Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. If you're lucky enough to get on Laura's schedule, your pups will be with the most wonderful stand-in dog mom you could have hoped for!

Where to even start with Emma, she is just wonderful. She came in at really short notice to look after Eddie for a few days whilst we were away, and took such good care of him. As most people are on here we were a little apprehensive but what an amazing first experience. Eddie loved her and cuddled up straight away, Emma was kind enough to send us photos and videos whilst we were away, and left the flat in such a lovely condition. Thank you Emma, can't wait for you to move to London!

Ariana was a very responsible sitter and took care of the house and Fox very well. Thank you Ariana!

Tasha and Stuart were great. We came home to a clean house and happy pets, and they kept us informed during their stay.

Adrienne and Patricia were a perfect match for us! They took amazing care of Rosie and our home. The house was spotless and Rosie was very happy! Sweet touches like flowers yummy cookies were above and beyond.

Hodan and Sami continue to be great guests in our home and caretakers of our cats! We’ve had them stay before and they continue to be a pleasure. Our cats were well taken care of and Sami does a fantastic job at keeping us updated. He even checked in to make sure that the food machines were full and double checked to make sure that the right food was used to refill them. They were also flexible with our schedule as our flight was cancelled and we had to arrive the next day. To make sure our cats were well taken care of, they stayed longer to keep the cats company. We’d recommend Hodan and Sami to anyone who wants to ensure a great stay!

Jake was responsible, self-sufficient, communicative, and thoughtful with his questions throughout the whole stay, which I really liked. He had asked prior to the sit what kind of updates I would prefer and how often. I asked for everyday and he delivered! He provided a couple updates and pictures every day. My home looked exactly as I left it - wouldn’t even know someone had stayed! Haha. Jake is welcome to come back and sit again.

Rachel had an emergency come up the day she was supposed to watch Kali. She was organized and ready to go with a backup plan. Her sister was able to watch Kali, and left the house tidy and clean!

Simply amazing! Lisa was wonderful and cannot say enough about her. She was very active with our dog and even taught her new tricks, something that we haven’t even been able to do. When Lisa left, our dog would just sit in her room and wait for her to come back (which we definitely will have for our next trip). Lisa did great with our many plants, and left the house in great shape. She was very communicative and sent pictures all the time of walks and the good times she had with our dog. You can tell that she cared so much for the dog, house and of us. Thank you Lisa!

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

Anna was absolutely fantastic. She took over from a prior Petsitter in the middle of our trip and made the transition as smooth as can be. She came with plenty of time to transition the pets and the myriad responsibilities before our prior Petsitter had to leave for the airport. And her love for and care of the pets was exceptional. Maybe better than ours!! Communication was stellar - she sent updates and photos proactively and kept us abreast of goings on with the pets while we were away. House was neat and tidy when we came home and most importantly the pets seemed content and well loved. Plus she makes the best shortbread cookie on the plant! 10/10 all the way around!
