We had a wonderful time looking after Gibsy and Mimi! Gert was very welcoming and explained everything to us before he left. His house is very comfortable and has everything you might need - the terrace was a real highlight. The kids also spent a lot of time in the pool! The area is beautiful and we explored a lot with Gibsy, who was a fabulous walking companion. She loves chasing and retrieving balls and was very easy on and off the lead when we were out and about. Mimi was very straight forward to look after and quickly warmed to us and enjoyed strokes and cuddles. We would highly recommend this sit!
Wonderful stay in Tufton. Gorgeous house in a lovely quiet area with a few local things to do and beautiful walks! Stunning river next to the Silk Mill which is about a 10 minute walk down the road. A premier shop and Tesco express too which is great and they have most things you might need! Ivy and Inca are just amazing! Ivy is the sweetest dog and very easy to care for. She loves cuddles and relaxing with you. Really great on her walks and enjoys a chew afterwards. Such a friendly happy dog who will become your friend straight away! Inca is a beautiful cat who is a very independent girl but also loves some attention now and again! Takes some time getting used to your presence but once she knows you, she will let you stroke her and even a belly rub! Both Inca and Ivy love to be with you at night time on the bed however there is a dog bed in the bedroom incase she decides to take up too much room which she will happily sleep on if you want her too! I shared a bed with her for 3 nights and honestly she kept me nice and warm! The house is very beautiful, modern and spacious, with all the gadgets you might need and plenty of books to read! The Peloton treadmill is great fun and plenty of Alexas dotted around if you fancy listening to music or the radio. Apple TV which is super easy to use with plenty of options such as Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount+. The bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable and a choice of a lovely power shower or bath! Annabelle was really lovely and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before the stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would happily visit again! Astella and Piers are a charming and interesting couple. We felt very welcomed to their lovely home. Lilybet is a well behaved and loving little girl, so spritely for her age. She loves a gentle game of tug with her favourite toy and a little chase around, although the majority of the time she is happy to snuggle. We had her in a nappy in the lounge with us all of the time. She did bark at the TV when it was on but Astella explained we had to tell her firmly to stop and she did. Highly recommended sit. Thank you both, we hope to see you again. X
I had an amazing time at Elizabeth’s beautiful home with Tyru. The place is clean, spacious and beautifully designed. The view is just gorgeous. But spending time with Tyru is the most precious. He is very friendly and well behaved. He is also a sweet heart and the best cuddler. It was such a delight to spend the weekend there. Thanks Elizabeth for having me. I would recommend stay at Elizabeth’s place without any doubt.
It was good to meet Irene and Marcello and of course the beautiful Teddy. They have a lovely house in a great area. Teddy is such a cutie and was very happy to be around us and flop for a tummy rub. We walked to Pumicestone Passage and along Golden Beach. Thanks for the Bailey's recipe Marcello. I hope all the plants survived the heat wave that we had. Watering the garden was fairly complicated and it would have been good to have had some written instructions/welcome guide to follow. We certainly enjoyed our time and would go back again.
Stevie is a 100% sweetheart and we loved caring for her! She is super well-behaved, loves to play and bury you in kisses, and got along fantastically with the two dogs we were brought with us. We loved taking her to the beach, out on the trails (this is such a beautiful area!), and just relaxing with her on the couch. You will guaranteed love her! And Molly was a *fantastic* host! She was an unbelievably fast responder if we had questions, gave us really thorough instructions so we were well prepared, and was very accommodating and hospitable. Finally, what an amazing house! Beautiful decks and outdoor space, stylish and comfortable interior (we are inspired by and jealous of their decorating skills!), and so close to amazing trails for running, hiking, and mountain biking. Oh, and a short walk to great cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants - as well as all the Bay had to offer! If you get an opportunity to care for Stevie, you will be in good hands with Molly, have a fantastic place to stay, and Stevie will steal your heart - she’s the best and we miss her!
