Sandrine and Brice looked after our 2 kitties for around 10 days over the Christmas/New Year period. From the very beginning (months before the actual stay) they were reliable communicators and took the role of looking after our cats and flat seriously. Our two cats are quite nervous - especially our rescue, who bless him, struggles to cope with everyday life without getting stressed. Sandrine and Brice took wonderful care of him, even administering his medicine in a way that wouldn't stress him out. Our other cat really liked them and ended up sleeping with them most nights which is an honour not often bestowed on even us! We got lots of little messages detailing how everything was going which was very nice (they asked us how much we'd like to be kept informed). Our flat was really well cared for and spotless when we returned home, and they were patient with us whilst we sorted out the internet which went down during their stay. All in all, we thought they were really nice people and our cats did too, so I will whole heartedly recommend them to anyone else looking for pet/house sitters. Thanks guys.
Beth was really great! I felt completely content leaving my kitty in her hands and it was clear she was really experienced with cats and animals in general. She updated me with photos daily but didn’t overload me so I was able to enjoy my vacation. She also cleaned the bedsheets before leaving (which was a lovely thing to come home to) and accommodated my request to come to my place the night before I left so I could handoff the keys and show her around. Thanks Beth for going above and beyond!
