Best housesitting experience ever! Lauren is an outstanding host, consistently available for questions and provided awesome recommendations for local cafes, restaurants, and activities. Her home is so cozy and well decorated making it incredibly inviting. The area around Lauren's place offered plenty of picturesque walking paths, all conveniently close to her home. Molly and Ruby were not only well-behaved but also a genuine pleasure to spend time with and cuddle with. I will miss the morning cuddles : ) They are also very intelligent dogs and understand a lot of what you say. Lauren, thank you immensely for having us. It was truly a pleasure!
What an exceptional house sit. If you get the opportunity to come house sit for Sarah and Stephen, do not hesitate. Their house was magical. Situated on a river and a forest, you can’t help but feel relaxed. Sarah and Stephen were very friendly, generous and organised, with print out instructions for us, a very clean and comfortable home and a lovely spare bedroom set up for us. They even have a farm which you can visit and pet the sheep!! Daisy and Mojo are two of the best pets we have ever met. Daisy is as soft as anything and we will really miss her. She is always up for a cuddle, play and is amazing to take on a walk. She is great off lead and when put on the lead she never pulls. She loves going to the farm and is so friendly with the sheep. Mojo is a very cool cat, shy at first but warms up quickly. She becomes very friendly and loves a pat and a snack. We had an amazing time, thank you for having us
Chris and Sherry welcomed us to Hendersonville with dinner at one of the many wonderful area restaurants followed by a night as their guests prior to our sit. They were very gracious in insuring our every need was seen to and their Welcome Guide gave us everything we needed to know about care for Doodles, the home and gardens, as well as a comprehensive guide to the many area sights, restaurants, breweries and day trips they encouraged us to enjoy. We did! Western North Carolina in June is an explosion of flowers and greenery, everything in bloom, not least the beautifully landscaped yard surrounding their custom built home set in a quiet rural neighborhood. We loved to explore the area and equally happy to sit in the shaded back yard or screened patio listening to the songbirds and sussurating waterfall. Doodles was a dream to care for. Initially shy, within a day she was nudging our hands for a scratch and spent the night purring in our bed. Content to sleep most of the day away in various comfy locations, she was happy to eat or play, but never demanding. The kitchen provided every convenience, the bedroom comfortable, and their large home offered many fine locations for reading, painting, game playing or an evening movie. We felt we spent two weeks on vacation with a new fur friend would happily return anytime.
Thoroughly enjoyed cat sitting with Maisie in Sarah’s lovely home in Sevenoaks. All the modern conveniences that are required for a comfortable stay. Day train trips into London convenient with many walking tours to view the sites. Maisie was a joy to be around, very energetic and playful. Love her higher pitch meow!!! Great communication with Sarah proving all the info required to make our stay very enjoyable. Sevenoaks is a very beautiful area in Kent, nice and relaxing compared to the hectic city of London. Lots to see in the area, especially if you have a car to visit The National Trust sites in the local area. Area is also easily walkable to the local stores and train to get into central London. Staying at Scot and Trudy’s place, and taking care of sweet little Daisy in the mountains outside Boise, was just what we needed after a couple of stressful months moving back to Boise. Scot and Trudy, we could tell right away, are genuinely kind and caring people. They even left dinner, wine, treats, and farm fresh eggs for us. Daisy was easy to care for. She’s loving, and needs good bits of attention throughout the day, but she also lets you get your work done. She would cuddle right up next to me in the early mornings and evenings while we watched the news or a movie. We’re not the type to have animals in our bed at night, and although Daisy is used to sleeping with Scot and Trudy at night, we had no issue with her sleeping in her crate in our room. She stayed in it all night long and allowed us plenty of sleep! We especially enjoyed the nature (forest), hot tub and stars at night. The fireplaces were warm and cozy for the cold mornings and evenings. The bed was also very comfortable. We appreciate Scot and Trudy for picking us to stay at their place while they traveled abroad.

Arlene Arlene! I mean guys! This woman is an ANGEL! So, I'm an over the road truck driver and I was freaking out cuz I had just gotten some news and needed to get off the truck and head to surgery. First, she calmed me down. Then she asked me what it is that I needed. I could hear how busy she was but she made sure to show me that she was here for me, no matter how crazy her day was. Now we all know that this is the holiday season so I CANNOT imagine how many cats she has, how many people she has on the waiting list (last time we talked she had 70 so she's a big deal), or even what HER own personal holiday plans were. Have ya'll ever thought of that?! We're all so busy freaking out, needing someone to watch our pet but what about them? Anyways. So Arlene made a miracle happen to fit me in her already impossible schedule, where my two boys needed to be taken care of for two weeks, while I undergo surgery. Then, my plans of where I was going to stay to heal fell through, so everything had to get cancelled and I just broke down. Arlene was there to console me. She went above and beyond helping me find solutions. As soon as she heard that the boys wouldn't be coming, she no longer had to communicate with me! But you know what guys, she has checked on me on more than one occasion! She shared pics of her own personal babies, each with their own story. The love she has for these felines is like no other. I have never seen anyone so in love with these creatures, as I am. Aside from Arlene's awesome rates, just talking to her for those few minutes, you'll know that your fur baby will be safe because this woman loves what she does and even told me that she wishes she had started this a long time ago. One can hear the passion and fervor in her voice and laughter. I know where to put my babies when I come visit WA for sure!
Arlene cares for your cats as though they were her own, which gives great peace of mind while traveling. When my flight was canceled and I had to extend my stay several days, Arlene was very accommodating even while packed with holiday bookings, and gave them comfortable lodgings in her office until they could get back into one of the cat condos. Despite the travel uncertainties, it was a huge relief knowing that my cats would be well cared for until I could make it back. Very responsive with any questions, knowledgeable about caring for cats with medical conditions, and sends regular updates and pictures on how your cats are doing. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be sure their cats are comfortable and well taken care of while boarding!
Arlene is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and loving with cats. The cat rooms are spacious with windows, multiple platforms for them to climb, running water fountain, and soft/quiet music playing. I don't worry about our cat while we're gone at all because I know she's in good hands.
I've never been here but.. Aaahhhhhh cuuuuuute. Reminds me of that episode of Trailer Park Boys when bubbles opens up Kittyland. 5 out of 5 stars would bring my cat, as long as Garbage Land doesn't open up next door

Let me start off by saying that our cats are our children. My fiancé and I were in the process of selling our house and wanted a place to board our kitties during showings and open houses so they didn’t get outside by accident. Arlene took AMAZING care of our babies. She was patient with our kitty who is a little unsure of new places and people, sent us pictures and updates everyday, and made sure they knew they were loved while they were away from their people. It was also comforting to know that they weren’t in a cage, but had a room and a window to look out (with a water fountain!). I 1000% trust her with our babies again and we are so thankful for the amazing care! We will recommend cozy kitties to all our friends and family.
My two cats stayed here over the Christmas to New Year's time period. The owner was amazing and my cats really enjoyed their time there. They came home happy and healthy. I was kept up to date nearly daily with how the cats were doing. Update 5/26/23 Still love going here. This has become the only place i bring my cats when i need to leave them behind for a weekend or for a month.
This was my first time boarding my cats ( a 10 yr old and a 3 month old) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Arlene was very punctual and responsive, quickly answering any questions. I love how passionate Arlene is about cats. I was so nervous about boarding my senior cat because he is anxious and has very poor vision. Arlene was kind enough to send me pictures of my two boys and give me updates during their stay. Best of all, both cats really enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this Cozy Kitties!
I was nervous about boarding my senior lady kitty. She is 15 and hasnt been boarded for 10 years. We planned to be out of town for 7 days and I didnt want my girl to be home alone as she gets lonely. I loved Cozy Kitties website and loved their love of cats. When I met Arlene and seen where Chloe would be staying I was releived and the experience just got better. We have a 17+ yr old cat with a number of health issues. We were very reluctant to leave her with anyone since our move to Seattle 2yrs ago. We felt very comfortable with Joe and Maryellen when we met with them for a meet and greet. Joe has been cat sitting for us for about 6 months now. Tubby has totally become friends with Joe. It took awhile because she’s very shy. But Joe’s persistence paid off and now she’s the ‘boss’. We love it. Joe is always contactable via texts. He sends us updates and pictures. I have changed feeding instructions numerous times and he’s been so very patient with us and Tubby. We love Joe. Most importantly Tubby does. We highly recommend his services.
MaryEllen's Creekside Critter Care (CCC) has been boarding our dogs for the last 7 years. Our older super-mutt, Gus, always knows where he is when we pull into her driveway. He truly enjoys his time there. We had a little Yorkie who initially manifested separation anxiety when we would leave her behind, but MaryEllen's special focus on making each client's dog be comfortable, won her over. Annabelle enjoyed being bossy and ruling the court at Creekside. We've got two new Yorkies now and the three dogs were in CCC's care for a week recently. The pictures and videos MaryEllen sent, showed how happily our dogs played with the other dogs at CCC. We highly recommend Creekside Critter Care.
Critter care is the best! We've been taking our family dogs here for almost 20 years and there isn't anyone I trust more to watch him. We not only don't have to worry about our dog on vacation but know that he's having a vacation of his own!

I can’t say enough good things about Maryellen & Ann. We brought a very frightened little 7 month old cattle dog into our family from a rescue. They both have worked with her from almost day one. The patience, expertise & kindness went a long way. She warmed up to them right away even though she was afraid of mostly everything! She comes home tired from a day of playing yet they are careful she’s not overly stimulated. Cattle dogs don’t have a “off” button & need to coaxed to take a time out😅. I also appreciate the boost in confidence I get. Never having had a rescue pup before I am so appreciative of all the tips that help to bring the best out in our girl Marley. I go to work & know she’s well taken care of & having a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending them & know you will be pleased with their services.
We took our sweet cavapoo pup, Ohana and we had the best experience!!! And it was our first time taking her somewhere while we were traveling. They were wonderful to work with! Creekside Critter Care is the best pet care team I've used. My dog is not easy - she is very skeptical of strangers and new people but she took to Ann straightaway. Even though she is very uncertain when I am away, the Critter Care team knew just how to make her feel secure. Now Ann is her favorite person and so excited to see her! It is so great to know that my dog can get a walk or a break if I am stuck away from home or out longer than expected. It is like having family take care of her! Thank you Creekside!

I just can't say enough good things about Angela's Pet Care, so this will be a long, detailed review. Angela made twice-daily visits to our home for more than three weeks, during which she provided complete care and loving human companionship to our two cats. I can truthfully report that our male cat is IN LOVE with Angela. Our little female cat would be a challenge for any care-giver, because she has medical conditions that require three medications daily, and on top of that, had seriously injured an eye (just before our trip was to begin!) - so required two additional meds twice per day. We were very concerned about leaving that kitty in anyone's care. Angela relieved all of our anxieties by giving all five medications every day, right on schedule, plus she paid close attention to the eye and kept us informed about everything. Giving that many medications to a naturally shy cat might be expected to cause some trauma, but remarkably, we came home to a cat that was trusting, outgoing, confident, and with a healed eye - all a testament to Angela's gentle, able, handling of her, and the special effort she made to cultivate trust and playfulness. (Thank you, Angela!) Angela's Pet Care sets the highest possible standard for reliable, compassionate pet care. Angela has a calm, competent and confident presence that made the cats (and me) very comfortable with her, and was 100% backed up by her actions. She is highly professional and diligent; showed up at consistent times every day without fail; provided all the cat necessities along with brushing, play, and litterbox maintenance; watered our plants; brought in packages; and emailed us many, many visit reports that included photos that put us at ease during our time away. This was the best care imaginable, it far exceeded our expectations, and we're very grateful.
I can't say enough about Angela. She has been caring for our 2- year-old small dog named Titan for 11 months now (2 days a week). Angela took extra time to make sure he would be a good fit to play with the other dogs she cares for before taking him on, which we really appreciated. He is always so excited to see her and the other dogs each morning we drop him off. She has a huge fenced in yard for them to run around in, and let's them hang out in her house and takes them on a walk. Titan is always very tired when he gets home, so we know he gets lots of exercise there, which is great because he is a high energy dog living in a small condo. In a few months we are taking a 9-day trip to Mexico and Angela will be watching him. We know he will feel right at home with her during that time. Angela is also a great communicator and even sends us pictures every now and then. I'll post a few:-)
We are so thankful to Angela for the care and attention she gives our dogs when we need to travel. It eases our minds knowing they are in a loving environment getting a lot of attention from Angela and the other pups with her for boarding and/or daycare. We love that there are other pups there, but not too many like a lot of the other boarding/day care places we've tried in the past. The space the dogs have to explore is secure and safe and inside, the pups are treating like family members! Angela's service request system is easy to use and she is super responsive to questions! She came highly recommended to us from a very picky, zoo keeper friend - so we knew Angela must be good - and she is!!
So glad we found Angela's pet care! We've used her twice so far for weeklong trips out of state. Both trips had flight changes and she was so accommodating by adding or removing scheduled visits. Angela is the best dog daycare we have found since getting our girl almost 2 years ago. Once I met her I knew I wanted her to watch my Daisy full time and eventually brought her from her original daycare over. I haven't encountered anyone who has been so considerate of the needs for my specific dog, who actually requires special care around meal time. On her own Angela has made the effort to help train our girl in so many different areas helping her to behave socially in a way that actually let's her share how sweet and loving she is. I can't say enough good things about Angela, truly. 15/10 highly recommend!!
Angela was the best day care provider for my dog, Honey! She gave lots of loves and walks. She was attentive and took care of all Honey’s needs while in her care. SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. She's quite social, so we wanted to make sure whoever looked after her would be able to play with her and make sure she got some attention. Sandy and Randall were great, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. SnR is very communicative and organized, which put my mind at ease while we were away. We got daily check-in photos and updates as to how our cat was doing. Thank you both for taking such good care of her! If you need a new pet sitter or care taker, look no further! They are fantastic!
SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. I whole-heartedly recommend SnR. It's so amazing to find to such wonderful care for my babies in such a small town.
SNR was absolutely amazing: Pet sitting three cats and four hermit crabs is no small chore, but they knocked it out of the park! I already have them scheduled for our next outing. Highly recommend!!

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! She followed all of my instructions and gave my furbaby all the care and attention he needed. Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Even when the road wasn’t plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.
Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. We were out of town when our pet sitter experienced a family emergency which left us scrambling to find someone to watch over our cats. I called frolic and explained the situation. We set up an interview call immediately and was guided through the process with ease. Molly and Alexis came by in the evening and took excellent care of our cats by giving them tons of love and playtime. They really showed a deep love for the well being of our pets. Prices are reasonable, reports are thorough and service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Frolic to anyone.
What a fantastic experience! The team at Frolic took exceptional care of all of us, from first contact to the last tummy rub. Professional, friendly staff along with detailed reviews and pictures made our first week of dog walking so easy. We had a snafu with our elevator and the dog walker was responsible and flexible - really amazing. 🤩 My two fur babies had a great time, so glad I found this company!!
We used frolic for the first time last weekend and were very happy with the care our pets received! We were very apprehensive about using a dog sitter but we are very glad that we were able to find a reliable and professional service. Everyone was fantastic and customer service was friendly and easy. Justin and Dylan were so sweet with our boys and we greatly appreciate the effort they took to play with them, clean up the backyard, and bring in packages. Also, detailed daily reports and pictures of our babies. We will definitely be using them again! Thanks again!
Frolic Pet Services is fantastic. I've used them on trips out of town to help keep my pet family well cared for and they've done excellent. They took pictures daily, communicated well throughout the whole process, and honestly just went above and beyond. I will most certainly use their service again.
I usually have terrible panic attacks and anxiety leaving my cats, one of whom needs insulin injections 2x a day, when I've gone away to visit my elderly father. I usually set up a kitty cam and check it rather obsessively while I'm gone. Since I found Frolic Pets, it's a whole different feeling! I don't even need the anxiety medication I usually take when traveling! They give you updates each visit on their super convenient pet portal. Really detailed and thorough notes on everything that they did or noticed. They even attach pictures of your pets from each visit and they respond immediately to any inquiries. Their staff are kind, competent and really care about your furry family members. I asked a friend to stop by my apartment mid-day in addition to Frolic Pet's visits the first time I used them. I didn't even bother my friends the next two times I hired them. I felt 1000% confidence in their staff's care and dedication to my cats specifically. I swear my home was even more clean after their visits than I usually leave it! They're absolutely amazing. You won't ever worry about your beloved pets when you travel again!
We just used Frolic for the 1st time for our 2 cats. I was a little anxious leaving them for 2 weeks with a new sitter, especially as one of my cats requires medication twice a day. We had 3 different sitters take care of the cats, and after each visit, we received a detailed report of medications dispensed and care given, plus numerous photos. The sitters exceeded my expectations, even taking the trash out (we didn't ask that this be done). I would definitely use them again!
Our neighbors use Froloc pet services, and we've watched the employees walk and interact with the neighbors dog and they do an amazing job. But, we see this one employee walk the dog, and I've never seen so much love and compassion. That guy absolutely adores this dog like it's his own, and always taking great pictures of the dog, even getting on the ground for the perfect pic. We've noticed this for over a year. I finally told him today how great we thought he was with the dog. I think his name was Thomas and the house (area)is located on 7th in Puyallup. That man deserves a raise for going above and beyond.
My pup gets anxious and isn't super great socially with other dogs, but I know I can rely on Carol and Frolic staff to ensure that she is safe and taken care of when I need it. They took great care of her when I couldn't after my double jaw surgery. I even talked over surgery options with owner Carol before going through with knee surgery for my aging pup, she is so knowledgeable and wants the best for all the pets she/and Frolic cares for. The daily pet reports while boarding puts the minds of my kids, my husband, and I at ease when we have to be away from our canine baby. Staff always write the nicest things about our pup. We will drive out of our way to make sure our pup can be cared for there (even after we moved to Eastern Washington) because of the quality of care we know she recieves.
I use Frolic for walking my dog. They are very professional and have come across as trustworthy and knowledgeable. Every time they walk him I get an email with pictures and status of if he peed or had a BM, if anything unusual happened, anything you can think of they give me a status of. Their app is easy to use to schedule walks and the price is comparable to Rover but without the stress of potentially cancelling. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a walker (they have other services but I have not used them).
DO NOT BOARD HERE! Has gone downhill! Beware of hidden boarding fees! I first contacted Frolic a few years ago upon moving to WA as Frolic seemed like a great option as they were close, with a flexible schedule, and a large number of staff. Dog walking seemed to go pretty well, and they also offered boarding services, which for our first few vacations, worked great. Recently I had my dogs stay with Frolic while my wife and I were on vacation and expected things to go as well as usual. To my surprise I received a message from Frolic On the first day of boarding that I would be charged a extra fee for one of my dogs barking....um, you own a dog business? Why am I being charged for a dog being a dog? I was also charged because Frolic insisted they knew better than me when it came to medicating my senior dog, I had specified proper dosage three times by the time the our vacation was over, and the owner suggested she knew better, and charged me for over-medicating my dog despite repeatedly telling them to stop. Luckily, an overdose for my dog isn’t fatal, but for yours it could be! As the staff and the business owner will not listen to the dog parent when it comes to dosing instructions. By the time all was said and done, we could’ve boarded a third dog for what we paid in hidden fees, which is outrageous because Frolic already charges more than an animal hospital with 24/7 care. Also, these extras are subjective, and therefore non-negotiable. I was of course I was not told about these extra fees until Frolic already had my dogs. Beware, if you care about your pets, please avoid this place at all costs.
