I really enjoyed my stay at Debbie's in Ewhurst int their beautiful traditional farm house. The cat was independent and the chickens where interesting to watch, including fresh eggs everyday. Debbie made me feel very welcome and I had a comfortable room. It rained continuously for my stay, but I did manage to enjoy my stay and visit local market towns. I recommend this sit and I would love to return to the area..
Bev and Nick are very easy going, fun and interesting to talk to people and very generous and helpful hosts. Their home and especially the garden are simply breathtaking and Muffy is an absolute joy to be around. She will demand cuddles and attention and i have never been happier to be bossed around and still miss her meowing in the lavender a lot. She is a happy and very loving cat and we had such fun being around her!! The surrounding area is amazingly beautiful and i can absolutely recommend this sit and very much hope to be back sometime! Thanks a mil Bev, Nick and Muffy and hope to see all of you again soon 🙂
what a dream sit! Taking care of Augie was one of my favorite sits I have done so far, and I left fully convinced I will be getting an Augie myself sometime in the future. He is super cuddly, so fun to hang out with and loves paper towels, which I learned the hard way hahah. He is the most gentle, loving, playful puppy ever. Dalton and Dave were awesome hosts as well, their apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location! They were so easy to communicate with and left clear instructions as well as so many suggestions on places to eat, go, etc. I felt very safe and very comfortable, especially because they have immaculate taste so everywhere you look everything is stylish. Overall the best sit you can imagine, and I really hope I can come hang out with Augie soon in the future again!
We had such a lovely time looking after sweet Flora! The house is spacious (especially handy for two working from home) and brilliantly located - walking distance to the train station, shops, the river... anything you could need. Erica was very thorough with instructions, communicative and hospitable. We had a lovely dinner together the night before she left which was so kind. And Flora was a joy! So full of personality and fun. She loves to play and will let you know it's time! We'd not hesitate to recommend spending time in such a wonderful part of the country with a gorgeous kitty friend. Thanks for having us! :)
Saige is a sweet pup. She’s very shy but friendly once she warms up to you. Luciana was also very kind & left some food for me to eat while I was there. Hitchin is a cute little town to walk around in and explore during the day. It’s a very walkable town and everything you’ll need is no more than 20 min walk away
Thank you Carole for such a wonderful pet sit.! Teddy was a sweetheart and provided ample entertainment during my stay. Was able to go into London a few times to watch Musicals which was such fun! Would happily come back and take care of Teddy again 🥰🐶
