I had a wonderful 20 days at Sue's home with her sweet dogs Timber and Clea. The dogs were well behaved and very low key in the house. Sue's home is located in a great neighborhood with access to shopping, restaurants and the mountains. I would love to stay there again.
Housesitting for Lori and taking care of Lulu was wonderful. Lori was very communicative and kind, and her apartment is clean, cozy, lovely, and located in a fabulous neighborhood. Lulu the kitty is independent, sweet, and absolutely adorable. Thank you so much for having me!
A demanding experience for one person (It was not a surprise since I was well advised by Werner before arriving), but every minute of effort is doubly rewarded with the return of hugs and attention from the zoo members. Nicki and Werner are very warm and generous people who remain available at all times, their dogs and cats are adorable and easy going. My assignment has been extended twice, which has given me the opportunity to make friends with neighbors who are equally welcoming and caring. Definitely a recommended sit for those who like challenge and cuddles!
I had an amazing time housesitting for Lisa. Theo and Olly were a dream to look after, very cute and affectionate with tons of entertaining energy. Lisa was so lovely and left comprehensive notes for the sit. Her house is great and close to local shops and a bus stop to easily get to Gosport centre which has a ferry link to visit Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays (4 mins ferry ride). Would happily housesit for Lisa again, thanks again for choosing me!
We fell in love with North West Arkansas. The rolling hills and winding roads, rivers and streams. We took a drive down the Pig Tail and visited Crystal Bridges Art Museum in Bentonville. Janelle's home allows you to dwell in such a bucolic setting lulled to sleep at night with the REAL sounds of nature and the forest. A short drives brings you into Fayetteville or Elkins for groceries. Any trepidation we had about caring for Luke was not warranted. He was a dream. He LOVES to be brushed. He will greet you in the morning and any time you come and go from the property, he trots to his gate to see you in. Feeding him his hay was not a problem and his loved his vitamins. Dolly is sleepy but loves her walks and was always up to go in the car or down the road. Poppy has more energy and was ready as well. They are both champion snugglers on the couch. Janelle's neighbor across the road has a small plane and landing strip so it was like having a private air show watching him take off and land. Many deer to be seen coming and going in and around the property. Janelle's home is a respite from city noises, traffic and care.
Allison was very communicative and helpful with any questions I had. I loved the house and the neighborhood was so beautiful. It’s right by public transportation too which was great. Barney is the sweetest dog ever! Pearl and Iris are so sweet and calm. It was so hard saying goodbye to the pets. The pets would sleep with me throughout the night which I loved.
