Gaël was truly exceptional! She took care of our home and pets for over two months while we were abroad. We have two very shy cats who usually hide from visitors, but Gaël won them over right away with treats and toys. She was incredibly clean and organized, and always kept us updated with pictures and videos whenever we asked. At one point during our trip, Gaël thought she might need to evacuate due to wildfires, and she quickly prepared everything—pets, food, toys—so they were ready to go. Our experience with Gaël was overwhelmingly positive, and we can’t recommend her highly enough!
Toni had excellent communication before, during, and after the sit. I knew exactly what to expect and what was expected of me. Her house is immaculately clean but still very welcoming. The neighborhood is very safe and great for evening walks. It is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, only 15 minutes from DFW airport. I absolutely love Salem and Miha. Salem is an outgoing love-bug. Miha is shy but warms up quickly. I would absolutely sit for Toni again!
We had an amazing five-week sit looking after Frankie and Millie over Christmas and New Year. Cathryn and Larry were such lovely hosts, they were so welcoming, friendly and chatty that we feel we’ve known them for years. After traffic delays getting to them we arrived to a beautiful house, warm, welcoming and decorated for Christmas. They made us a lovely meal on the night of our arrival and ensured that we had all the information we needed to make us comfortable during our stay. Communication was great both before and during our sit, with prompt response to any queries. The cats were gorgeous and very easy to look after; Millie loved a lap to curl up on and Frankie was full of personality and always there to greet you for a cuddle in the morning and when you came back home. We grew very fond of them. The house was a delight to live in; spacious, warm and spotlessly clean surrounded by a large garden with plenty sitting areas. The location was stunning and great for walking and cycling to nearby villages. It was such a wonderful place to be in; the light was beautiful in the morning and evenings with some stunning sunsets and sunrises. We spent many hours wandering or cycling through the charming landscape of vineyards and down towards the estuary. Larger towns such as Royan, Cognac and Blaye were within easy reach by car, not to mention the beautiful city of Bordeaux itself. Thank you Cathryn and Larry. It was such lovely sitting experience and one we will remember for a long time.
A picture perfect stay with the picture perfect pup! Killian is such a joy and brings a smile to everyones face as we went on our regular walks. He’s a very low maintenaced dog and is so happy to be hanging with you. As a remote worker, it was really easy to take my work calls as Killian sleeps right through. I already miss his little twirls and how he charmingly sleeps right atop your pillow. Colleen herself is so wonderful, easy to communicate with, so thoughtful, and made me feel right at home. It was very easy to coordinate with her and she was really flexible with my schedule. She checked in to make sure I was having a pleasant stay and was easily accessible by message. The location is incredibly central and there’s much to explore right in Colleen’s neighborhood. A close walk to Paddington station. I feel so lucky to have had this opportunity and hope that our paths cross again in the future!
I had a great time petsitting Dandelion for a week in West Philly. Dandy is a beautiful, playful and energetic kitten who has a friendly nature so it was a pleasure to care for her and hang out at home. Eliana's home is spacious and comfortable and the neighbourhood has lots to offer, including weekend markets, international cuisine, museums, live music venues and a YMCA. Eliana is a warm and pleasant host and I enjoyed our communication during the stay. Thanks for having me!
We had a fantastic time looking after Nigel, Nelson and Leia in Bundoran ! Andrea and Kyle were so welcoming, friendly and easy to contact if any issues, their home itself is absolutely beautiful, great for sightseeing round the little seaside town and equally great for relaxing in with the pets! All the pets love little cuddles and we're so well behaved and easy to care for. Would highly recommend this home for a sit ☺️ and thank yous again we really enjoyed ourselves
We were greeted with a warm welcome by Ros and John, then treated to a fantastic curry and tour of the smallholding. We really enjoyed chatting over dinner. The animals were all good as gold, each with their unique character. Both Beanie and Nellie was very affectionate and loved attention, Oscar often out but very chatty when he popped in around mealtimes, Ellie was very sweet and Donald the duck was always standing proud on the garage roof, watching over the smaller ducks! The instructions left for us were very clear and thorough, while John showed us where to find the feeds and what we needed. The room was superb and fittings, fixtures and features were of high quality. Everywhere smelled wonderful and there were lots of little complementary items in the room and bathroom. The place itself is delightful with many creative features in the garden and surroundings, with fairylights and lanterns coming on at night. The living room is very cosy too. The village is really peaceful and pleasant with many walks in different directions, including a field of friendly horses that love apples. It wasn’t uncommon to find sheep strolling around. Further afield was the reservoir tourist centre, there’s Carleon Arts Centre and Cwmbran is close for shopping. The villagers were really friendly and helpful too. We really enjoyed our stay and time with the many pets! Thank you, Ros and John, for a delightful sit.
