Cat Sitters in Lake Success, NY

Bessie and her mother have taken very good care of marta and sofia, they have been sending pictures all the time and responding very quickly when we needed to know about our animals. The cleanliness has not been as expected compared to how we delivered the house.

Charles was a pinch hitter at the last moment. This was the 2nd time we had Charles, and he was just as reliable, clean, neat, self-sufficient and excellent surrogate pet parent as the first time. Sawyer was well loved and enjoyed adventures. Betsy-girl was fed and watered and pet as much as she wanted. We appreciate Charles as a house and pet sitter, knowing we are leaving our furries and house in excellent care.

Both we and our kitties (Doc and Boo) love Vahni and Jonathan. This is the second time they've sat for us and we are happy to come home to calm and obviously loved cats. My only critique is that they are not the tidiest of housekeepers and the house needed a pretty extensive cleaning by us before we could settle back in (floors, bathroom, counters). But given that we have one pretty high maintainence kitty with IBD and that Vahni may have been dealing with her own family stuff (she is helping her elderly mom who lives in our town), I'm willing to cut her a lot of slack. Our priorities are the cats (a house can always be cleaned). Would happily have them sit for us again.

Sydney and Colin were fabulous caretakers of our dog, Smoosh, who is 13 and needed loving care. They were in great touch, sending photos or videos every day or two. Their dog, Otto, about whom we were initially reluctant to introduce to Smoosh, turned out to be a fabulous companion for her. They are a great couple - responsible, responsive, caring and completely trustworthy with our home and our pet. Many thanks to them. We would welcome them back anytime .

Energetic, kind-hearted and dependable. Daniel was great with my elder dog, who he treated with patience and love; my fluffy cat adored him too. He even made friends with my crazy little partially feral kitty. I was very relieved to have Daniel volunteer at the last minute, and he enjoyed getting to the beach (despite some rain!).

I had an excellent experience with Malena! They took outstanding care of my three cats while I was away, attending to each of their needs with genuine affection. Not only did they ensure my cats were happy and healthy, but I also returned to a home that was spotless and tidy. It was such a relief to know my trio was in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend Malena to any pet parent seeking peace of mind!

Lisa was INCREDIBLE!! She was super communicative, reliable and was really good with our little cat. She sent us lots of photos and updates, which we really appreciated. We came home to a very clean apartment and a very happy cat who definitely liked her more than us! Would have her sit again any day.
