We really enjoyed watching Wally, Boo, and the fish! Wally loves snuggle time, Boo is a playful puppy, and the fish were amazing to watch. Shawn and Joe are thoughtful, organized hosts who made our job easy. Their home is comfortable, well-appointed, and the views are amazing! We were able to hike on many trails accessible right from their street. We cooked many meals in their high-end kitchen. Communication was great. We are grateful for this opportunity and hope to return!
Nala is one of sweetest and coolest pups you’ll ever meet! She’s got a great big personality for a little dog and will keep you entertained. It may take a little time for her to warm up to you, but once she does she is all cuddles and sweet puppy play. She loves her walks in their beautiful neighborhood and will guide you to her favorite routes. In the morning she gets excited to greet you and more excited when you arrive home after being gone during the day. Nala is a fantastic dog and really easy to care for! She’s adorable and I miss her sweet little face. The family is very kind, communicative and hospitable. Their home is comfortable and close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and exploring all the wonderful things Tucson has to offer. A variety of restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and easy to get to. Would love to sit for them again and I highly recommend this sit!
This sit was wonderful! Nora couldn't have been a more engaging companion - sitting with you at every opportunity. Sally and Nick put together a beautiful welcome, with every touch considered, making for a really lovely stay. I would highly recommend this sit - they're all super fab!
We had a wonderful time looking after Pepsi and Tizzer in Banstead. Pepsi was a rather shy, but very sweet little girl who was occasionally brave enough to come for a head rub. Tizzer was a Lion King, and much more gregarious. For such a slender cat, he was surprisingly heavy when he laid himself across my legs. We really enjoyed looking out the garden, from the huge conservatory/kitchen, watching the cats on patrol, surveying their territory. They were often coming and going by the cat flap, but never went too far, which is always very reassuring. The house and garden oozes with Luisa’s artistic, creative flair. It was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to lounge around in. It had all the things we appreciate….. comfortable bed, hot shower, well equipped kitchen and perfect spots for reading. Banstead has an excellent array of shops, cafes, restaurants and a great library and community centre. We discovered country walks in all directions from the front door. Thank you for choosing us Luisa.
I thoroughly enjoyed sitting for two beautiful Irish setters with very different personalities who gave me lots of hugs and kisses. The house is located in a very bucolic setting with a pond for the dogs to cool off in and a nice yard. The host, Stacey, made sure I was comfortable with the dogs and house before leaving and checked in on occasion which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this Housesit.
The most beautiful kitties in Oakland! Megan and Asher were super easy to communicate with, very welcoming and their place is tidy and sweet. I loved the chinchilla and the cat duties were easy and clear. A relaxing and pleasant stay!
