Johanna was wonderful! She was super communicative before and during the sit. She was organized and on top of everything. She was very sweet, sending us pictures of our cats, Boris and Natasha ,every day, letting us know how they were doing. It was great knowing they were in such good hands! She also took such great care of our place. It looked even cleaner than when we left! Overall , Johanna went over and above! Anytime it would work out having her here again, we would appreciate it!!
We did not interact much with Brian and mostly dealt with Becky. Overall, they were both pleasant to work with and very responsive when we reached out to them to get checkups on our pup. However, we felt like the communication could have been better. We were in the dark about most of the basics...how he was eating, sleeping, etc. Which proved to be an issue seeing as they left and our dog has had a stomach ache for several days. If given the chance again we would not welcome them back to our home and will not be using zeewoi again.
Loribeth has my highest recommendation. She and Frank took excellent care of our house, dogs (one giant, one tiny) and birds over a long weekend. Loribeth is knowledgable, friendly and reliable. She helped me feel safe and secure leaving our farm in her care as she followed all our farm procedures and kept in touch with photos and texts. I'd gladly have Loribeth back for another trip! Thanks again Loribeth and Frank!
