Lisa and her partner John are just the best. This is the third time we've had them stay with our 5 cats. They are super reliable and communicated with us in the run up to the start of the visit to confirm their travel details and every day throughout the visit. Our cats can be a little high maintenance and Lisa and John were in tune with their needs. All our cats are rescue cats so can be a little stressed in new circumstances but upon our return the cats were relaxed and showed now signs of stress. They always go above and beyond, waiting to collect a package that required a signature, tending to our plants, being flexible with the parking when our building was being painted. They left the place completely spotless and were even kind enough to make us a vegetarian meal for our return. We trust Lisa and John 100% and we can't wait to have them back again. We would have no hesitations in recommending them for very long term sits; they took wonderful care of our cats and our home. Thank you again and Molly and the crew can't wait to see you again soon.

Susan and Brent were absolutely wonderful! They sent daily updates and photos, which was very reassuring. Our pup Honey loved them, rolling over for belly rubs, and even joining them on the bed for snuggles. They left our home clean, and made sure Honey was well taken care of while we were away. I can honestly say we would have them back anytime, as a pet sitter or as our guests!

We were able to create a trusting bond with Mariana immediately. She is a very friendly, engaging, and dependable personality. She showed love for our two dogs, performed the assigned walk frequency, and left with the house appearing as though no one had been there. Crystal was simply the best first experience for us as a house sitter. Our dog was extremely well cared for with walks and fed with her meals and treats. We were sent regular pictures of her that gave us all reassurances. The house was left impeccably clean, she even took pictures of mail and sent it along. All plants were cared for. She's outgoing and friendly with interactions with our neighbors as they're reported how nice she was. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Crystal as we finally had peace of mind on our vacation which was priceless. Thank you Crystal and Alan!

Our kitty wants Chad back! He is great at dedicating time and energy to keeping our cat happy and healthy. Chad communicated well about urgent and non-urgent issues, news, etc. Amiable and generous, Chad even did extra gardening, housecare, and car-care. He went above and beyond!

Jaz was great! She was very communicative before and during the sit. She took great care of our dog and he seemed to be very happy with her. There was a very small issue during the sit, but she was extremely apologetic and was much more concerned about it than we were. Would definitely recommend her for future sits!

Helen is wonderful!! I came back to a very happy pup! Communication was great! She sent constant pictures of their multiple daily walks, she became friends with all the neighbors and their pups so Rufus could play with them, and I was able to tell Rufus was having a great time with her! I hope to see Helen again, and I'm sure Rufus does too! Thanks again Helen!

Meghan and her family were excellent. Although we didn't get a chance to meet them in person, Meghan communicated with pictures and texts throughout her stay. When we returned home, the house was just as clean as we left it! Meghan washed and dried our sheets which was a wonderful surprise. We would welcome Meghan and her family back anytime.

Roy was awesome! Provided great attention and care to our dogs needs. He made sure to let us know with regular updates and took care of issues without question. We would love to have him back to sit again and so would our dogs.

Lovely to meet Christine and have her stay at my home. I took on some rescue chickens after she agreed to look after just my cat and she was very accommodating. Very respectful of my home.

We were truly fortunate to have met both Nisa and Rand. They both arrived the evening before our trip, and we truly enjoyed our visit with them!! They are both very personable, responsible, educated and fun-loving.  They asked us if their daughter could come visit and we happily said yes, so they were able to have some family time here as well, which made us happy. 
Also, they were kind enough to offer a trip to the airport and they accommodated us with our plans. 
While we were on our trip, we were sent photos of our cat and we had great communication with Nisa when there were questions or concerns about anything.  
They took incredible care of our cat, and when we returned home, our home was immaculate with bed linens washed and beds re-made, towels washed, floors, cleaned, house dusted and nothing was out of place.  They left us a sweet card, thanking us for the use of our home, and if we ever had the opportunity to have them sit for us again, we would do so, in a heartbeat!!!!  
They truly are lovely people!! we highly highly recommend them as house sitters!!Thank you again, Nisa and Randall. We truly hope our paths will cross again.
