This was our first THS house sit and we couldn't have hoped for a better one! Roma and John are warm and friendly people who provided us with clear instructions on how to look after the house and Evie. Evie is a lovely kitty who in general likes to do her own thing, but will occasionally show her affection by head bumps and rubbing against you. :) The house is so beautiful and comfortable, with a gorgeous garden where we loved spending time in. The location is close to amenities and public transportation, yet very peaceful and there are plenty of lovely walks in the nature nearby. It was an absolutely pleasure, and we would definitely recommend house/cat sitting for them! Thanks again!
I had the pleasure of house-sitting for Lucy and John, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Their home is located in a serene and picturesque village with breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Right on their doorstep, you have access to beautiful nature paths, caves, and castles, making it a dream destination for any nature enthusiast. But it's not just the location that makes this house-sitting so amazing; it's the pets and the hosts themselves. I had the pleasure of looking after Nook, Buddy, and Kitty, their lovely pets. They are sweet, calm, and cuddly, making my time with them both relaxing and heartwarming. John and Lucy have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are exceptional hosts who are not only welcoming but also incredibly responsive to any questions or needs that may arise during your stay. It was a joy sitting for them, and I can confidently say that I love to do another sit.
Cassie was so sweet and the communication amazing Sara is so easy to take care off Even during the earthquake she was easy to take with me and search for protection She’s playful and goofy I miss her already Please do not hesitate this is one of my favorite sit so far And the neighborhood is safe and easy to walk around in. This was such a great experience and I can't recommend highly enough. Collin and his family are so wonderful and friendly. Everything was easy to take care of with the house and the instructions were clear. Hobbes was honestly one of my favorite dogs I've ever met. I was attached to him by the end! It was so nice to be able to help out and stay in such a lovely home with such a great dog. Thanks for the experience!
It was a great pleasure taking care of Monty and spending the weekend at Libby and Sam's place. Monty was such an adorable cat! He got comfortable with us fairly quickly. He came to us when he wanted to play, while he liked to have his own space when he wanted to sleep or go to the garden. Libby and Sam were really thoughtful, and communication with them couldn't be easier! Their welcome guide included a lot of information about Monty, the house, and the neighbourhood, which made everything really easy. Also we always got timely responses to our questions before and during the sit.
