We couldn’t have been more pleased with our first TH experience. Raffie was such a sweet dog and super easy to love. Communication with JD was easy and efficient. The home was lovely, cosy and full of character, had a great WFH setup, lovely neighbourhood and the home is secure and private. We enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and coffee machine too. This was an amazing experience overall and we’d love to house sit here again. Thank you so much for having us JD and family!
Claire and her family were all so lovely and welcoming. I felt super comfortable meeting them and had such a great stay! The house is beautiful and in a great location. I had such a great time walking the dogs to the local park and exploring the local shops! Miss the pups already!
Karen and Dan are a lovely couple who welcomed us into their beautiful historic home to look after the gorgeous Tilley. Tilley really was a joy to look after. She’s been so well trained and has a lovely gentle nature which made taking her out and about with us every day a real pleasure. Ludlow is a fabulous town with great walks on the doorstep and lots of deli’s and cafes to relax in plus the surrounding area is gorgeous. So lots to do and explore. We are really looking forward to returning at the end of this month and we miss Tilley already. Thank you Karen and Dan for your generosity and trust.
We had a fantastic cozy Christmas stay with Heidi! From the start - communication was smooth and easy - We had FaceTime calls with Laura and Ronald beforehand, who filled us in on everything we needed to know about Heidi and the home before our stay so we were fully prepared. We also had consistent and easy communication while we were there. They were quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Heidi is gorgeous, a little shy at first but she soon warmed up to us after we got some toys out of her box and had a play! She was soon coming up to us for a head scratch. She is very friendly and chatty! She also liked to have her quiet time and loves to spend the day snoozing in one of her hammocks! She’s very low maintenance and a joy to look after! The home itself is lovely - clean, modern, spacious and well laid out, on a quiet road with everything you need (including a super comfy bed!) for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It’s a great location too, very close to the river and also the high street so you have everything you need. Travelling around London is very easy too, with tube stations very close by so you can get around quickly and easily. We would be more than happy to do another stay anytime!
Al and Alex have a lovely home in the wonderful location of St Kilda. I felt very secure and safe there. A lovely back courtyard so the animals can go to the bathroom throughout the day. Had use of all their facilities and everything was just perfect. A great bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. Al was super helpful on the build up to me sitting and was great at communicating and offering any support for me whilst visiting Melbourne. They super kindly let me start a few days early, where I looked after the lovely Lava. She is the perfect kind of cat where she loves a fuss and to sit on your lap at night but is far from the needy feline. She had some funny quirks like some cats do. Jemima (Jem) their gorgeous Brittney Spaniel pup: She is very well trained, especially with treats and positivity. She adores playing across the road at the dog park. She just wants to run and play with every dog or person, occasionally wanting to chase the ball but not always interested in bringing it back. She joyfully loves to chase flys, moths and sometimes birds. I had an absolute ball spending just over two weeks in their gorgeous home with their lovely animals. Thanks you Al and Alex you were awesome to meet and hopefully if I’m back in Melbourne and you need a sitter you’ll consider me again.
We would absolutely recommend this sit to anyone who wants to enjoy the perks of country life while still being a stone throw away from the beautiful seaside towns of Cornwall. Rachel and Andy are kind, friendly people who welcomed us into their home and made us feel at ease straightaway. We had great communication throughout the stay and we felt totally relaxed to know we could ask them anything. Reggie and Shiva are the sweetest ever! Reggie will follow you around the house, and just wants to be near you all the time. You’re never allowed to stop petting him 😂 He is very well behaved on walks, which he loves, and with other dogs. Shiva is an older lady who has paid her dues and just wants to nap in the warmth of the Aga, the fireplace or your lap. They were honestly a pleasure to look after and we already miss them lots. Ned and Flash are very low maintenance and Rachel was very good at explaining their feeding routine. It was very cute to watch Ned waiting for Flash everyday to go graze on the fields. Thank you Rachel, Andy, Reggie, Shiva, Ned & Flash for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We have used this location for years and we've tried other spots around town but have found that Liberty Pet Resort and Wellness takes care of our dog best when we are away on a trip. Prices are reasonable and location is great. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
I was so impressed with the care of my dog at Liberty Pet Resort! From making sure he was all set upon arrival to smiles during pick up, the service was exceptional. I loved the daily pictures, attention to details, and genuine concern for my dog. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I take Magnolia here for doggy daycare because she just loves being here so much!! The staff is so friendly and everyone loves her. They even sent me pictures of her with her friend that she plays with. It helps me with keeping her social and whenever I come pick her up she always is happy to see me but tries to run back in the back with them because she doesn’t want to leave! They also gave her a bath and she still smells so good. I recommend coming here especially if you have a new pup (Magnolia is 4 months) and we all know how much energy puppies have!!!
I had asked them to cut her nails and do anal gland cleaning. They did neither when they said they did. I had called to let them know that they didn’t and I wanted a refund. Never got a return phone call back. I would have gone back to them many times, but now they just lost a customer. I had to do a chargeback. Just beware that they don’t do everything that they say they will do. All this happened when I was boarding my dog and they had plenty of time to do those simple tasks. I just had to bring my dog to petsmart to get these things done and girl told me that her nails weren’t cut in a long time and her anal glands were full.
I have been taking my dog 4 to 5 times a week for almost a year now. they always take such good care of him when I am at work. he is shy but loves the people here. every time I pick him up he tries to go back and get more petting time in. he is 16.5 yo and I am very picky about what I do with my dog. so he is very spoiled. I tried other dog day cares before here and none of them were up to my high standards, but Liberty Pet Resort always exceeds them. thank you for taking such good care of my precious boy.
The new owners have made a big difference. My dog gets so excited to go to doggy daycare! She goes 5-6 days a week and has so much fun playing with the other pets and staff. She literally runs to the door when we pull up and she’s exhausted when she gets home.
Liberty Pet Resort and Wellness Center offers exceptional grooming services! My pet not only looked fabulous but also seemed relaxed and content after their grooming session. The attention to detail and the caring approach of the groomers truly set this place apart. A fantastic experience overall!
My puppy seems to enjoy it after picking her up. She was really nervous the 1st few times because of hearing the other dogs barking and a different and unfamiliar environment. The staff is friendly and they will send photos of your pup playing with others.
Zeus loves going here. One big thing for me was, if you book a package stay for boarding, day care is included and most places make you pay extra for that. So far, this is now my new boarding place. Staff is friendly and they also offer grooming and vet services. I may be switching all my services over.
I brought my Kona bear here for a 7-day boarding back in June and after that I put her in the daycare a few times. She absolutely LOVED it. She loved the people that worked there and was always happy when we walked in. Liberty sent me pictures every time she was in daycare and that helped my mom anxiety a lot! She was never injured, which seems to be super common at many places in the area. I can't say more great things about Liberty. We unfortunately had to send Kona to live with a family member because it wasn't working out with her and our daughter. But we will definitely be returning when we get a new dog! Thank yall so much for what you do and your kindness and patience with the animals. It is so hard to find these days!
