Dog Sitters in Lakebay, WA

Ali & Taylor stayed with my cat a few times previously and she was well taken care of and adored. For this sit, they came to learn some new things since she is now diabetic and on twice daily insulin injections. I am grateful for their willingness to do the injections and learn the basics on managing the diabetes! Communication was clear, I was able to enjoy my short getaway without worry and returned home to a content kitty and home in good shape.

Marta is a repeat house/pet sitter for me. She is great all the way around and I know my pets are happy and well cared for while she is here. Marta is super with communication and I can travel without worry knowing she is at my house.

We feel quite fortunate to have found yet another great sitter through THC. Siana and her daughter Thalia took wonderful care of our dog Cyrus and cats Tess and Tallulah during our week away, and it was lovely to return home to happy animals and a spotless house. We had a very early flight on the day we left, so we appreciated that Siana made time before her stay to come by to meet everyone and walk through their routine. She also sent regular updates with some great photos to let us know everyone was well while we were gone. Thank you, Siana, for including us in your Bay area travels, and for taking such good care of our pets and home!

Super happy with Case and Aaron taking care of Annie and our house while we were out of the country. We had great peace of mind not worrying while so far away. Case and Aaron are responsible, caring and great communicators! Hope to have them back again!

Absolute dream sitter - highly recommend!

Austin was a wonderful house-sitter. We received a daily photo and updates on our kitties and could see they were happy and taken care of the whole time. Austin left the house spotless and started the laundry, which was helpful and sweet. He was flexible and gracious when I got sick on our trip and needed to return a day early. We are looking forward to having him over again.

Elena and Darion are the best house sitters we can ever have! We have two very needy dogs and they’ve been taken care of the dogs so well! You can tell that our dogs love them so much. We definitely would love to ask them to be our sitters again in the future when help is needed!

Jason was an absolute dream. He immediately fell in love with my puppy Kaya and she with him. He came early and stayed late for me. The first day I was gone he took Kaya out for her morning walk and was able to connect with a group of dog owners at the end of the street who meet twice a day 7 days a week except when it's raining. For a full hour each time Kaya is able to run after her ball and bring it back as fast as she can so she gets a really good workout. Kaya has been having issues with her digestion, so Jason took her over to my vet's office to obtain a prescription for special kibble. My vet was not in when Jason went but I was able to connect yesterday for the kibble. Jason kept me posted via text every day and sent several videos of Kaya. He communicated with my neighbors and set up a play date with Kaya's BFF Lola. My house was spotless upon my return. I really cannot say enough good things about Jason. He told me when his wife Jessica arrives in Seattle she wants to come over to meet me and Kaya! I would not hesitate one second to give Jason 5 stars across the board. He was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end and such a dog lover. Kaya was smitten instantly.

This was our first time using Clay for a sit at our Maui home. Clay was very friendly and super responsive to all of the planning and set up for his sit at our home. He asked all the right questions on getting ready to come to Maui and be with our dogs. This was also our first time to use a solo only sitter. All our previous sits have been with a couple or team of two. Prior to selecting Clay; we reviewed and disclosed with him that our dogs are strong for their small, compact and muscular size. We clearly reviewed with him the previous feedback from past sitters to emphasize the strong nature of our dogs and what they can do if they decide to pull hard on a leash walk. We felt really good about our interview with Clay and selected him right away. Unfortunately; when Clay arrived at the Maui airport, he reported to us fairly quick, that he had tweaked his back at his hometown airport when he left to come to Maui. The pain he reported was coming from his chronic sciatica in his back. We felt super bad for Clay and were really worried that the dog sitting was going to compromise his back health since he reported harsh back pain. Fortunately; we had a clear and honest discussion with Clay and he let us know that he was totally up to perform the dog sit (bad back or not) and for us not to worry about him and the dogs. We trusted his decision and left for our trip. He let us know that this was a long term chronic back condition so he assured us he knew his limitations and everything would be fine for this stay. We really appreciated his honesty and candor and felt fine to leave. During our nearly 3 week trip; Clay gave us updates on his time taking care of our dogs with feeding, play time and walks. We got frequent updates from Clay and the dogs appeared happy playing and being with Clay. Clay reported that the dogs were happy during his stay. We had a mix up on our return date from South America. Normally our sitters are requested to leave the day after we arrive back from a trip to make sure we make it to all the way home to Maui. However; a mistake was made and I gave Clay the travel date we were leaving South America as the date to plan his return travel. Long story short; Clay's return flight to his home from Maui left 4 hours before we were scheduled land back on Maui. Fortunately; our return flights were all on time and we got home in plenty of time to greet our dogs with lots of hugs and kisses with them only having a 6 hour home alone time. We didn't get a chance to say goodbye to Clay in person; but we did speak on the phone and reviewed the sit a day or so later. After this sit; we would recommend Clay for pet sitting because of his responsiveness and caring to do a good job.

Jill and Selah were great sitters! Jill was an excellent communicator prior to the sit and all the way through to after her departure. They took Alvin (our pup) on a car excursion and then a nice hike. The animals were in great care and were happy & healthy when we returned home. Jill even washed the sheets and made the bed for us, which was such a gift when you we got home from time away. I would highly recommend Jill as a sitter!

Undine is a very nice and reliable lady. She is kind, honest and consistent in communication. She left my home immaculately clean and had even prepared a delicious, healthy meal for my return. The cats were happy and well cared for. I would have no problem recommending Undine. Thank you so much 😊

Chris is an amazing house and pet sitter. He bounded with my dog, Lucy and took very good care of the house and garden. He communicates clearly Chris is very conscientious. I highly recommend Chris.
