Had a very comfortable short with with the cats at Ali and Dave's place in Kingston on Thames. Mochi and Yuzu were friendly and fun. House was comfortable and very well located for exploring the area.
Bryan and Vallee were delightful to housesit for, as were their dogs and cats. Val had the best refrigerator checklist I've encountered, which made morning and evening feeding rituals a breeze. Bryan and Val were responsive before the sit (a FaceTime call with lots of info), during the housesit (answering my questions), and even after I was gone (following up on a sick pet that I was concerned about). Their home is spacious and has a huge screened in porch to relax in. And they aren't kidding about being right on a former golf course... walk out their back door, and you have a walking path practically at your feet. A disc golf course, too, if you're a player. The animals were easy to care for, and very friendly. John and Brisket were both loves. Brisket will give you an upper body workout on the leash because he's so energetic; as long as you're good with that, you'll love these guys. The cats are a cat-lover's dream, a lovely blend of "pet me" and normal cat standoffishness. All easy to care for, all responsive to your attention. An A+ housesit all around.
For the first time we meet Cheryl and George they were amazing with us. They enforced to gave us the comfort like we stay in our house and that was great, because we fell that was a really they intentions. The house is placed on a little bit of paradise, a yard sorrounded of a beautiful forrest. The pets who lives with they at the house are great. The dogs, Monte and Molly are such a comprehensive animals, they have too much love and energy to play with you, and a really important thing to us was they take care of our child with too much care (sometimes more than us, haha). The cats Zoey and Zeus are lovely and they not need to much care, so you can enjoy their company. Thanks Cheryl to take care of us, you are amazing!
We had a fantastic time housesitting for John & Sally! Communication was great throughout; they provided us with lots of written information about the animals' routines and details about the house. We also had a call prior to the sit to go over questions on both sides. Angus and Pepper were a delight to spend time with. They are very friendly and energetic dogs, and they seemed to take to new people in their space well. We spent the weekend hiking around the Lake District with them, and they were easy to drive with and more than kept up with all of our walking. Chirry was a lot of fun as well, also very friendly. He spent a couple nights in his porch igloo but came in every morning for breakfast and to say hi. The location and house were absolutely lovely. John & Sally made us feel very welcome and were easily available if we had questions. We'd love to visit again!
I had a great stay at Kat’s place in West Hollywood, which was just as pictured. Kat was great about communication and very hospitable. Smokey is an affectionate and friendly cat, and was very easy to take care of.
