When we arrived home both cats were very content and had clearly been looked after well. The house was left clean and tidy which was lovely to return to. Tor kindly came to visit a few days prior to the sit so we could explain everything about the house and cats to her. Whilst away we were updated a few times about Leo and Lola which was reassuring. Tor is a lovely person who clearly cares about the animals and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her. Many thanks Tor.
I wish I could give Robert a 5++ rating! He completely lived up to the high praise from other reviews. This is the first time we haven’t been able to meet with a sitter in person but Robert showed himself to be extremely competent, thoughtful and capable. He sent daily photos of our dog and even checked in about watering the garden during an intense heatwave. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule mixup and was very understanding and good humored about it. He washed the linens and ran the dishwasher before our return, and the house was clean and tidy, and our dog clearly well- cared for. She is an old girl and can be high maintenance at times! I absolutely recommend Robert and would definitely invite him back!
