apartment in Brooklyn! Her place was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home! Carolyn was great with communication before and during the sit. Her apartment is within walking distance of lots of restaurants, grocery stores and subway stations! Although Pocket stayed out of site most of the time, she is a very cute kitty and we would highly recommend this sit!
This was a delightful house sit . The house was a lovely family home with two adorable dogs , well trained and fun to be out with . The location was good , near the town of Thirsk (great fish and chips !!) and good all round shops and cafes. The accommodation was comfortable and all appliances etc worked . Highly recommended for a relaxing time away ! Would return again , definitely .
We enjoyed our Sit! Mishaka is a sweetheart, she loves cuddling in the morning and spending time on the balcony. After that, she prefers to sleep for the rest of the day. There is no doubt that the location is the best! There are lots of activities in the area that are within walking distance, otherwise, public transportation is readily available. Clean and well-equipped, the apartment has everything you might need. Carolina and Sven are friendly and easygoing. If they choose you, we recommend that you take this Sit!
Helens 2 dogs Spud and Monty were a delight to look after. Very easy and low maintenance and such sweet souls. Time mostly spent when they can, sleeping on your feet with the cosy woodburner lit! Helens lovely farmhouse is very picturesque, proper Yorkshire farm...no animals but the boys....but she plans to rectify that in future! The views are to die for....possibly 700 plus feet up....way above Hebden Bridge...with an amazing bedroom so high up you could be flying! The area is lovely, not anywhere i was familiar with...but lots of walking opportunities, and Hebden itself is a delight. It has a small local cinema, a craft beer 'shop' with draught ales and beers from around the world. Also very alternate and Eco....many health food shops and take your own containers to refill. We bought black bread from a divine bakery! Made with Charcoal! All in all an exiting stay! Thanks Helen for trusting us to look after your lovely boys!
