It was a real pleasure to sit for Luna and BettiBlu. As they are young, they love playing and will never get you bored. Sabine is a great homeowner, too. She are very responsive and supportive, and her cosy flat is located in a very convenient location. I had a wonderful time in Munich. I would be happy to sit for her again.
Yvionne and John made us feel at their house as at our own home. Or even better:-) They were very nice, open and welcoming. They did for us much more than they had to: we had a whole ground floor for our private use plus we could use their kitchen, dining room and very comfortable living room with an amazing panoramic view on the seaside. Our hosts picked us up from the airport, shared a dinner with us, allowed us to eat food from their fridge and pantry. As if that was not enough they allowed us to use their car which was another saving for us and let us to take Millie on some of our trips. The house has absolutely everything one may need for a comfortable stay. Yvionne and John are lovely and very understanding people. They gave us some hints what to see in the nearby and in the North Island. Yvionne instructed us in details how to take care of the dog. And Millie is absolutely cute, sweet, charming lady with whom you may only fell in love. She’s very easy-going, does’t demand walks early in the morning or late in the night. She is happy as long as you spend a part of your time with her, preferably laying on your lap and warming you up:-) She loves cuddling and she shows you her affection without having no problematic expectations. She eats well, walks ok and doesn’t cause any trouble either inside or outside. She’s an incredibly lovely dog.
It was a pleasure to dog sit Gus! He loves his routine, and Donna gave excellent precise instructions about what Gus expects during the day, which were easy to follow. He is a sweet, gentle dog and loves to sit near you when you eat and work. He loves to follow you around the house and watch you cook, which is very endearing. Donna and Jason gave great recommendations for local hikes and places to eat. Exploring Caves Beach was a treat!
I had a wonderful time sitting with Keely, and so did my dog Lola. We hiked the greatest spots in San Francisco, and they sniffed and trotted through 7.5 miles a day on average. Keely is a dear sweet dog with an old soul. She stayed right by my side and made sure she knew where I was at every moment. She was very quiet at night, and went to bed willingly. Her home was beautiful as was the expansive view of the city, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more.
What an absolutely wonderful week we had looking after Wilber, Smokey and Shadow. When we arrived, the two dogs came out to affectionately greet us and were extremely well behaved for the whole week, never running off, always obedient and happily coming along with us whatever we were doing. Shadow the kitten was fun and very independent, usually out exploring but coming in for cuddles and games. The lodge where we slept was adorable, the bed was really comfortable and there was everything we could possibly need. Henny and Rupert were super-friendly and welcoming, and instantly we felt settled. The boys ran about getting us things and filling us in with their pet’s routines and preferences . There are plenty of beautiful country walks from the house in the pretty village and further afield. We would love to go again and can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you for a fabulous time x
Had the most idyllic beachside weekend staying at Emily's beautiful house! Emily was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my stay, answering any questions I had whilst I was there. Looking after Sadie was the cherry on the top, she is so well behaved and adorable - I fell in love with her very quickly. Highly recommend this sit!
