It was an absolute pleasure caring for Sid – he is a very special cat. The home is very comfortable, with a small sun trap garden for relaxing in. The location just outside the old city walls is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Chester is a wonderful town in its own right, but is also a well-positioned hub for further travel, with very convenient public transport. This was a wonderful sit – thank you, Penny!
Praxie is one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met! She’s a pleasure to snuggle and play with, and has such a charming disposition! Dmitriy was wonderful to communicate with and provided great guidance on the apartment and the neighborhood which is quite walkable. This is a fantastic place with lovely very organised hosts. The two dogs and great and we will miss them. The whole area is picturesque with a lovely little town to hang out in. We enjoyed the fruits of the orchard and bountiful catch from the Lakes. One of the most excellent housesittings we have ever done.
Great housesit. Smokey is an easy to care for loving small pup. He is young, likes going for walks, and loves playing with toys (especially a game of tug of war). He followed me everywhere I went, but he is independent enough to keep himself entertained while I was out of the house working. The home was clean and ready for my arrival. Maggie left detailed instructions and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!
It was such a pleasure sitting for Debra and looking after the Jesse and Jake. They are both a joy to look after and are very sweet dogs. Debra’s house has a very relaxing atmosphere and the neighbourhood is very quite. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you!
Our first stay on Trusted Housesitters couldn't have gone better! Craig and Kirsty were great and really communicative at the beginning so we were confident that all would go well. We fell in love with Freya and LouLou, and knew we would miss them once we left. Craig was very helpful picking and dropping us off at the train (since we stayed without a car), and giving us recommendations for places to go in the area. The house was lovely, and the neighborhood was really easy to navigate by foot. Nice pubs, good food, awesome nature. Freya and LouLou were so nice and easy to take care of, both super sweet and playful. Marcel and I felt right at home, as the house was very nice and clean with everything needed for a superb stay. If it makes sense with my travel plans, would love to stay again. Thanks!
