What a fabulous house sit! Louise and Kevin are top notch hosts, laid back and generous. We stayed for four and a half months and thoroughly enjoyed looking after the various animals, all characters in their own right. Watching the extensive gardens turn from deep winter to early spring was a delight. The house is very old and beautiful but not spooky; it could certainly tell a tale or two of days gone by. The hosts left us an extensive set of reference notes for both the house and the animals which came in very handy. Host contact while they were away was very pleasant and easy. We so enjoyed being in the house and grounds that we rarely went out although the location is near the coast and the Norfolk Broads so there is potentially lots to explore in the vicinity. Thank you both for entrusting your home and animals to us. We'll see you in December and look forward to another stretch at the farm!
