The picture updates are amazing and really make me feel so much better when I'm away and get to see how my kids are doing. Pet Service Solutions is and will always be my go-to Pet Hotel for my pets. I love how they greet your pet before you 😆, Expect to receive photos of your pet while you're gone. I have used them a few times to board Jasper my Great Dane, and I always receive pictures of him making new friends and having a good time. Pet service solutions also offers grooming services in case you wanna come home to a good smelling fur baby 😁😁 I highly recommend this place !! 👌

Our girl loves this place and everyone that works here! They truly take the time to match up dog play styles which is so important when selecting a day care for your beloved pup. They send lots of updates when she is there throughout the day which I love too. She is pretty stinky at the end of the day but I’m pretty sure she lets other dogs pee on her or she rolls around in it but she loves it there!

My little maltipoo Muffin had a 3 day vacation at PSS. She had an awesome time and was taken care of by the staff. PSS would even text me photos of her playing and having fun daily. I would recommend this pet Day & Night Care for all.

Amazing place! My dog has been coming here for day care for several months. The day care is great! They keep large and small dogs segregated and pay close attention when introducing new dogs. An employee is also in the group play area at all times for safety. I just finished one on one training sessions with Julian and am beyond pleased! I was not only pleased with the pricing and training techniques, but the time and dedication given to my dog has been beyond what I expected. I definitely recommend PSS Pet Hotel for all your pet needs!

The staff are exceptionally amazing. They took care of my baby very well. I was gone for a week and they sent me daily status & pics of her. When they dropped her off to my house, they even went out of their way to give her a clean bowl of water. I’m truly thankful that I found this pet daycare/hotel. Thank you to all the staff. !!! Do NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! Left my Frenchie for daycare and grooming. They texted me later that day to say my dog was having an allergic reaction after his bath and was now at some vet in Upland. Turns out they had either left him unattended on a tight collar for a while or the untrained worker was overly aggressive with my dog. This led to a large restriction in his throat creating a large lump and salavary gland collapse. A year later and they are still denying wrong doing and any help towards his surgery. Yup he needs surgery.

Albert was very kind and professional. Very welcoming and you could tell by the staff that they love the animals. The facilities was very clean and the facility didn't smell. I would definitely take my dog there.

We had our toy cockapoo, Lady groomed here today. The staff was both friendly and helpful, and it was obvious that they treat your babies like their own. They did a wonderful job grooming Lady. I dropped her off at 10:30 and they had her done right after 12! So happy with our service and would recommend her to anyone! Also super affordable!

Best Buddies Pet Care is a great place to go with your dog to learn how to train him. They have a very non impactful way of training that is very effective. If you have a dog: old, young, or in between then go there and let them help you so that your dog will be happier and more secure.

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin?! I am so thankful to have found Best Buddies Pet Care and am SUPER excited for their recently opened daycare/boarding facility. After the owner of Olive's previous daycare facility sold the business, we found that service with the new owner was less than desirable. So, on the hunt we went for a new daycare for Miss Olive and we came across Best Buddies Pet Care (B&B) and I sent an email inquiring about tours. Kimie was beyond pleasant and very helpful in answering my MANY questions. We went ahead and scheduled Olive for a complimentary assessment and a tour of the facility. The day of our appointment arrived and upon entering the lobby door, Kimie was right there to greet us and Olive loved her! The facility is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and modern. It is comprised of a lobby, a grooming area, the main daycare/boarding room (cage-free with a television, an electric fireplace for ambiance, a trundle bed along with small cots for puppers, and a state of the art artificial turf potty area), and a back room that has seperate, gated off "mini rooms" (used for feed times and if a pupper needs some alone time). The entire place felt homey (not overwhelmingly large) and I love that their focus is more about quality than quantity. Kimie, thank you so much for taking the time and giving us a tour and answering all our questions. This discerning dog momma is so happy to have found you & Olive is looking forward to playtime and boarding with you again!

I reached out to them and Kylie immediately responded to my request/inquiry. Kylie helped to schedule a consultant to meet our dog and to go through his routine while we were on vacation. Kylie and Steph came to the consultation and they took thorough notes along with playing with our dog and making him comfortable with him. While we were on vacation, Kylie sent me the cutest and the best photos of our dog. The photos made us miss him even more than we already did. On top of the photos Kylie sent us a recap of the day with our dog. It was so thorough and detailed about the day. We have been using Alan for private in-home training since our puppy was about 4 months old. We could not recommend Alan more highly! I admit we were a little over-confident, as both my husband and I have owned dogs before and work in and education/behavior related field. However, we had no idea how many little things we were doing (or not doing) in our daily behavior that impacted our puppy's behavior and development. Each month Alan comes and talks through different concerns we bring up, watches us and corrects OUR behavior, and models for us how to do things with our dog. It is completely individualized to us. He is seriously magical in the way he understands and can read dogs. I love that his approach is much more about body language and nonverbal communication- not all focused on treats and clickers and punishment. It seems much more natural and powerful than a dog only listening and doing "tricks" when treats are involved. Our dog is much more confident and better bonded with us because of all the guidance Alan has given us. 100% worth it! Everyone bringing a new dog (or especially a puppy) into the home should absolutely get off on the right foot by doing some private sessions with Alan.

Dog World Order has helped us understand our dog and her needs better, while seeing a huge improvement in her temperament and behavior! We have participated in the Dog Training 1 & 2 class at Charter Oak Adult School, with Alan. Where we learned many helpful tips and tricks for managing day-to-day behavior issues. Additionally our dog goes on Alan’s pack walks twice a week and we have also utilized the doggy daycare service on occasion. I trust leaving my dog in their care and highly recommend their services to anyone who is frustrated with behaviors from a new puppy, rescue, or family dog. Our rescue is doing so much better and is adjusting well to her new home!

Definitely would recommend the services of Dog World Order! The private training consults helped me to fix the problems I was having with my dog. I found my training consult to be beneficial because they’re full of helpful information and tips on how to work with your dog. The head trainer, Alan, helps you realize how your actions and behavior can directly influence the behavior of your dog. The whole process is pretty eye-opening. I’d recommend scheduling a private training consultation for a few reasons. One, Alan is a very personable person. Aside from giving you helpful tips and information, Alan communicates with you very well and takes the time to teach you what you need to be doing. Regardless of your knowledge, he throws no shame at anyone for lack of inexperience. Two, you can definitely see a difference in your dog. Whether you've had one session or many, you can definitely see a positive progression in your dog after Alan and you have worked with them. Three, and probably one of the biggest reasons, is that the service is affordable. Compared to other trainers who can charge a ridiculous amount of money, I’ve found that the services at Dog World Order are rather affordable and what most would consider reasonable. So all in all, I would recommend for you or your friends to get in contact with Dog World Order 👍.

I’m so grateful for the help of Alan and Dog World Order. I contacted Alan a few years ago to help with some problematic guarding behavior of our senior dog. Starting in that first session I was impressed with how skillfully Alan worked with each in the family member. He spent time to assess what the problems were then tailored the interventions that each person needed to use to help our dog feel more confident and relaxed. Without hesitation, I sought Dog World Order’s services again as we brought a new puppy into our home. Alan was patient and understanding even as I was frustrated by feeling inept with my reactive puppy. With Alan’s hopeful and calm guidance, my now 2 year old dog is well-behaved and I feel much more confident handling him. DWO is the best out there! We started off in a class with Alan who taught my Sharpei all the important basics of sit, stay but most importantly how to listen to us by commands and not yelling at our dogs. We continued on with him for twice a week dog walks where they pick her up and bring her back. She now walks without pulling the leash and it’s such a calming experience to take her out on dog walks! We’ve been with them over a year now. We love DWO, along with Alan, Gabe & Andrea! They are they best!

My 5 month old puppy, Rocky, stayed in this resort when I had a business trip out of town come up on rather short notice. It was his first time being outside of the house and with strangers. I was nervous for him. But the staff at this resort were kind, professional, caring and helpful. They made my puppy’s stay very comfortable and he was happy. They posted photos of his play days and pool day and he looked like he was having a great time. They bathed him before I picked him up and the whole process was very smooth. I will also soon bring him for day care since he had such a good time. Thank you guys!

We tried it out for the 1st time. My pup loved it! He came home clean and happy. I love that they have the pool area for them. The only con is that they open at (830am) much later than most daycare facilities. My work start time is 830am, so I'd always be late to work if I have to drop him off at HPR, which is why unfortunately we have to continue using his other daycare (PSS) which opens at 7am, and sadly my pup is not fond of it. HPS, please consider taking drop-offs a little earlier (8am)! You'd have my business every day! :)

Awesome resort for Stella, she has the best time. Plenty of 1 on 1 and the social pool time is incredible. Don't forget to have them treat your puppy to an ice cream.

This was the first time we’ve boarded our dog so we didn’t know how he would handle not being with us. We were going on a 5 day cruise and just before sailing I looked at Facebook and found a couple of pictures. Chili was having a blast. Will use them again

I’m so glad I found Heavenly Pet Resort. Visited a couple other places but they were too expensive, not clean and no private rooms. My dogs are my kids so when I leave them with Heavenly Pet Resort I know they will be well taken care of. They post pictures of my babies, trim their face hair and even have bandanas on them. I love being able to see them while I’m away on Instagram knowing they are running around on the yard and having fun. Thank you Heavenly Pet Resort!

We’ve use Heavenly Pet Resort several times. This place is awesome. They treat our senior lab wonderful. I know he’s treated well because he’s not running for the door the minute we walk in. He willingly goes with the wonderful staff. We always get private play time and ice cream. After all he’s on vacation also. I love that they post pictures on instagram. This last time we were able to see that he finally decided to give the water area a try.

We used them several times, we absolutely loved taking our dogs there, they seemed happy and we would get the washed before we picked up, so they came home smelling great. The last time we took them was July of 2024. The reason being we left them there for a week, they go in so happy. Saw a few pictures over the week and they looked happy. We picked them up and one of dogs seems a little off, but we assumed maybe overwhelmed or something. I said give him 24 hrs to readjust, but he just keep getting more off. Without getting into too many details, our dog had salmonella and almost died and $4,000 later in vet bills trying to heal him. Unfortunately, he is still dealing with the side effects of the illness. I don't know how he got it, and I can never prove it was the resort but the facts are we dropped them happy and healthy, they looked happy in the photos and never did I hear from them that he was ill or not eating or his poop was not normal. We pick him up and noticed he was off, and he just kept getting worse until we found out why. I can never leave them there again in good faith.

We have been taking our dog Todd for about a year now. He LOVES it. He doesn’t even look back when we drop him off. Now we take him and his new brother Theodore. Theodore is still learning the ropes but can tell he has a blast. I don’t ever feel nervous leaving them. They get play time and ice cream. We all appreciate all the photos they take and post on instagram. 5 stars!

Gizmo loves to go to Heavenly pet resort. We were just away out of state for 10 days. He always comes just bouncing right out of the kennels. Happy to see me. He has fun playing with all the other small dogs in the group environment. He runs around and plays when he comes home he is as fresh and clean as when I brought him, no smells no fleas! I also like the daily pictures they post! I never worry about going and leaving him. Sandy and the other gal at the front desk are awesome. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name.

I LOVED my experience. My pup was taken care of so great, I had to leave town for an overnight and they were able to help me last minute. I felt so safe and comfortable after meeting them and seeing the extraordinary facility they have set up for the dogs to play all day. Not only this but I got text updates of how he was doing along with some update photos to see my boy having the best time with his new friends! This is a wonderful place and highly recommend if you want more one on one care for your pup and to know they’re being loved and cared for.💜

We rarely have to board our dogs, but we decided to travel just before Christmas and I was so happy to find London Ridge Pet Resort! Adriana is so friendly and very obviously loves sharing their home with their doggie guests. Our dogs were so well taken care of and happy while we were gone, and we loved the daily photos we received. I loved that they would have lots of room all day to roam freely and not be confined to a small kennel or crate for any amount of time. I’ll never take them anywhere else. This was our first time leaving our dog at this resort and we were so pleased we did. Luca was welcomed with open arms, the playground is perfect for dog socializing, exercising and resting. Adriana was very helpful and kept us informed of Luca’s status. So thankful we found it, affordable too.

If you are looking for a place that feels like home for your pups London Ridge is the place. Our Goldendoodle loves coming here and playing with his friends. We have left him twice up to six days and feel very comfortable, knowing that he is well taken care of and gets the attention that he needs. Adriana is amazing and our pup Bentley gets so excited when he sees her. The backyard space is a resort for your pups. It is spacious, clean and they even have their own cabana if they want to hang out. I give this place five stars, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We needed a place for our lab to stay since our usual pet resort was booked. I contacted London Ridge Resort, Adriana was quick to respond, and luckily had availability. Our lab loved his stay because of the home away from home environment. We are so grateful we finally found a place that is close to our home and treats our lab like family.

The best dog sitting/boarding! We felt like our dog was open vacation like we were. She was so comfortable and excited to be there. Also Adriana was so communicative with pictures and texts letting us know all was well. Appreciate them so much!

My fur baby had such a a good time and was so well taken care of. This was the first time I had been away from her overnight and her stay was four nights. I was sent pictures while I was out of town showing how much fun she was having. They take such good care of your dogs and make them part of their family so I don't think my fur baby missed me at all. I'm going to start using them for daycare as well as when I go on vacation. Kristinne is great with my kitties. She genuinely cares for their well being. She has become a part of our family. She’s very accommodating and will be available at a moments notice. She has helped me show my kitties at the CFA cat show which is above and beyond what a pet sitter does. I had a last minute hiccup in boarding my dog somewhere else as they were overbooked. I called Pawsh Pets and they worked out a plan to daycare-board for 2 days and saved my trip. My buddy came home happy and healthy and I cannot praise this establishment enough. The staff was great and prices are reasonable. They even provided a picture of him to know he was doing ok! Exceptional service!

Took our hairy butt cat, Harley here for a sanitary. We made an appointment a week in advance and it took under ten minutes to take care of him so we were home in a flash. Good service and took good care of my cat. Overall do recommend.

Personal Preference is great. Everyone is so kind and helpful. They make your pet feel like they are their very own. My dog loves coming here to play with his friends. I know he has a great time because when we get home, he just wants to sleep. I totally recommend this place for you pet.

This is a great place to have your dog groomed. I have 2 dogs who are brothers so they go together and always come home well groomed, smelling good and looking adorable. I like that they have individual appointments, not hanging out loose with other dogs because they are small and get anxious. It usually takes about 2 hours for both dogs. They do have boarding which I haven't tried yet but would feel comfortable leaving my pooches in their care. I will keep taking my dogs there and would definitely recommend them.

Our dog doesn't love getting groomed, but doesn't try to hide like he did when we went to the last groomer. They do a good job at a fair price!

Absolutely the BEST doggy daycare/boarding ever! Most recently, I moved, and my 2 doggies had to spend 20 days here. I don't think they wanted to come home! They were in good hands and received so much love! The daily photos are awesome! I think leaving my beagle here has also helped with his anxiety. My dogs are always happy in the pictures that they send. they must use some special instagram filter I am not aware of. my rescue dog has PTSD and this is his happy place. affordable daily rates and the staff are really friendly. my diva dog loves this place too! so happy they have 2 locations now!

Hello. We found Skys the Limit pet service on line after we learned that our normal sitter was unavailable. Our rescue dog is very much the homebody and prefers to be home vs anywhere else. I believe Skys the limit did very well this being my dogs first encounter. Their outdoor facility was exceptional. My dog was able to run and play outdoors. They provided many photos to show the dogs adjustment and interaction to other dogs. They were professional and required vaccination documentation upfront. I believe my dog to have had a good experience at Skys the limit. I will use them in the future.

This will sound fake, but honestly she can do it all. I’ve used her for boarding for my dogs, I’ve used her to go check up on my cat, she’s taught my dog to walk on a gentle leader because my dog was too strong for me and always pulling me. Not anymore thanks to Aki. She takes my dogs for walks around my neighborhood, she picks up to take to the dog park. She goes hiking with them for hours every Thursday. Shes extremely educated with the skill set to run her business with compassion and confidence. She sends daily pics and videos. She’s punctual and caring and my animals L O V E her. I can always rest assured that everything’s under control with Aki. She’s a real class act. I’ve been a client for around 4 years. She was recommended to me by a friend at the dog park🐾 We highly recommend her!

I found out about Sky's the Limit pet service because I needed someone to watch my two yorkies while I'm at work. I'm not really a fan of sending my dogs to a boarding place because of how many other dogs there are. So I contacted Aki and she offered to walk my dogs for me while I'm out and play with them in the house. She totally seems to love dogs and my dogs have become quite fond of her. I love how my dogs can be taken care of in the comfort of their own home and all for less than a lot of boarding places!

Aki is the best. By providing daily pictures and updates, we knew our dog was safe, happy, and well taken care of.
