We very much enjoyed our housesit with Vita and Bruce. Vita is such a good natured dog, so easy to walk and take care of. Bruce is aloof, but friendly - arriving on time for food! The chickens and ducks are also easy to look after and are generous with their eggs! The village has a thriving local community and we enjoyed a film at the village hall. There are lovely walks from the doorstep. Also within easy reach by car are Cheddar and beautiful Wells - we highly recommend the tour of the 'High Parts' in Wells Cathedral. Communication with Sally and Andrew was excellent both before and during the sit. They are lovely hosts.
This was a wonderful sit - beautiful cat, house, garden and weather! Cho is small, soft and very affectionate. She would head-butt and nuzzle for a thousand years. Carolyne and Tim were very welcoming and generous. They left us an excellent guide to their house and the surrounding area as well as lots of treats and a lovely, much-appreciated meal for our first evening. Their home is spacious, clean and comfortable (fantastically well-equipped kitchen) with a large, private garden where we spent lots of time with Cho. The nearest village, Wickham, is within walking distance and has everything you need - food shops, 2 pubs, a charming tearoom, gift shops and even a chocolate shop! Portsmouth, with its wealth of naval history, is a short drive away (use the Park and Ride just off the motorway) and well worth a visit. We highly recommend this sit. It was a pleasure to sit for Molly and Jamie! Molly has a wonderful place with wooded bike trail in her backyard! The nearby Main Street is walkable with lot of little shops and restaurants. If your into hiking and biking, Molly has drawers full of maps to share. Jamie was a treat to take care of. Very easy to please and play with. He is as self sufficient as they come. Molly has a neat little setup that allows Jamie to re-enter the house on his own and can’t go back outside until you let him out. Jamie loves to have his cheeks brushed and his head scratched and I could get him to lay on my chest when I was in bed! My favorite kind of kitty.
Lisa and Rob welcomed me to their stunningly stylish home and gave me a guided tour before leaving for their short trip to visit family. Their home, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside is extremely comfortable and everything a sitter could possibly need is right at the fingertips. However, it has to be said, the stars of the show are, without doubt, the two pets, old girl Bella and young and bouncy Bob. They are both very well behaved labradors and it was my pleasure to take care of them. I'd recommend this sit to others but only if I'm not available myself. Missing them both already ♥️💙.

So glad I found this place! My mini schnauzer is a nervous, sensitive guy who needed to socialise more in a controlled environment. I was hesitant to send him to daycare, because I was worried he would be overwhelmed and it would have a negative impact on his energy. But even after the first day he was such a happy, confident pup who absolutely loves his daycare day! The staff genuinely love the dogs, and I can see how much they care about them. I love seeing the constant photo updates on Facebook, and I love how the dogs get enrichment and new experiences every day. I would highly recommend Pooches Playroom to anyone.

Very happy with Yappy, I rang a bit late to book, I had my granddaughters birthday and travelled a distance a very late decision. Janice was more than helpful to accommodate and look after my dog who is a sop. The second time he has been with this lovely doggies day care. He had cuddles and I feel quite happy with his care while I was away.

Trying to find someone i trusted enough to look after my mini dachshund for 5 days whilst i was away in busselton was made all the much eaiser when I came across Janice at Yappy Days. I found her details through members of Long Dogs WA and she came highly recommended. Our little snags are very important to us and they are a special little breed. From the moment I started talking to Janice I knew she was the right person and then when I met her it all just felt perfect. I could see how much she loves and cherishes her 2 snags and all the dogs she looks after. Knowing Maple was with Janice made my holiday all the more relaxing. I dont think Maple wanted to come home after all the fun she had😂 I can not thank Janice enough for all the updates,photos and all the LOVE she gave Maple. At Yappy Days they really treat every pet they look after as their own🐶Thank you again for looking after my Miss Maple. She cant wait to get to come and stay again💕

Can’t recommend Perth Pet Boarding enough! Nicola and the team took amazing care of Teddy for the 3 and a bit weeks while we were away, and when needed, we’ll be using them again for sure. They were the best! Couple of snaps attached as proof of a happy pup being looked after and played with.
Best Kennels out pup has ever been in! The communication from the staff is amazing, with daily photos on their Facebook page. Kennels are clean, the dogs get to play daily on their own grass patch outside, and are fed premium food! Our dog was also washed free of charge on pickup day. He loved his stay and he will definitely be coming back!
The best kennels we have ever used! Nicola was spent time finding about our dogs before we booked. She got their characters very quickly, which shows she spent time with the dogs. We loved seeing the dogs on instagram, always happy and getting lots of attention. Picking them up, being greeted by two very happy dogs but they weren’t manic, they were calm, which said to us they had enjoyed their stay with Nicola and her team. I would highly recommend Perth Pet boarding to anyone.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Our two dogs stayed for three weeks and were loved and cared for by Nicola and her team as though they were her own. I often feel guilty leaving the dogs in a kennel but not this time they were exercised and had play time twice a day every day and even a bbq on the weekend. The regular Facebook photo and video updates assured me that the dogs were having the best time- so much so that I was worried they may never want to come home. Thank you so much Nicola and team!
An amazing place. Nicola leads a team of really dedicated and caring dog carers/lovers. I hate having to leave my dogs when I can’t take them with me BUT I know how well they are cared for with Nicola and the team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I discovered Perth pet boarding after planning a last minute trip and needed to leave my shepherd for the first time ever, I called many kennels around but no phone call sounded promising until I came across this place. One phone call with Nicola And I was 100% sure she would love and take care of my pup Caesar as much as we do and I wasn’t wrong! I got to go on my holiday stress free knowing my pup was taken care of and i received updates every single day! I had a family emergency recently and called Nicola on the day I was leaving and she made the process so stress free and I got to drop Caesar off right after that phone call! This place is amazing and will love your dog as much as you do, Caesar loves being there and to him it’s not pet boarding it’s a vacation! Thank you for looking after him will definitely always be back for future trips
Nicola 100% came to our rescue when our usual Kennel decided our dog was too anxious for her to be comfortable with. Like most rescue dogs our Boy can be anxious around new people and other dogs, Nicola put so much love and attention into helping him settle in and kept us updated on his progress which helped us enjoy our holiday knowing he was being cared for the way he deserves . We will definitely be back !

Sorry. I forgot to put a description. The whole stress and worry of putting my girl into a kennel was completely washed away the first time I met the beautiful owners of Perth Pet Boarding. You can tell from the first second that they are proper animal lovers and have a true passion for their business. I was recommended this place from another highly rated kennel and you know if others in the business are recommended this place then it must be good. It absolutely is. My girl Ellie had the best time on her first stay and was looked after, so well that it made me feel bad when we got back home and I couldn't give her the level of attention she was getting 😅. It was like a holiday for her at the same time as my holiday. Another amazing thing is that they post regular, multiple posts daily, on their Facebook page with lovely photos of your fur baby so you can keep up to date while away without having to worry. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my girl other than Perth Pet Boarding. They are truly amazing with the best service in Perth.
I highly recommend Perth Pet Boarding, Nicole took the trouble to befriend our very nervous, highly reactive dog for a long period (two and a half months). Felix had never been in a kennel before. Not only that, but she reassured me and my daughter daily, with updates and videos. He came back home happy, and relaxed.

We have had multiple excellent experiences with Danzalin! This was the third time our dog has stayed and this time it was for a month. We were truly impressed by the care and attention she received throughout the time she was there. The staff made sure she was well-fed and comfortable and kept us updated throughout her stay, which really put us at ease. We loved that she got daily time outdoors in the sun and on the grass, allowing her to enjoy some natural playtime. She looked so healthy on the day we came to collect her. Our dog is reactive, so we were initially a bit nervous about how she would adjust. However, the owners showed incredible knowledge and understanding of her personality. They took extra care to place her near compatible dogs, ensuring a stress-free environment. It was clear they genuinely cared about her well-being. We couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Danzalin to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate boarding option for their pets! Since i’ve moved to Canning Vale I have been using Danzalin Boarding. Nick and Rachel have both been amazing with my boy. They’re really accommodating with his needs etc, i love the updates they give on their facebook. My boy always has the biggest smile on his face and he’s always so happy when we pick him up. Nick and Rachel take fantastic care of my boy and I wouldn’t have it any other way, I will always board my pup with them. They’re fantastic!
Before having our two young pups looked after by Nick, Rachel and the Danzalin Kennel team, I hesitated for anyone to look after my fur babies. Nick and Rachel were extremely reassuring and comforting and were true to their word with the care they provided. The team consistently messaged and kept us updated, providing photos of my two pups, who appeared extremely happy in all the pictures and videos. I cannot fault their team and highly recommend their service. It is rare to find individuals who know the exact names of all the dogs they care for and treat our fur babies like their own. Keep up the great work, guys; it doesn't go unnoticed!
Looked after our two dogs for five days. Nick and Rachel took great care of them and seemed really invested in providing for the animals. They made sure that our dogs were in kennels next to each other so that they didn’t get lonely and gave us updates when we messaged. Our dogs came back healthy and happy and we would definitely recommend them in future.
Our 14 yr old and 2 yr old had a great time at Danzalin. They were looked after very well, both came back happy, healthy and had obviously been well cared for. Could recommend Nick and his team to take good care of your fur babies. BTW I am very fussy who i get to look after my 2, Great value for money and peace of mind.

Mel is an absolute godsend! Our cats are so well looked after with her and the fact they are comfortable when she comes around to take care of them speaks volumes as they are so nervous! We will always book Mel to look after our furbabies, we wouldn’t trust anyone else!
Mel looked after our boys like they were her own. She played with them and cleaned their bowls after each feed and helped out with little things. We received (and loved!) photos each visit. I give my absolute highest recommendations to Mel at Cuddles and More Pet Minding!! The service offered is second to none and I would not leave my fur children with just anyone caring for them. Mel goes above and beyond caring for my fur babies.... from feeding, litter cleaning and grooming to cuddles, play time, medication administered I just can not fault her. Then the over and above helping with litter changes, taking bins in/out, managing behavioural issues or post vet checking while I am at work and watering garden... just everything covered to allow me to be away from home and not worry at all. Cuddles and More Pet Minding was a game changer for me and I will be forever thankful to Mel.

I've never felt that my pets were in better hands. Melanie really goes above and beyond what I expected. Lots of pictures and an update with every visit made it feel like I wasn't away from them at all. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Our recent experience with this kennel has been deeply concerning. We left our dog, Hippo, in their care for what was his second stay. While his first visit went well, this time he returned in a worrying condition. Throughout Hippo’s stay, the kennel regularly updated us with pictures and messages, which gave us confidence that everything was fine. They even mentioned he was a “big cuddle bug” and enjoying his time with them. However, just before his return, we received a message noting that they had increased his food intake slightly because he seemed to be losing weight. They asked if they could buy more kibble as his supply was running low. Although they mentioned weight loss, they did not stress how serious it was, and I was led to believe everything was still under control. Upon picking him up, we were told casually that Hippo had “lost a bit of weight.” Unfortunately, this severely downplayed his condition. When we brought him home, we were shocked to see how much weight he had lost—he was visibly emaciated, far beyond what we had been led to expect. Additionally, he had unexplained scratches on his face that were never mentioned. As pet owners, it is distressing to see your dog in such a state after trusting someone else with their care. While I understand there are challenges in looking after animals with specific dietary needs, I believe the severity of Hippo’s condition and his weight loss should have been communicated much earlier and more transparently. In line with Section 19 of the Animal Welfare Act 2002 (WA), there’s an expectation that animals under someone’s care are not subjected to unnecessary suffering. This situation certainly raised concerns about whether Hippo’s care met this standard. We were heartbroken by the condition our dog was in upon his return. Based on this experience, I would advise other pet owners to think carefully about their decision before leaving their pets here. I have attached pictures of Hippo that the kennel sent me, Hippo’s first week under their care and pictures when he came home today (2 weeks later) as a comparison.
Edited for Response: “Ohh by the way your dog lost a bit of weight” they said on pick up. This is how he came home. Really shocking. You be the judge whether you want to leave your animal here or not. After receiving the kennel’s response and revisiting the conversation (attached) we had while Hippo was in their care, I feel it’s necessary to clarify the situation further. Throughout Hippo’s stay, I appreciated the updates and photos sent by the kennel. The messages made it seem like he was doing well, enjoying cuddles, playing fetch, and adjusting to the environment. At no point was there any mention of significant weight loss or any cause for concern about his health until I received a message on 30th August stating that Hippo was “running out of food” and they had been “feeding him a little more to try and combat the weight loss.” While this message acknowledged that Hippo was losing weight, it did not convey the severity of the situation. If I had known how much weight he was losing, I would have immediately taken steps to address the issue. However, this message made it seem like a minor adjustment, and I was never told that his food intake had been drastically increased to the point where they were tripling his meals without my consent. Furthermore, I was never informed that he was experiencing scratches or any other visible injuries. The conversation mainly focused on how much he loved his food and activities, making it sound like everything was under control. When I picked him up, I was only told, “Oh, by the way, your dog lost a bit of weight,” which severely understated the situation. Hippo came home emaciated, far more than just “a bit of weight loss,” and had visible scratches on his face. It’s important to note that under Section 19 of the Animal Welfare Act 2002 (WA), there is a general duty of care to ensure that animals do not suffer unnecessarily. While I understand that kennels can face challenges when caring for animals with specific dietary needs, proper communication and care are essential to avoid situations like this. In this case, I believe the extent of Hippo’s weight loss and his injuries should have been communicated more clearly and addressed during his stay. While I trusted the kennel to care for my dog, I am heartbroken by the outcome and disappointed with their response. The form I signed on pick-up did not address these issues, and I only learned of his true condition when he came home. Based on my experience, I would caution other pet owners to carefully consider whether this is the right place for their pets.
Summer loves going to doggy daycare and it's an affordable option for regular daycare. She comes home exhausted after a day with her doggy friends.
Left my 2 boys with these guys over a weekend whilst we flew to Sydney and I initially went and visited the location before hand and the staff were very friendly and accommodating plus they showed me round and where my 2 would potentially be staying in their own kennel with a long run onto the grassy area. Picking them up on Monday morning they boys where in good spirits and very happy...plus from the photos posted to Facebook I could see they were having a great time. Will definitely go back here!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE. I am not going to write more. DO NOT DO IT. If you love your pets stay away from this disgusting excuse of a kennel. My dog is dead. I’ve seen multiple dogs without water, understaffed, horrible conditions. That is it. Disgusting. EDITS *Also no conclusion was made and no cancer diagnosis made. She was so ill, I made a humane decision. Vets said what could have happened, and there were many versions. *since I am unable to reply to my review, I can tell everyone that their response is a lie. It took police officers to get my other animal home. They were refusing to give him back, I was more than happy to pay, the police didn’t even want to speak to him at the end as he was so awful. *She was vet checked and yearly health checked in Oct/Nov 2023. Nothing was wrong. They are a terrible kennel and under investigation. If you love your pet, spend the extra money and stay away. Please stay away from them, the most offensive thing you have replied with is that a tumour got so large and was ignored, the vet told me if it was a tumour there would be no way of me knowing. Do not insinuate that I ignored my pet. No conclusion was made other than she had a 50% chance of surviving surgery, and due to the surgery only maybe 3 months after. End of story. Any animal lover would share this review.
Wonderful facility our kids love it there and are so spoilt, wonderful staff and lots of space to run around.
My dog Xavier has been attending Perth Pet Club for more than a month, and he absolutely adores it, especially the staff members. His favourite is Em, who does an amazing job taking care of him and playing with him while he is in daycare. When I pick up my dog, he approaches me with a bright smile so happy and is so exhausted that he falls asleep right away when he get home, just like he had been working all day😂. I wholeheartedly advise anyone wanting to board their dog at Perth Pet Club that it is worth it and more. I'm extremely grateful to Em for being the best with my Xavier and treating him and all the dogs with their like her very own. 😊
We left our dogs staffy cross and maltese cross for 7 days and collected them in good health and no loss of weight. We were apprehensive, as we hadn't used this facility before, but were very happy with the service.
Perth Pet Club looked after our Maltese Shitzhu (Casper) for a week and we were very happy with their services. Emma is lovely and you can see she genuinely cares for the animals there. My 11 year old son and niece loved visiting there and now want to work at kennels when they’re older 😆 Thanks Emma! …
Doz & Catz Retreat is amazing! Tab and the team take the absolute best care of our Mable (Catahoula x Mastiff). They make sure she is paired with pups she enjoys spending time with, and they go above and beyond to ensure her comfort—keeping her cool in summer and warm in winter. The team is warm, friendly, and you can see how much they genuinely love all the pets that come through their doors. It’s the perfect place to keep your pet happy, socialized, and out of mischief at home. Plus, it’s fantastic value for money! I couldn’t recommend Doz & Catz Retreat more—your furry friend will be in the best hands!
Hello! I recently visited Dogz and catz retreat in Banjul and had a fantastic experience. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and provided ample space for my furry friend to roam. The staff was incredibly friendly and showed great care and attention to my dog's needs. My dog made new friends and enjoyed the activities available. While I was thoroughly pleased with my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Dogz and catz retreat to fellow dog owners. Thanks for taking good care of my dog!
I have been taking my dog to this kennel regularly over the last few years as I work FIFO and the staff and care for the animals is fantastic. When I drop her off she is often excited to see staff and is always in good spirits and clean when I pick her up. Highly recommend
Recently i dropped off my border collie, Cooper for the 3rd time while the family was away on holiday. every single time Cooper is here he comes back happier and healthier than ever. He’s a very timid dog and the first time we dropped him, the lady who took him in stayed with him until he was alright. we are constantly sent updates and photos of him on our stay to know he is well, and i think it’s just fantastic the way the dogs are kept. on his most recent stay when we picked him up, the girls were, as always, very friendly and it was clear that they really cared for him. thank you to all the team who worked to care for Cooper and all the other pets at your retreat
We have been boarding our dogs here for many years and the service is fantastic. The kennels are always clean and well maintained. The staff are always friendly and care about the animals. Our dog Summer is always excited to say hello to the wonderful staff when we get there and is always clean and happy when we pick her up.
We are visiting but needed day care for our two dogs we couldn’t have asked for more help . They stayed open longer as we got caught up , staff picked up on our young dogs uncertainty. So in the morning let her run with the older confident dogs then later as she became more confident she ran with the energetic kids and had a ball . I train dogs and these people really care and know dogs . Thank you so much
My pup has gone to daycare a couple times now and the staff are wonderful! We get updates at the end of the day and he always comes home happy and very very tired 😂 Only thing i'd wish for is photos throughout the day to see what he's up to
I recently picked up my cat and dog from this retreat after being on holiday for 2 weeks. I have boarded my animals at other places nearby and they do not look after them nearly as well. At one place my dog came back with a bloody tail and no one had told me about it. However, at Dog and Catz retreat my animals were well cared for. The staff are all very friendly and the premises are clean and well maintained. I will be boarding my animals here from now on

Their genuine love for animals is evident, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for both pets and their owners. The facility is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of dogs of all sizes and temperaments. What sets Dogz and Catz Retreat apart is their attention to individualized care. The dedicated staff members take the time to get to know each dog personally, accommodating their specific needs and preferences. Zara and I are grateful to have found such a pawesome retreat for our furry family member!
Absolute top level customer service by the owner of this facility, and devoted staff who pay attention to detail, offer a very caring and responsive service and very clean and large spaces/varied yard space and play areas for doggos- my little one absolutely loved it and we will be returning for a regular booking each week now in the long term! They also offer services for cats and with such great staff who I can entrust my fur baby to, I’ll be returning for any boarding in future for my cats too. I cannot recommend them more highly for ease of booking, care and attention to animals, and for the facilities - huge property with additional services like grooming and a hydrotherapy pool/ with very generous competitive pricing.
