I enjoyed my time taking care of Greta. Seattle is a lovely walkable city, one of my favorite places to go. The neighborhood is safe and near public transportation. Roy and Heidi are great hosts and left an additional printed out guide for reference.
We thoroughly enjoyed our sit looking after Percy. He is an adorably sociable, playful & affectionate dog. Elizabeth was a wonderful host who prepared us well ahead of time with clear information & expectations. We enjoyed her hospitality & generosity over a meal when we first arrived as well as our stay at hers & David’s’ lovely, comfortable home. We can highly recommend them as hosts.
My partner and I looked after Rodney for a few days and really enjoyed our stay at Katies house. He is a very independent cat but once he decided we were up to scratch he followed us all over the place and we even got him on our laps for a bit. He was really easy to look after and just wanted to be nearby most of the time, but was happy to recieve strokes and attention from us. Although we didn't meet Katie, we had a video call prior to the sit and talked through everything we needed to know. She was really easy to communicate with throughout, and the house was lovely and well located. Really lovely sit, highly reccomended by us. Thanks for letting us look after Rodney!
Sitting for Janet and watching her place and Juno was awesome! Janet was always there if I had any questions and her place was very nice 😊 Juno is such a sweetheart and so gentle. She was so fun to hang out with! I had a great time and would definitely recommend sitting for her! P.s. the bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on 🤣 thanks Janet!!!!
Giuseppe and Annika were so generous and welcoming. I arrived the evening before and they made a lovely dinner and they had even bought me an Easter egg! Communication was easy throughout and they explained everything in detail before they left. As everyone has said in other reviews, Willow has a great temperament, very friendly, playful and cuddly. She is well behaved and easy to walk in the local area, both on and off her lead (away from roads), she also loves chasing sticks in the back garden. The house is in a nice quiet terrace and is surrounded by lots of places to walk Willow and is also 25-30 mins from central London on the central line. Perfect first sit! I would happily go back.
I felt right at home at Nelson & Rachel's, with the added bonus of Gingersnap! What a fabulous feline. Great conversationalist, not a finicky eater, spunky and playful, and the walks - I really got to know the neighborhood and the neighbors, with him. Everyone knows Gingersnap - a true ambassador. Oh, and the location in Austin is pretty sweet. Yes, you will want to have a car to get around. Dip your toes in to Barton Springs and the park, museums, food, art, neighborhoods. All within easy reach. If you have a chance to spend time with Gingersnap, and his peeps, go for it!
