Julia proved to be an exceptional pet sitter - meticulous, communicative, and wonderfully self-reliant. From the get-go, she posed all the right questions, ensuring she was well-acquainted with our pets and home. Her diligence was evident in her timely updates about her arrival, departure, and the general well-being of our pets. Even when faced with unexpected hiccups, like our stubborn door refusing to open with the key code provided, Julia displayed remarkable patience and understanding as we guided her through the issue via text. Her kindness and affection towards our furry family members was evident, as they took to her immediately. Thanks to Julia, we were able to enjoy a worry-free vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend her and have let her know that we'd be delighted to have her back to care for our pets if the opportunity presents itself. Stephania was a great sitter. We came home to a clean house and happy dogs! She was communicative before and during the sit and from the pics she sent throughout her stay, I could tell the dogs were enjoying themselves. Biscuit can be a little bit of a troublemaker and stephania was attentive to her and offered to take her to the vet after she snuck a chapstick as a snack.

Derek & Kate watched our kittens over a long weekend and we loved how communicative they were with us! Would definitely have them sit again.

A simple review seems trivial compared to how grateful we are for Kim and Jim! They took such wonderful care of our pets and our home. They were flexible, accommodating, and stayed in touch with us the perfect amount. Our poor dog had some stomach issues while we were away and they took such excellent care of him, and updated us regularly. We also came home to an immaculate apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them back and wholeheartedly recommend Kim and Jim to anyone in need of fabulous pet care.

Nikki and Charles were simply the best! They arrived a day early in order to meet us and Scout, pick up the keys, and get acquainted with our space. They were so open, understanding, and sweet, and as soon as we met them we knew we’d made a great choice. Both Charles and Nikki were extremely communicative and asked right away about how often we’d like updates, pictures, etc. They were so attentive to Scout’s routine, and even shared some tips on things like music to play for her to relax her. All the bedding, towels, etc. were washed and folded when we got back, and the next morning I noticed they’d cleaned our microwave out, too. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they’re truly awesome people.

Kuldip was absolutely wonderful! Our little baby is quite elderly and needy, and she provided him the loving care he needed while we were away, with great attention to his special needs and issues. We received regular updates with pictures and videos, which was very reassuring to us concerned pet parents. When we returned, Reggie was freshly bathed and brushed, and he was in good spirits. We also found our home to be cleaner than when we left it, with everything fresh and tidy. We would have Kuldip’s back any time and highly recommend her to anyone needing superior pet sitting.

Jennifer and Chris were amazing. They were so thoughtful and communicative. We have two cats and both were a little shy to start out. Jennifer and Chris were so sweet and patient with them. We could not have asked for better house sitters. They truly put our concerns at ease and helped us enjoy our time away. They house was perfect when we came home. I highly recommend them both.

We were so lucky to have Katia and Daniel take care of our house and pets, especially on relatively short notice when our first sitter cancelled. Communication was excellent, and our pets were obviously loved and well cared for (Louis was really sad to see them leave). I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else, and wish them and their daughter(s) every happiness!

Our experience with Michelle was nothing less than perfect. We were able to meet in person before the sit which was helpful to establish our comfort with each other. We communicated nicely before the stay and during the stay. With Michelle our dogs, both older, were well taken care of! Having Michelle watch our house and dogs definitely made it easier to be away. She was absolutely wonderful!

We had a great experience with Brian De Luca. He was very reliable, kind and trustworthy. Our pets Stella and Pasqua couldn’t have a better sitter. We highly recommend him.

Fantastic. Above & beyond. Highly recommend. Linsey and Nick are wonderful house and pet sitters. As others have commented, our already clean house looked cleaner when we returned home. Our cat Junior, who is a bit prickly (he’s a cat!), started warming up to them. He was well taken care of. We enjoyed the Junior photos they sent. I messed up the dates of our return home, and they had another zeewoi commitment. We let them know they could leave a day early, but they worked out a plan. Nick bicycled to Chattanooga from Knoxville , which is about 100 miles, and Linsey stayed here with Junior. Wow. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. You’d be lucky to have Nick and Linsey stay with your pets. We hope they can come back to our place when we travel again. Thank you!
