Tara was a wonderful housesitter and dogsitter. I only have positive things to say about her. She was very trustworthy, communicative and sent daily updates on our dogs. She took them on multiple daily long walks and they seemed super happy to be hanging with her. We also had an issue with our refrigerator and she took it in stride, helped with repair people and never complained. Finally, she seems to have a green thumb as our plants looked better when we came back than when we left. My only disappointment is that she doesn't live closer and she can't stay with our pups every time we leave town!
Excellent sitters. They were communicative throughout the whole process and I always felt like our home and our cats were in the best hands. Jayne and Stephan were additionally very tidy and left the place better than they found it!
I would happily do this sit again! Mira and Cezar are so warm and welcoming, Amada is the most dear and endearing Old Yeller spirit type of dog, and the cabin is very comfortable and charming. Then there are the amazing walks as Amanda gave us a tour of all the beautiful places in the woods, virgin forest park, and fields around the house. It is something special! So peaceful and post card nature scenes in all directions! Perfect for someone who already knows or would like to learn how to keep a home warm with the wood stove. They have really good shovels and the shoveling was easy and actually some nice exercise. It would be fun to see the other seasons, but the darkest days of winter displayed a lot of wonders in the night sky. Excellent wifi and the stores are all a quick drive away, yet you also feel away from it all. Highly recommended!
I enjoyed my sit! Lady and Link are amazing dogs. Loveable, well behaved and laid back. Rebecca is a great host, extremely communicative and answered any questions I had. Their home is lovely, and in a really good location central in the city. The guest room and bathroom was comfortable and spacious. I would be happy to sit Lady and Link again in the future!
Steve and Kree prepared us perfectly for the sit. Sending a process document ahead of time with all the information of how to look after the dogs, their routine and other information. They organised for us to stay close-by a few days before they left which really helped make the handover smooth and so we were perfectly prepared. Their daughters Kendra and Cassidy also organised their rooms for our daughters which was really considerate and kind. Kree and Steve were great at communicating ahead of and during the sit and providing information and swiftly answering any queries we had. Trixie and Sukki are fantastic dogs - energetic, gentle and fun to be around with lovely personalities. We would definitely recommend sitting for Trixie and Sukki. Xx
Lekga and Moki were such a pleasure to sit! They're both very friendly and loving. Kaylee is located in a very walkable neighborhood not far from the lake where the pups love to run around. Kaylee was a superb host, her home is very clean and tidy. She left me all the necessary info in case of emergencies and included a list of must see places nearby. I would highly recommend sitting Lekga and Moki!
What lovely dogs to look after as well as little pippin! Loved the walks with the dogs in the morning and evening. House was ideal location to walk into town and to all attractions xx
It has been one of our best pet sitting experiences during our stay at Ray, Maria and Oli's house. Oli is a very affectionate, calm and happy dog and Maria and Ray are very nice people who did everything to make our stay in their beautiful house perfect, they invited us to have delicious Italian food for dinner and we met and shared pleasant moments with their kind neighbors. The house is very well located in a nice neighborhood and very close to the house you will find parks, supermarket, gas station, bars, restaurants, stores, cafes and much more and you can be in Downtown in just 10 minutes by car. We highly recommend Ray, Maria and Oli's house.
