Dog Sitters in Lachine

We were delighted to host Chloé and Christophe at our property. They cared for our two dogs as if they were their own. Their organization was impeccable, and their daily communication to share photos and videos, or just to keep us informed, was greatly appreciated. They took great care of our home. We highly recommend them 100% and look forward to having them housesit our two beloved dogs anytime!

It was going to be a long sit - almost 40 days - and I had never left Nadim for that long. Also, I felt that a couple would be able to manage better with mutual support in a lovely yet small town in Andalucia, Spain. The moment Edith and Richard from Montreal and I met in a video interview, I knew right away they were the ones who would be the best caretakers of my best feline friend and my new apartment. It was in the cards - I got a four-card straight - in aces! Communication was effortless and something I looked forward to. I checked in a few times during the first week to make sure they had everything they needed, and they sent an occasional milestone photograph or video. For example, the day Richard was able to gently brush Nadim without a scratch or hiss - just purrfect contentment! The apartment was spotless when I came back, and they had checked with me the day before if I'd like to have some light supper on the evening I got back. Richard made a beautiful Thai-style coconut soup with fresh cuttle fish and vegetables. Edith had gathered some beautiful wildflowers on their final hike and had them displayed in the kitchen. A new toilet seat had arrived and Richard installed it perfectly. Having agreed to spend one extra night allowed us to visit, get to know each other, and enjoy each other's company. That was probably the highlight of the experience for me - getting to meet these wonderful Canadians with whom I shared more than a few sensibilities spanning economics, politics and music! Book them in advance because they will be in high demand after their relatively recent entrance into Trusted Housesiiters. Thanks so much, Edith and Richard, for taking such good care of Nadim, and for following your hunches, instincts and interests by enjoying Lanjarón and its environs. Know that you'll always have an open invitation to visit, whether to house sit or just relax!

Manon and Jeremy took great care of our cat Juno! This was our first experience with zeewoi and they made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. We got daily detailed updates and photos of Juno, which made us feel at ease and able to enjoy our vacation worry-free. They were also very patient and understanding of the fact that Juno is quite shy. They adapted to Juno's routine and medication without any problem at all. We came home to a happy kitty and a squeaky clean apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience, thank you so much!!

For their second petsitting stay we us, we are once again grateful to Jacqui and Keenan for providing excellent pet care. We asked for last-minute long weekend house- and pet-sitting help, and we were thrilled that they were available! Jacqui and Keenan were responsive and communicative as always and treated Charlie and Pete wonderfully. The house was perfect when we returned. Thank you again Jacqui and Keenan!

Tiffany and Ethan were great housesitters. We met with them virtually before they arrived and went over all of the cats' needs and house rules. While we were away, they made sure to keep us updated on our two cats (Francis & Krog), as well as help take care of the many plants in our apartment. We returned home to 2 happy sons and a neat apartment, and would recommend Tiffany and Ethan for your pet/housesitting needs!

I was so fortunate to have Josée take care of my home, flora and fauna while I was away for 10 days. Always in communication and friendly, I was able to enjoy my time away with Josée loving on my dogs and holding down the fort. Josée asks questions, if needed, and indulged my little notes here and there when I remembered a small detail. I would be happy to recommend Josée and hope she can visit us again.

Geneviève and Guillaume were FANTASTIC, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They were conscientious, professional, and just like they’ve mentioned on their profile they will leave your home cleaner and your pets loved! They kept us regularly informed about how our dogs and poultry and their communication both before and during their sit was excellent. We are so grateful for them and would highly recommend them to take care of your house and pets!

Mehdi, Amel and their beautiful daughter Eya took fantastic care of my home and my two cats, Clementine and Marigold, while I was away. I was able to have a stress-free vacation knowing that they were taking such good care of everything at home. Mehdi often sent pictures and videos of my cats and kept me updated if there were any issues (and what he had done to solve them). My home was sparkling clean when I got back from my vacation, which was such a nice feeling to return to. I highly recommend Mehdi and Amel for tour housesits.

It was a pleasure to meet Paula!! She is very friendly and my dogs adored her as soon as they met her. I left with a nice feeling that she would take good care of them. I came back to a clean house and my dogs were very calm so I knew that they were well treated. I highly recommand Paula!!

Manon was an absolute fabulous guest and amazing pet sitter. We have two cats, one with medication needs, and the other with heavy snuggle needs. Manon was so good at making sure they got what they need and had the absolute best 13 days with her. She travelled across the country to be there for us, and wow, we couldn't believe how smooth that all went. You will find yourself lucky if you are able to get this gem to come to your home to be the temporary guardian and love provider to your animals. Thank you Manon for being so wonderful!!

Lis was very kind, considerate and respectful of our requests for watching our cat Mona and taking care of our home. Her 2 daughters are lovely young women. Unfortunately our cat, being an indoor/outdoor cat and very skittish of people, did not have much interaction with Lis and her daughters. Lis kept me informed that Mona was around the house and would come in to eat. I was very appreciative of receiving video and pictures of Mona. Lis left our home very clean and ready for us to walk in, unpack and enjoy our home and cat. We really cannot say enough good things about Liz and her daughters.

We loved having Marilyn pet sit for us. She was dependable and kept our home clean. We felt good about leaving our pups and horses with her. We would welcome her back anytime!
