I had a wonderful experience with a sweet little hunter Scout! She is an amazing cat who has a natural talent for hunting mice, a fantastic cuddler, a super brave guardian and hilarious company! From the moment I stepped into the house, I knew we would be great friends with Scout. She greeted me with super-cuddling enthusiasm and I felt chuffed. I quickly learned that this kitty is an avid hunter as she showed off her super skills regularly, and it became an exciting aspect of my short list of responsibilities! lol The house itself was very clean and well prepared for hosting me. My room was comfortable with a really cozy bed. The house is beautifully decorated and immerses you in the world of travelling. It is a very inspirational place and a great environment to focus on work or creative things. I was impressed with the level of attention Crispin invested in preparing a clear and nice-to-read guide - even a child can do a housesit with all those clear FAQ! I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Finstock. The location is great for those who like walks (like me!) and for those who have a car - there are so many places to visit around Finstock by bus, walking or driving! Crispin is a fantastic communicator and a good friend - I am so lucky to find the housesits like this on on THS. Time passed extremely quickly and I didn't want to leave Finstock and my little funny friend Scout. Overall, my experience of housesitting and caring for Scout was truly delightful. I would highly recommend it to anyone!
