Roger and Helena
Great stay in a very beautiful part of Canada. Roger & Helena left us with easy to follow house and animal care instructions. Both the horses and Echo (dog), were lots of enjoyment for Audrey and I. Their home is very welcoming and comfortable with lots of amenities to keep you occupied. Thank you Roger & Helena for your generous hospitality, it will continue to be one of the highlights of our trip to British Columbia.

Veronica
I had a fantastic week looking after Casper. He is an absolutely gorgeous cat - friendly, playful and affectionate. Thank you Veronica for being so organised and having great communication from the start.
The house is lovely, nice garden and scenic walks along the river. I enjoyed talking to the birds each morning. A beautiful quiet location with kind and friendly neighbours too.

I enjoyed over 2 months in Nashville looking after Mocha and Gamba, the sweetest, friendliest dog and cat pair. We had lots of fun together, taking Mocha for walks to nearby parks and state parks too. Radner Lake State Park was our favorite! Mocha is still a bit of a puppy and loves to play especially with his frisbee. We had our morning ritual of me telling him it’s “coffee time” and he would wait patiently with his frisbee while I sat on the back deck with Gamba on my lap and drinking my coffee! We celebrated Mocha’s 1st birthday with a yogurt and peanut butter cake – he loved it.

The house is lovely and comfortable in Nashville close to Vanderbilt University and within walking distance to several parks including Centennial Park, shops and restaurants. There’s lots to do and see but I just enjoyed taking Mocha for our long walks. Since there are a lot of historic areas, we had a walk and a history lesson!

Ray and Jen-Jen are wonderful and generous hosts and would respond instantly if I had any questions. They love Mocha and Gamba and are such great pet parents! They were also kind enough to let me have my friend and her daughter stay over on their way to San Antonio. We now trade pictures and I know we’ll keep in touch, and I hope to see them again on our travels. I would definitely return to house/pet sit for Ray and Jen-Jen and highly recommend them too!

Thank you, Ray, Jen-Jen, Mocha and Gamba, for wonderful sit and great memories.

A big thank you to Judith and Heiko for giving me the opportunity to do my first pet sit. They gave me all the info a newbie needs and Rio and Tokyo are just a dream. I absolutely loved hanging out with them for the weekend. The flat is really comfortable and perfectly located for exploring East London.

Sungho
A big thank you to Sungho for hosting us at his beautiful home. We had a wonderful time sitting with Doobu. Sungho effectively communicated Doobu's needs, and spending time with this incredible dog, with his amazing soul, was truly delightful. Endless hugs and a lot of enjoyment throughout our time together.

Paul and Melanie
Where do we even start? This was such an amazing housesit! Absolutely everything about it was a great experience. We initially established a connection with Paul and Melanie via FaceTime. Their communication before, during, and after was excellent! We arrived the day before they left. They were very welcoming and easy to be around. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time there. Because of COVID-19, we all maintained a safe distance, and wore our face masks. They had thoughtfully put a folder together of additional information including favorite restaurants, and nearby things to do. They live in a beautiful gated resort-like community, where there were activities galore. Their home is gorgeous! Lots of room, clean and spotless. Our guest room and en-suite was lovely. They have a beautifully landscaped yard and patio where we enjoyed most of our suppers. We had use of all of the community amenities as well as use of their golf cart- (so much fun). But the best part of this sit was LUCY...their precious rat terrier mix. She completely stole our hearts! She is THE SWEETEST furry friend!! She is the easiest dog-and so loving. Our longer walks were in the morning with her before it got too hot. Though we would take her out several times, and then a before bed quick potty walk. She walks well on a lead. In fact, when the lead comes out, she excitedly runs to stand patiently while you buckle her in. She loves to go on walks, and is a great walking companion despite having a bit of arthritis. She’s very easy going. She loves belly rubs, and her squeaky toys. She takes a couple of pills easily for her arthritis wrapped in cheese. (She really likes her “doggy cheese”). On our final night, Paul and Melanie treated us to a lovely dinner on their patio. We had such a wonderful time hearing about their trip and getting to know them. They are both very interesting, wonderful, and kindhearted people. We are happy to have made friends with them and their sweet Lucy. We would be honored to housesit for them again in the future!
